Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt von Tiflis. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, wir sind durch die gesamte Altstadt gelaufen, haben zwei Seilbahnen und eine Standseilbahn erreicht, die Friedensbrücke und den Rike Park, und das alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr höflich und hilft Ihnen bei allen Anfragen immer weiter. Im Innenhof des Hotels befindet sich eine schöne offene Terrasse. Das Zimmer verfügt über alles, was Sie für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigen.

Отель хороший, новый. Обслуживание очень хорошее. В номере убирают ежедневно, меняют все принадлежности. Особенно можно отметить ресторан при отеле. Не понравились завтраки. Очень скудный выбор, мало фруктов.

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

Großes Gebäude und Lobby, ziemlich große Zimmer. Frühstücksoptionen sind wirklich sehr schlecht, da das Hotel in einem Land berühmt für Lebensmittel ist. Zero lokale Lebensmitteloptionen. Auch, der Lobby-Bar-Waiter ist ein ziemlich schlafend und ziemlich schwierig, die Aufmerksamkeit zu erhalten.

Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects. There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable. My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone. It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting. The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests. On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel. The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.

Das Hotel ist neu und kostengünstig. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber komfortabel, was für die Umgebung gut ist. Die Aussicht ist gut und daneben gibt es einen kleinen Carrefour. Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist mäßig und das Essen ist ok.

Veraltetes Hotel, vieles ist renovierungsbedürftig. Gebucht wegen des Außenpools und der Bar. Der Service ist langsam und mittelmäßig, nicht wirklich auf Radisson-Niveau. Das Casino im Erdgeschoss zieht nachts seltsame Gestalten an. Das Essen im Restaurant ist okay, aber teuer.

酒店位置不錯，就在共和國廣場旁邊，從機場坐201或100機場巴士倒數第二站下車，有一段佈滿餐廳的路就到了，到機場坐201公交站距離更近，就在酒店後面的大馬路上。 給的是酒店走道末端的房間，正對共和國廣場，但因為衹是11樓，衹能見到廣場建築的上端部分（夜間有燈光），其它都被周圍建築擋住了，且因為這些建築低於11樓，因此它們頂端的雜亂一覽無餘。 房間設施比較老舊，房門鎖有點不靈活，關門的時候需要手動操作一下；管理比較鬆散，每天打掃房間的時間很晚，最熱的下午三四點鐘回去準備休息，房間卻還沒打掃，一般都要五點多才來，有一天是催了兩次才來打掃的，親見他們如何工作：倒垃圾桶、衞生間換毛巾浴巾、擦房間桌面、鋪床，三次中衹有一次吸塵，衹有一次擦鏡子。瓶裝水的補充倒是很充足的。 訂的套房，有陽台算一個亮點，目測房間面積沒有標示的那麼大。 來往穆斯林比較多。 整體而言，性價比很低。

Просторный номер Много вешалок и шкафов для вещей Отличный бассейн, сауна, тренажерный зал с большим выбором тренажеров и оборудования В номере климат контроль Минусы: Далеко от всех достопримечательностей, на горе Вид из окна был на помойку Перед отелем стройка, поэтому красивого вида нет нигде Во второй день не поставили воду в номер, а персонал сказал пить из-под крана. Но на следующий день они исправились Телефон в номере не работает (кнопка вызова ресепшен), приходилось ходить на ресепшен по любым вопросам Мало кто из персонала говорит на русском, но и на английском они видимо плохо понимают, так как несколько раз давали ложную информацию. В целом отель норм, если вы на машине, и если снимать за те деньги, что я снимала (~100$ в сутки за номер с двумя спальнями).
