Yy.T.m.NDie Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es liegt im Stadtzentrum von Tiflis. Die Lobby ist stilvoll eingerichtet und der Service an der Rezeption ist auch gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Zutaten sind sehr gut. Sie können BORJOMI nach Belieben trinken Wie. Das Frühstück ist ein bisschen schwierig. Der Kundenservice von Ctrip ist wie immer großartig. Das Problem wurde schnell gelöst!

Wirklich aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit Personal, das Ihnen jederzeit helfen kann.
Die großen Freizeiteinrichtungen auf der Website sind alle verfügbar und in guter Arbeitsordnung.
Das Restaurant verdient besondere Aufmerksamkeit. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts eine Vielzahl von Gerichten getestet. Georgische Küche ist einfach lecker. Ich empfehle sehr, die Creme Soups und Khinkali zu testen.
Ich möchte hinzufügen, dass die Käsepacken lecker waren, aber ich hätte gern sie und die verschiedenen Frühstücksoptionen früher serviert; ich vermisste, das Frühstück früh serviert.
Ich würde auch gerne eine Karte oder zumindest einen Busplan mit den Strecken sehen. Das war definitiv fehlt, und es war nicht immer einfach, es auf meine eigene Anwendung zu finden.
Und es gibt auch viele verschiedene Vögel in der Gegend. Ich konnte es nicht auf dieser Reise, aber vielleicht wird jemand anderes Glück haben, sie zu warten und sie handgefüttert.
Ich wünsche mir diesen wunderbaren Ort und den Menschen, die hier arbeiten, alles Gute und anhaltende Erfolg.

AAnonymer BenutzerThe hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey.
However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie).
Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

GGastnutzerObwohl das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist die Lage sehr gut und die Landschaft vor dem Fenster lohnt sich. Sitzen am Fenster mit Blick auf ganz Tiflis. sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr groß, allerdings gibt es weder Zahnbürste noch Zahnpasta zum Waschen, also unbedingt selbst mitbringen. Museen und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. empfehlen.

ZZhaoshanheDie Lage ist sehr gut, der Service ist herzlich und tief in der Lobby steht eine Tischtennisplatte. Ich habe zwei Spiele mit zwei Italienern gespielt und mein Mutterland in Verlegenheit gebracht. Ha ha. Die Bar auf dem Dach bietet eine unschlagbare Aussicht bei Nacht und es gibt auch einen Raucherbereich.

GGastnutzerHotel itself was fine along with the breakfast. The spa was amazing, but I had 2 big problems with the hotel which is service and cleaning:
1. Cleaning: Rooms were not cleaned 3/12 days of the trip where we had to request multiple times those days to clean and sometimes it wasn't even cleaned properly as the room had multiple dead bugs on the floor, especially under the nightstands.
2. Service: The day I checked out my gold bracelet went missing after the cleaning that morning (my friend stayed an extra day). I dug through trash outside after a long battle for them to take me there. We searched the whole room, I spoke to cleaning and more. As I left (15) I spoke to front desk. On 16&17th I emailed. On 18&19th I called. On the 19th I was finally helped and told that he will finally ask around and email me back. It took 5 attempts for them to start bothering and it has ruined the experience for me.
If you go really take care of your belongings, but the location is great and so is the pool.

Die Luxuszahl der Zimmer und Einrichtungen ist ähnlich wie das Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, aber ich denke, es ist ein vier-Sterne-Hotel.

The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available.
Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh.
I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient.
1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay.
I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay.
2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night):
At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space.
Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early.
3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful):
In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.”
This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake.
Conclusion:
This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay.
I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
