Tolle Unterkunft im Zentrum der Altstadt! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel gefällt mit einem interessanten Design und gemütlichen, komfortablen Zimmern, in denen Sie sich wohlfühlen. Besonders möchte ich mich beim Personal bedanken, das bei allen Fragen immer hilfsbereit ist und den Aufenthalt dadurch noch angenehmer macht. Das Frühstück war lecker und hatte eine ordentliche Auswahl, hätte aber vielleicht etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich empfehle es!

Buchen Sie nicht, wenn Sie Reisepläne haben oder diese wahrscheinlich ändern werden. Ctrip hat mehrfach versucht, mit dem Hotel zu kommunizieren, aber es weigerte sich, mir ein Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ctrip hat mir einseitig 200 Yuan erstattet; die Buchung hatte über 600 Yuan gekostet. Ich rate auch kurzfristig von einer Reise hierher ab. Es gibt überall Proteste, und Sie könnten sogar mit Tränengas beschossen werden. Sicherheit geht vor. Außerdem gab es kürzlich einen Bürgermeisterwechsel.

Really thanks for this service. The hotel was amazing and beautiful. Also the breakfast was so delicious and fantastic. Hope to book a room again as soon as possible. And thanks for this hotel. It was the most beautiful trip for me to enjoy there ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙈

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

Прекрасный, стильный отель! Хорошие номера, необычный спа. Вкусная кухня. Единственный момент, хотелось бы более новую сантехнику и теплые полы ванной комнате.

Großes Gebäude und Lobby, ziemlich große Zimmer. Frühstücksoptionen sind wirklich sehr schlecht, da das Hotel in einem Land berühmt für Lebensmittel ist. Zero lokale Lebensmitteloptionen. Auch, der Lobby-Bar-Waiter ist ein ziemlich schlafend und ziemlich schwierig, die Aufmerksamkeit zu erhalten.

Location is great, however if you wish to use outdoor spa and winning pool note that it's seasonal, no information during the booking or on hotel website, kids were sad

🌟 5/5 – Truly Deserves Its Five Stars! Wyndham Grand Tbilisi exceeded all expectations. The hospitality was top-notch—staff were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Everything about the hotel felt high-end and well thought out. Super satisfied with my stay and would definitely return!

I feel like cheated because I  booked two room, City facing with bathtub, but they provided me one without without bath tub, both without City facing, and one room was very small in  lower category Hotel is very good swimming. Pool indoor was not working and not informed by property to Website.

В проживании были и плюсы и минусы. Плюсы: Красивый интерьер Чисто и хорошо убирались каждый день Есть все необходимые принадлежности: тапочки, халаты, шампуни, щетки и т.д. Просторный номер Много вешалок и шкафов для вещей Отличный бассейн, сауна, тренажерный зал с большим выбором тренажеров и оборудования В номере климат контроль Минусы: Далеко от всех достопримечательностей, на горе Вид из окна был на помойку Перед отелем стройка, поэтому красивого вида нет нигде Во второй день не поставили воду в номер, а персонал сказал пить из-под крана. Но на следующий день они исправились Телефон в номере не работает (кнопка вызова ресепшен), приходилось ходить на ресепшен по любым вопросам Мало кто из персонала говорит на русском, но и на английском они видимо плохо понимают, так как несколько раз давали ложную информацию. В целом отель норм, если вы на машине, и если снимать за те деньги, что я снимала (~100$ в сутки за номер с двумя спальнями).
