This hotel was exceptional and definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The service was unforgettable and all the staff were approachable and ready to have a good chat. My family and I interacted with lots of bubbly staff with excellent service at the breakfast. The staff at the lobby were no different, they spontaneously helped us to open the doors and pull our luggages with friendly words of greeting. The concierge workers were also a great help with finding our way around the big city of Jakarta, and had a great knowledge of the surrounding area. Additionally, they allowed us to check out late at 1pm even with the limited vacancies. When we accidentally dropped our bags on the floor, one concierge lady even rushed to help us pick them up. The room itself was clean and spacious with no bad odours, and the beds were extra comfortable with their memory foam pillows. Complementary water, milk, tea and coffee was also provided. The breakfast on the 90th was another memorable feature. There was a cold section and hot section for the food, and a menu you could order from. For drinks, the highlights were customizable freshly grinded juice and homemade tea with table service on a cart. The same floor also had a great view of the city skyline (I reccomend the night view and sunrise if your an early riser). The indoor pool and gym is a great stop for a cooldown if you need a break from the heat, or just want to have a workout. Both facilities were clean and convenient. The location was another big hit, the hotel was right in the middle of centeral Jakarta, and a short walk away from a bus station and MRT, along with a bunch of malls/plazas with lots of great places to eat and drink. I'd definitely come back to this hotel, and I strongly recommend you to try it out.

2 Nächte im Discovery SCDB zu einer Konferenz in Jakarta. Ein zweite Zimmer mit zwei Einzelzimmern, das ist das einzigartigste und gut konzipierte zweite Zimmer, das ich jemals gebucht habe! 2 Betten, aber mit einem separaten und individuellen Einrichtungen für jeden Menschen! 2 von fast alles einschließlich Desk, TV, Wäscheschrank und sogar separate Waschbecken! Zimmer war sauber. Wifi war stabil und ziemlich schnell. Das Frühstück wurde inklusive reserviert und ist ein kostenloses Ala-carte Frühstück aus ihrem Menü bestellt. Essen war geschmackvoll und das Restaurant Atmosphäre und Service waren ausgezeichnet. Die Eincheckung war sehr einfach und das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und vor allem, sprach gut Englisch. Die Lage war hervorragend direkt im Zentrum der CBD neben einem riesigen Einkaufszentrum Pacific Place. Insgesamt ein ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt. Wird sicherlich bei der nächsten dort zurückkehren. Sehr empfohlen.

New try in Jakarta and another apartment type room. Plenty of space but a bit dated and rough on the edges. Location is quite allright and plenty f&b options around or within a short ride. Good cleaning and no street noise, but a bit thin walls to screaming tantrum kid next door. Breakfast spread was good and nice and helpful staff. This was a step up from Manhattan down the street but still not the greatest value for money. Will keep it on the list for next time but might also try another option.

Great location as across the street there is grand indonesia mall and another side across is thamrin city mall..around the area there is alot of street food and restaurants such as sederhana.Hotel staff is great too..friendly and very accomodative..the only dowside is the marble floor will get very slippery when kids soaked in the bathtub so if u have kids must be wary as the floor will get slippery.

Das Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta hat eine großartige Lage, die Kota Casablanca Mall ist nur etwa 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Einrichtung und Aufteilung des Hotels waren beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig und das Essen war köstlich. Das Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtete, hatte Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und die Techniker konnten das nicht beheben. Mir wurde angeboten, in ein anderes Zimmer auf derselben Etage zu wechseln – das war ein faires Angebot. Sollte ich nach Jakarta zurückkehren, würde ich mich freuen, wieder hier zu übernachten!

On the first day that we checked in at the hotel, I made a deposit payment to the hotel under my room. However on that evening itself, I was not allowed to sign for payment for the dinner that we had at Sailendra Restaurant. The reason given by the employee at the Restaurant was that no deposit was made by me to the hotel, therefore I was not allowed to sign for payment and charge to the room. I have to approach the hotel reception to get the clarification and that was very annoying. I know there must be an oversight by staff at the hotel reception for not updating my payment in the system and I think this should not happen at an international 5 stars hotel. The following morning, we had breakfast at Sailendra Restaurant and all the staff for the morning breakfast team were wonderful. We were served by Pak Bambang who had done a great job. He even recommended us to try their Soto Ayam the next morning of which we did. The Soto Ayam was specially prepared by Chef Cipta for us and that was so tasty and delicious. We also have the opportunity of meeting Chef Cipta. We had breakfast at this Restaurant for all the subsequent days during our stay until we checked out. The service by the whole team during breakfast hour was excellent and on the day that we were leaving, Ibu Katherina prepared a box of fried emping for us to take away as I always requested for fried emping from Chef Cipta. Thank you to all the staff for the morning breakfast team! The Housekeeping staff servicing our room were not detailed. A lot of items were missed out during our stay and we need to contact the service department each night to request for the items. The only consolation is the staff will deliver the items that they missed out without any delay each time we called. We also noticed the hair captured at the shower drain was not cleaned up for the whole duration of our stay. In conclusion, the Housekeeping Department needs to look into that and improve on it. The hotel room also needs to be renovated as it is dated. Overall, we had a good holiday in Jakarta!

can be better.  the toiletries refill is not well check and need to request for it.  (shampoo n etc) price is at a high side and can offer complimentary breakfast instead of chargeable  location is ok  lift is slowly leveling from level G to L 

Schöne und saubere Einrichtungen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel. Der Fitnessraum war geräumig und es gibt einen heißen und einen kalten Pool. Es gab auch eine Tischtennisplatte in der Nähe der Sauna und des Dampfbads

Schönes, sauberes Hotel, schönes großes Zimmer. Wir hatten eine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Ofen, großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, Besteck, Geschirr usw. Auch die Waschmaschine war praktisch. 2 separate Badezimmer. Schöne, saubere, große Fenster. Gute Klimaanlage. Bequeme Betten. Schön, ein separates Wohnzimmer zu haben, und die Fernseher zeigten HBO-Filme, sogar im Schlafzimmer, was uns gefiel. Einziger Minuspunkt waren nicht genügend Handtücher, Badematte und Handseife, selbst nachdem das Zimmer gereinigt worden war, wurden diese nicht bereitgestellt, und Tee und Kaffee wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Es gibt kostenloses Wasser in versiegelten Glasflaschen, das nicht mitgenommen werden darf, sonst werden 50.000 berechnet. In der Nähe des Pendlerbahnhofs Gongdangdia an der Bogor-Linie, was sehr praktisch ist. Es gibt einige nette Cafés in der Nähe, in denen Sie frühstücken können (biegen Sie nach dem Verlassen des Hotels rechts ab), aber das Hotel bietet auch ein Frühstücksbuffet zum Kauf an, ca. 200.000 pro Person.

Sehr verschlossen und nicht nahe irgendetwas, aber sein nächstes besten Hotel neben PIK, so dass das. Das Hotelzimmer ist so komfortable gemütlich, obwohl ich es LOVE. das Personal ist sehr komfortabel, aber der Lobby ist so mittel und heiße TB wie ich besorgt war die Zimmer wären so mittel wie der Lobby, aber keine Zimmer waren GREAT. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist auch erstaunlich. Und ich liebe, wie es in jedem Zimmer ein großer Wasserdispenser gibt, zum ersten Mal hatte ich diese Erfahrung so seine GREAT.
