Hier ist eine raffinierte und polierte Version Ihrer Bewertung: ⸻ Das Hotel ist sehr gut für die Gäste, aber es ist sehr gut für die Gäste. Der Eingangsgrüßer half uns bei der Beförderung unseres Gepäcks und öffnete uns sogar die Autotür, was uns von dem Zeitpunkt an wirklich geschätzt fühlte. Ich reservierte ein Apartment-Stil-Zimmer, das perfekt für einen Familienaufenthalt war. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und kam sogar mit einem Wasserdispenser. Obwohl die Warmwasserfunktion nicht funktionierte, konnten wir immer noch Wasser mit den Beuteln und Ketten kochen. Die Waschmaschine war auch ein großer Zuschlag, vor allem mit seiner warmen Lufttrocknungsfunktion, die die Waschmaschine sehr bequem machte. Danke für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft. Es machte wirklich meine erste Reise nach Jakarta eine erstaunliche und erinnerebare Erfahrung.

Beim Einchecken war es anständig, wir mussten 20 Minuten warten, bis das Zimmer bereit und fair war es am 31. Dezember Neujahrstag, so kann ich nicht Beschwerden. Das Zimmer ist modern und hochgradig mit einem Touch von traditionellem indonesischen Erbe Design. Was ich am meisten liebe ist das Bett und das Badezimmer.. vor allem die Regenschlaf plus der Wasserdruck ist perfekt. Wir haben auch ergänzende Cocoa erhalten, um das neue Jahr zu feiern. Letztendlich war das Frühstücksmenü gut, sie servierten westlich und Indos Menüs, Gewürze und Desserts. Insgesamt war es ausgezeichnet.

A mixed bag of feelings here. I thought I was feeling lucky when they told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary upgrade (to Deluxe) Unfortunately I was plagued with a number of recurrent issues. The room itself is very nice (311), best thing about it was the bed and the views into the city by the window. With that said, it did have a number of issues, so it was not the finished article in my mind (the safe locked without instructions, the wooden strip on the floor coming off making me trip, the kettle malfunctioning, not hot water on the basin, so had to use the kettle to shave daily) When I arrived, it had not been fully cleaned (see pictures) All of these were actually minor issues vs. other stuff I experienced, I didn't make much of it as I was getting an upgrade. The problems came a few days later when it started raining, and suddenly I was getting sore throats in the room with the temp marking almost 25c and the air con off. I had to take mucolytics and anti-flu tablets cause I was getting a bad cold there. I was wondering if the air conduct were releasing bad spores into the air because it was so tatty (pictures attached) So with no heating, I got cold there with 27c outside, I find this very very strange. But the much bigger problem was a few days later when I was hearing massive thumps, bangs and wall stomping from the room right above me, they had placed a family with 4 kids on top of me and it went on at all times in the evening. It got so bad that I requested a change of room, and surprise, they gave me a really REALLY bad downgrade to the 17th floor in a much smaller room, on a really grotty floor that looked like a 2 star highway motel. I thought maybe they were penalising me. The staff at reception told me the next day the people checked out, but the same noises continued another 2 days, so they lied to me or they placed another family with noisy children. The floor on top is super thin. You can hear anyone walking as if they re stomping on it.It will drive you crazy. I also heard people next door hammering something at 1 am in the morning for two nights straight. This hotel has big structural problems. I don't pay $520 to get tortured, it felt like it at some point. On a separate note, the breakfast service was more like a brunch, very varied and many choices (except for meat and fish that was very underwhelming) They had a temp control management problem, there were mornings when I touched the trays and they were at room temp. Also the plates for the hot section are not heated, so that with the powerful air con overhead translated into your hot food going lukewarm almost immediately, which makes it taste disgusting. It was only the last 2 or 3 days when I started placing my plates on the griddle for a few mins with the staff's permission, when I could finally start eating hot food. Due to this, I was getting ”stomach runs” every single day after breakfast, except for two days. This is a breach of H&S So there are several issues that affected my health here. The restaurant and cafe in the evening had some good meals. The Mexican had some Western tucker that I enjoyed, my last meal (Mexican enchiladas) was underwhelming, felt like cantine food that was microwaved and badly, because I had to send it back for being lukewarm. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel due to numerous health problems I suffered. I also discovered that if it weren't for the upgrade, I would have been given a horrible room like the one I saw quite possibly.(the room I received cost almost $1000 for two weeks, still very overpriced) This wasn't cheap, and I feel it was so expensive for what it was. Definitely not a 4 star, a 3 star is more befitting. The staff was mostly corteous, And premises are up to standard only in places. The gym was very nice. The pool area nice with some views, if only a little tiny..

Das Hotel ist zwar alt, aber gut gelegen und direkt an ein Einkaufszentrum angebunden. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet und die Sauberkeit durchschnittlich. Die Umgebung ist in Ordnung, allerdings herrscht dort starker Verkehr. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut, aber für Geschäftsreisende nicht zu empfehlen!

This is my second stay at Artotel Casa Kuningan, and no doubt the location of the hotel and hotel breakfast remains the main advantages of this hotel if you're looking for a place to explore Kemang/Kuningan/or even to Grand Indonesia less traffic jam from this hotel. However, during this booking, what fell short was the service that rendered us speechless. We arrive at the hotel early at 10:00a.m. as we took an early flight, well aware that the hotel check-in is only at 14:00p.m. Hence, we registered our names and confirm our booking and was told that the room will be ready by 14:00p.m. So we left our luggages and went to have lunch and shopping at the malls. We reached back at 15:00p.m. and saw a different atmosphere at the reception. There seemed to be a lot of people waiting for their rooms, so since I have already registered earlier at 10a.m., I kindly ask the receptionist if my room is already check. They say wait awhile, will check. And seeing the faces of the other guests waiting at the lobby, I felt something was definitely off. And I waited until 15:20p.m. with no updates given from the staff with regards to the status of my check in, they all seemed frantic at their computers. Finally at 15:30p.m., I got the keys to my room but with no explanation on why was there this delay, 1hr30mins after the supposed check in timing and moreover, 5 hours after I have registered my name for my check in process. To note, there was a wedding reception in the hotel on that day. This may have made the check in process much delayed, but not valid for guests to be treated this way as the wedding reception date should have been known well before and hotel management should have planned the manpower resources accordingly. Additionally, the comfort of my stay was much interrupted too, as this time I was put to a room at level 3. Loud noises from the night bar could be heard very clearly from our rooms and it continued to midnight. Not only music noise, we can hear ladies heels stomping from above and this loud stomping made it worse to our inability to have a comfortable rest at night. Something needs to be solved with regards to the noise pollution heard from level 3 rooms. I have a video that could here the loud stomping from our rooms, but could not upload here. In short, avoid level 3, and their service can be better to uphold the standard since they first opened. Hotel breakfast remains amazing with a nice pool and yakult/juices.

The room was quite clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. The dining and cooking utensils were fairly complete. The TV and sound system facilities have improved compared to before and are now better. The room was cool, the amenities were complete, and overall it was quite comfortable to stay in. Perhaps the water gallon could be given a bit more attention, as the water had a slight metallic smell when we were there. This might come from either the water itself or the dispenser. However, overall the place is comfortable and I would recommend it for staying.

I booked Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, Thamrin for my boss during his business trip, and he had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient central location, making it easy to get to business meetings and nearby restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with reliable Wi-Fi for work. He also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of local and international dishes. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout his stay. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would confidently book this hotel again for future business trips.

The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious, so it was a really good stay! It might be best not to eat meals too late, as it takes a really long time to prepare the food.

Swiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person. Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. . You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
