Der Reinigungsstandard des Personals ist sehr niedrig. Ich habe mich über den schmutzigen Swimmingpool beschwert. Danach haben sie mich angerufen und der Swimmingpool wurde gereinigt. Aber der Pool ist immer noch derselbe, vielleicht nehmen sie nur das schwimmende Baumblatt heraus. Das Wasser ist pastellgrün, nicht durchsichtig blau, und die Plattform ist mit Schmutzflecken bedeckt. Das Frühstück ist nur für Kunden aus Südostasien geeignet, die Auswahl ist sehr gering. Die Einrichtungen sind alt, insbesondere in Toilette und Badezimmer. Die Toilettentür ist nicht vollständig geschlossen, nachdem sie benutzt wurde, ist der Geruch im ganzen Raum. Die Belüftung ist nicht stark genug. Nur die Lage ist gut zum Essen, die Bierbar ist in der Nähe. Ich schlage vor, nur 1-2 Nächte zu bleiben, ist besser

The hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes. Cleanliness is fairly acceptable. However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression. I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings. The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in. There were also some minor disappointments: No tissue was provided in the room. My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties. Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated. Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with any questions. Check-in was fast and smooth, which made a great first impression. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had everything needed for a relaxing stay. I especially liked the modern design and the beautiful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything always smelled fresh and clean. The hotel location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and popular places to visit. It was easy to get around and explore the area. The breakfast had many delicious options, and the food quality was much better than expected. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel felt, even during busy hours. One of the best parts of my experience was the service. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and attentive. They always greeted guests with a smile and made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and great memories!

Die Aufteilung des Hotels war schön, aber die Gegend war nachts am schlimmsten und gefährlichsten. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Moschee, und es sieht/klingt nicht nur danach. Ich habe 6 Tage und 5 Nächte wegen all der Gebete und Geräusche um mich herum nicht geschlafen, NVR wusste, dass die Lärmbelästigung so schlimm war. Auch die Toilette hatte keinen Schlauch. Baden und Waschen war für mich schwierig, insgesamt würde ich sagen, ich werde nicht wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Die Crew war nett, aber es war eine Eingewöhnungszeit, die nicht gut geklappt hat, auch das WLAN fiel kurz aus, sodass man sich ständig ein- und ausloggen muss und nur 2-3 Geräte verbunden sind.

Ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt, weil ich die Kinder an einem autofreien Tag in Thamrin-Monas mitnehmen wollte. ************* Sehr strategischer Standort, leicht zu erreichen, auch wenn wir Transjakarta nehmen. Schade nur, dass unserem Wunsch nach einem Nichtraucherzimmer nicht nachgekommen werden konnte, da die Zimmer begrenzt waren. Schließlich haben wir den Typ von Executive Residence auf Executive Urban umgestellt, auch wenn wir etwas preislich verloren haben, weil wir in ein günstigeres Zimmer umgezogen waren, aber da wir Kinder mitbrachten, waren wir einverstanden, damit die Kinder nicht der Belastung ausgesetzt waren der Geruch von Zigarettenrauch. Andere sind ganz gut.

Stayed recently at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Wahid Hasyim and honestly, it’s a very solid stay if you want convenience and a lively Jakarta experience. Location is definitely the biggest win. It’s right near Sarinah and you can easily walk to malls like Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia and Thamrin City. Super convenient for food, shopping and just exploring the city. As a smoker, I was really glad they still have smoking rooms/floors available. That’s honestly getting harder to find nowadays. Breakfast buffet was just okay, not a huge spread, but the food tasted good and was satisfying enough before heading out for the day. Big shoutout as well to the concierge, front desk and restaurant staff. Everyone was accommodating and helpful throughout the stay. Best memory though? Right across the hotel is one of the oldest pubs in Jakarta. Went there at night and had an absolute blast watching live performances of oldies and 90s songs. The atmosphere was amazing and honestly became one of the most memorable parts of the trip. Definitely recommended.

I stayed at Delua Hotel Jakarta and had a positive experience overall. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. While the stay was pleasant, I did feel the hotel could benefit from having an in-house restaurant. It would have made dining more convenient, especially after a long day out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Jakarta.

Einfaches 3-Sterne-Hotel mit guter Service. Die Lage ist bequem, in der Nähe von Thamrin City, Sarinah und Tanah Abang, so dass es einfach zu kommen. Grab Fahrten sind auch sehr einfach zu finden. Das Zimmer war sauber, wertvoll und insgesamt komfortabel und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
