Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt neben der Altstadt von Tiflis. Man kann ein paar hundert Meter laufen, um den Altstadtstil zu spüren, und man kann 100 Meter zu den Schwefelbädern laufen. Das Zimmer ist groß und die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Speisekarte auf Chinesisch ist gut und es gibt eine Restaurantbar auf dem Dach, die bis 14 Uhr geöffnet ist Wenn du müde bist, kannst du nach oben gehen, um etwas zu trinken. In Anbetracht der Lage, des Preises und des Service ist es insgesamt eine gute Wahl für eine Reise nach Tiflis.

Bioli Resort is honestly one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious places I have ever stayed at. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say that it will be my first choice every time I visit Georgia. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the views are breathtaking, and the cottages are beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. Every little detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the appliances and facilities to the overall eco-friendly concept of the resort. The staff are absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, smiling, kind, and helpful. The food is delicious, and I especially loved the connection with nature throughout the property. They even have friendly animals, including llamas and beautiful birds, which makes the whole experience feel even more unique and special. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, nature, and tranquility. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing I didn’t like. Definitely one of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced, and a place I will keep coming back to whenever I’m in Georgia. 100/10. Absolutely exceptional. 🤍

Veraltetes Hotel, vieles ist renovierungsbedürftig. Gebucht wegen des Außenpools und der Bar. Der Service ist langsam und mittelmäßig, nicht wirklich auf Radisson-Niveau. Das Casino im Erdgeschoss zieht nachts seltsame Gestalten an. Das Essen im Restaurant ist okay, aber teuer.

Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects. There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable. My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone. It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting. The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests. On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel. The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.

Großes Gebäude und Lobby, ziemlich große Zimmer. Frühstücksoptionen sind wirklich sehr schlecht, da das Hotel in einem Land berühmt für Lebensmittel ist. Zero lokale Lebensmitteloptionen. Auch, der Lobby-Bar-Waiter ist ein ziemlich schlafend und ziemlich schwierig, die Aufmerksamkeit zu erhalten.

Das Hotel ist neu und kostengünstig. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber komfortabel, was für die Umgebung gut ist. Die Aussicht ist gut und daneben gibt es einen kleinen Carrefour. Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist mäßig und das Essen ist ok.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Metrostation Avlabari und zahlreiche Bushaltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel liegt in einem Touristengebiet, daher kann es etwas lauter sein, was aber nicht dem Hotel anzulasten ist. Ich bekam Zimmer 204. Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig: Die Wände sind fast vollständig verschmutzt, mit sichtbaren Schuhabdrücken und Kratzern. Der Laminatboden scheint durch eine Überschwemmung aufgewölbt zu sein, auch an der Badezimmerwand sind Wasserflecken zu sehen, und die Matratze ist stark durchgelegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung, und man wird nicht hungern. Gäste haben außerdem freien Zugang zum Spa (es gibt einen Pool im Untergeschoss). Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind sauber, und die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt täglich. Ich habe zwei Tage dort verbracht und insgesamt etwa 60 Dollar bezahlt. Für diesen Preis sind die Bedingungen angemessen. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel für ein oder zwei Tage empfehlen, sofern Sie die genannten Punkte nicht stören.

Das Zimmer war schön warm. Ich bin Raucher, aber es war schade, dass das Hotel kein Raucherzimmer hatte, was ziemlich unangenehm war. Das Zimmer musste morgens gereinigt werden, da nach Mittag niemand mehr sauber machte. Die Zeit für die Zimmerreinigung könnte erhöht werden.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
