We had an amazing stay at Paragraph Freedom Square Tbilisi! The service was outstanding—every single staff member was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The spa, gym, and pool were all top-notch—clean, modern, and relaxing. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely come back!

首先非常感謝前台小哥和酒店的經理！！！雖然我忘記問你們名字了，但是很感謝，因為我在街上停車app註冊問題不成功，酒店經理還特地用她的郵箱幫我註冊，解決了我一個很大的問題。 酒店本身是個老樓，相當的漂亮，我認為也很好找，在一條主街一拐彎就到。 房間內部也是細節滿滿，從電視可以看Netflix到提供的茶包礦泉水，以及贈送的小零食，我認為是我在格魯吉亞住的最舒服的一個晚上。 早餐也是很不錯，可以自己挑選，餐廳相當漂亮，總之就是很出片。 有機會來格魯吉亞我還會再來的。

Hotels in Georgia sind nicht familienfreundlich. Die Zimmer und Betten sind grundsätzlich Doppelbetten in den 20ern und 0,8 Quadratmetern. Ich habe mich für das Biltmore Hotel entschieden, das höchste Hotel der Stadt, vor allem, weil das Zimmer sehr geräumig und relativ neu war, das Bett 1,2 Meter lang war und sie sogar die Initiative ergriffen, im Voraus ein Zustellbett hinzuzufügen. Ein 360-Grad-Blick auf die Stadt mit Blick auf den Fluss, mit dem Fernsehturm und dem Riesenrad auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Berges und der Altstadt von Tiflis auf der anderen Seite, verschiedenen Klöstern, der Dreifaltigkeitskirche, der Mutterfestung, der Mutter von Die Georgia-Skulptur, die Friedensbrücke, der Freiheitsplatz, das Nationalmuseum usw. sind alle mit bloßem Auge sichtbar und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die befriedigendste Mahlzeit jeden Tag ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Die verschiedenen frittierten Schinken und Backwaren haben meinen kalten Magen geheilt.

Прекрасный, стильный отель! Хорошие номера, необычный спа. Вкусная кухня. Единственный момент, хотелось бы более новую сантехнику и теплые полы ванной комнате.

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

Großes Gebäude und Lobby, ziemlich große Zimmer. Frühstücksoptionen sind wirklich sehr schlecht, da das Hotel in einem Land berühmt für Lebensmittel ist. Zero lokale Lebensmitteloptionen. Auch, der Lobby-Bar-Waiter ist ein ziemlich schlafend und ziemlich schwierig, die Aufmerksamkeit zu erhalten.

Veraltetes Hotel, vieles ist renovierungsbedürftig. Gebucht wegen des Außenpools und der Bar. Der Service ist langsam und mittelmäßig, nicht wirklich auf Radisson-Niveau. Das Casino im Erdgeschoss zieht nachts seltsame Gestalten an. Das Essen im Restaurant ist okay, aber teuer.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Service ist herzlich und tief in der Lobby steht eine Tischtennisplatte. Ich habe zwei Spiele mit zwei Italienern gespielt und mein Mutterland in Verlegenheit gebracht. Ha ha. Die Bar auf dem Dach bietet eine unschlagbare Aussicht bei Nacht und es gibt auch einen Raucherbereich.

I feel like cheated because I  booked two room, City facing with bathtub, but they provided me one without without bath tub, both without City facing, and one room was very small in  lower category Hotel is very good swimming. Pool indoor was not working and not informed by property to Website.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
