Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt neben der Altstadt von Tiflis. Man kann ein paar hundert Meter laufen, um den Altstadtstil zu spüren, und man kann 100 Meter zu den Schwefelbädern laufen. Das Zimmer ist groß und die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Speisekarte auf Chinesisch ist gut und es gibt eine Restaurantbar auf dem Dach, die bis 14 Uhr geöffnet ist Wenn du müde bist, kannst du nach oben gehen, um etwas zu trinken. In Anbetracht der Lage, des Preises und des Service ist es insgesamt eine gute Wahl für eine Reise nach Tiflis.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel. Das Innenraum ist sehr künstlerisch. Nettes Hotelpersonal, und das große Ding ist Frühstück. Ich genieße wirklich, wenn ich an diesem Hotel verbleibe 👍

Das Hotel ist neu und sauber, und der Pool ist praktisch. Das Frühstück bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Stadt, aber die Auswahl ist begrenzt, und die Speisekarte ist unter der Bar versteckt. Von vier Frühstücken haben wir sie nur einmal gesehen, und das hat uns sehr überrascht! Keiner der Angestellten hat uns auch nur angeboten, etwas zu bestellen. Das Personal ist jung, spricht Englisch, ist unfreundlich, und die Zimmermädchen begrüßen uns nicht. Es gibt keinen Gepäckträger. Ich war mit meiner Mutter und meinen Kindern unterwegs, und niemand hat mir geholfen, mein Gepäck aufs Zimmer zu tragen. Es gab keinen Begrüßungsdrink; wir haben uns selbst einen an der Bar besorgt. Wir haben alles selbst bestellt – Bademäntel, Zahnputzset – und nichts war im Zimmer. Wir wohnten im zweiten Stock mit Blick auf den kleinen Basar, wo ab 6 Uhr morgens Lärm, Geschrei, Waren ausladen und Hupen losgehen. Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen! Nehmen Sie lieber ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof! Wir werden hier nicht wieder übernachten. Es ist eine Katastrophe.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragendrecht neben der Tbilisi-Konzerthall und in einem einfachen Zugang zum Stadtzentrum, Restaurants und Attraktionen. Es ist sowohl bequem als auch ruhig. Die Zimmer sind modern, geräumig und sehr sauber, mit komfortablen Betten und gemütlichen Einrichtungen. Alles fühlte sich gut gepflegt und stilvoll, reflektierend die Qualität der Mercure-Marke. Das Personal stand wirklich aus: freundlich, professionell und immer bereit, mit Empfehlungen oder Anfragen zu helfen. Ein- und Auschecken waren reibungslos und effizient. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch, bietet sowohl lokale als auch internationale Optionen. Die allgemeine Atmosphäre des Hotels ist ruhig und willkommen, so dass es ideal für Geschäfts- und Freizeitaufenthalte ist. Ich würde Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic definitiv empfehlen und würde glücklich hier nochmal bleiben.

Bioli Resort is honestly one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious places I have ever stayed at. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say that it will be my first choice every time I visit Georgia. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the views are breathtaking, and the cottages are beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. Every little detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the appliances and facilities to the overall eco-friendly concept of the resort. The staff are absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, smiling, kind, and helpful. The food is delicious, and I especially loved the connection with nature throughout the property. They even have friendly animals, including llamas and beautiful birds, which makes the whole experience feel even more unique and special. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, nature, and tranquility. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing I didn’t like. Definitely one of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced, and a place I will keep coming back to whenever I’m in Georgia. 100/10. Absolutely exceptional. 🤍

Wunderbar Aufenthalt in Tbilisi! Ich hatte eine tolle Erfahrung im Hotel Orion zu bleiben. Alles war wunderbar! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, mit frischen, sauberen Handtüchern und einem großen, sehr komfortablen Bett. Eine der Highlights war der Balkon mit einem Patio-Set, mit schönem Blick. Das Personal war super freundlich und willkommen. Das Frühstück war lecker, und die Dame, die es serviert, war außergewöhnlich süß und freundlich. Die Lage ist auch sehr bequem. Sehr empfehlenswert dieses Hotel!

Ich bin froh mit meinem Aufenthalt im Ramada. Ich mag wirklich den Hammam und das Dampfzimmer, es war wirklich entspannend. Das Zimmer ist sauber, es gibt Schläuche, Badezubehör, Tee, Kaffee, Wasser. Es war warm im Januar. Das Bett ist groß und ziemlich weich. Das Personal ist freundlich, vor allem dank Saba S. an der Rezeption des Hotels, die das Problem gelöst hat. Der Jacuzzi ist klein, aber gemütlich und entspannt, es gibt einen Innenpool, der im Winter arbeitet, ein Fitnessraum. Die Lage ermöglicht es, ins Stadtzentrum zu gehen, die Stadt kennen zu lernen, aber auch gab es keine Probleme, um in die Nähe von Metrostation und nehmen ein Taxi. Ich würde hier wiederkommen.

Ich schreibe eine Bewertung spät, war Anfang Juli und blieb sehr glücklich! Obwohl die Reparaturarbeit noch teilweise abgeschlossen war, hat es mich nicht gestoppt. Das Personal sorgte dafür, dass keine Klang oder Geruch gehört wurde. Ich habe ein upgraded Zimmer mit einer Terrasse. Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
