Review: Eterna Venue Hotel (Liu Shi) - A Tea Mountain Retreat As a self-proclaimed “well-travelled” individual, I never expected Jingmai Mountain to take my breath away again—but it truly did. The journey here is a testament to Yunnan’s untouched beauty, with rolling emerald tea fields, ancient forests, and villages where ethnic tribes have lived for generations. We decided to stay at Eterna Venue Hotel (Liu Shi) instead of the many BnBs on the mountain, having often found those overpriced and lacking in cleanliness. What a pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made it feel like home. Many of the team members come from nearby tea-farming communities, and their passion for the land was palpable. They didn’t just serve tea—they shared stories of the heritage behind it, offering insights into the different tea varieties and local traditions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality linens. I loved waking up to the sound of roosters and the first rays of sunshine streaming through the window. If you’re like me and prefer to leave the window open at night, the fresh mountain air is the perfect way to start your day. For breakfast, don’t miss the fresh rice noodles and seafood congee—so flavorful! The fruit selection was also fresh and changed daily. A pleasant surprise was finding Cha Ling (a premium LVMH brand) as the hotel’s amenity. Made with tea extract, it added a luxurious touch to my stay. One of my favorite experiences was the traditional tea baking session, Wei Lu Kao Cha. We gathered around a carbon stove, sipped Pu’er tea, ate locally harvested fruit and nuts, and learned to bake our own tea leaves under the guidance of tea masters. The staff’s pride in their cultural heritage shone through in every interaction, making what could have been a simple stay feel like an immersive cultural journey. For anyone looking to experience the authentic soul of Yunnan’s tea mountains, Eterna Venue Hotel offers more than just a place to stay—it provides a meaningful connection to this beautiful region.

Zufällig gab es gerade eine Sonderaktion des Holiday Inn am Fuße des Berges, da es bald wiedereröffnet werden sollte. Ich buchte es daher sofort. Das Hotel liegt in Huimin, ebenfalls am Fuße des Berges. In Huimin befinden sich die Geschäfte Bailian und Liushi sowie ein Aman-Einkaufszentrum, das sich angeblich noch im Bau befindet. Die Umgebung ist eher durchschnittlich; die angrenzenden Gewerbegebiete wirken etwas verlassen, was den Aufenthalt aber nicht beeinträchtigt. Parkplätze stehen direkt vor dem Hotel am Straßenrand zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer schien formaldehydfrei riechen zu können. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber etwas einfach. Für ein Resorthotel könnte es abwechslungsreicher sein. Die Angestellten waren sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit bei der Lösung von Problemen; ihre Freundlichkeit war ausgezeichnet und sie waren stets zur Stelle. Schließlich handelt es sich um eine internationale Hotelkette mit standardisierten Schulungen, Standards und Serviceleistungen.

酒店在山谷內，原生態純景悠美；淡季來給免費升級的別墅寬敞，內飾東南亞異國風情；別墅內泡池私密性好，鹹水温泉水質稠滑；床品舒適，睡覺安靜。去公共泡池在景中泡體驗很美妙。酒店的設計很好地體現了養生的理念，令人身心愉悦。服務好，入住前電話聯繫，園內工作人員都彬彬有禮。吃飯不便，前台給推薦了三公里的馨怡農莊可用餐，環境很不錯，價格不高；早餐是精緻的米線套餐好吃。總體體驗很滿意，上千元一晚的房間，服務和設施有所值，特別喜歡這裏具有東南亞異國情調的氛圍，若淡季有靈活的價位更有消費沖動，畢竟從幾百公裡外來此不易。

當天臨時決定的酒店，有點超出預期，酒店免費升級成了小別墅，雙層樓，房間超級大，環境也很好，面朝勐梭龍潭，早上隔着樹看到了日出，離龍摩爺聖地也很近，酒店還有單獨的管家，還可以體驗自己製作咖啡，自己做的淺烘中烘的咖啡味道均不同，體驗非常好，還有扎染，時間有限沒體驗，據説酒店以後還有標本製作，制香體驗等等，很值得，不過西盟適合慢慢靜下來待幾天，井蓋都是可愛的壁畫，縣城很小卻很熱情，博物館也適合看看，很喜歡西盟慢慢的生活節奏

구름바다를 보기 위해 예약한 호텔이었는데, 실제로 마주한 풍경은 기대 이상으로 아름다워 정말 감동적이었습니다. 다만 호텔이 산 위에 위치해 있어 대중교통 접근이 어렵고, 차량을 렌트해서 이동해야 했습니다. 왕복 차량 비용이 약 600위안 정도 들어 다소 부담이 되었습니다. 호텔에서 가까운 마을이나 도시까지 셔틀버스가 운영된다면 개인 여행자들에게 훨씬 이용하기 편리할 것 같습니다. 하산할 때는 목재 운반 차량들로 인해 약 2시간 정도 도로가 막혀 다소 불편했습니다. 호텔은 ‘화성’을 모티브로 한 독특한 디자인으로 지어져 있고, 어머니의 70세 생신 기념을 위해 모시고 갔는데 도로 상태가 좋아 힘들지 않게 올라갈 수 있었습니다. 호텔 측에서 빌라룸으로 업그레이드를 해주고, 웰컴 다과와 견과류를 준비해 주셔서 기분이 좋았습니다. 빌라 객실에는 매우 큰 석조 욕조가 있어 인상적이었고, 우리가 머무는 동안 다른 투숙객이 없어 조용히 자연을 만끽할 수 있었습니다.야외 수영장에서는 눈앞에 펼쳐진 산과 구름의 풍경이 정말 아름다웠습니다. 다만 머무는 날씨가 쌀쌀해서 수영을 하기에는 다소 추웠던 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔 내에는 규모가 큰 도서관이 있으며, 옥상에서 바라보는 일출·일몰·구름바다는 그 어떤 말로도 표현하기 어려울 만큼 장관입니다. 도서관 1층에는 카페와 헬스장이 있고, 헬스장에는 안마기도 마련되어 있습니다. 상주 직원 수는 적지만 위챗으로 요청하면 필요한 서비스를 빠르게 도와줍니다. 카페에서는 무료로 맛있는 커피를 제공받았고, 밤이 되면 조명이 모두 꺼져 있어 이동은 어려우나 대신 수많은 별이 가득한 하늘을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 조식은 빵, 옥수수, 야채, 쌀국수, 계란 등 비교적 간단한 구성이었지만 맛있었습니다. 다만 호텔 내 레스토랑이 없어 저녁에는 BBQ만 가능하고 배달도 되지 않습니다. 다행히 직원이 미리 안내해 주어 외부 음식을 포장해 가져갈 수 있었습니다. BBQ 메뉴 중에서는 새우가 가장 맛있었고, 닭고기와 두부 요리는 향이 강한 편이었습니다. 직원들은 전반적으로 친절했으나, 밤 9시 이후에는 서비스가 제한되므로 필요한 사항은 미리 위챗으로 요청하는 것이 좋습니다. 전반적으로 음식과 호텔 서비스는 다소 제한적이지만, 자연경관과 구름바다를 감상하기에는 이보다 좋은 장소는 없다고 생각합니다. 징마이산(景迈山)에서 본 구름바다보다 바이마산의 구름바다는 훨씬 광활하고 웅장했습니다. 징마이산은 소수민족 체험과 식당 접근성이 좋은 반면, 바이마산은 그런 편의성은 부족하지만 순수한 자연의 장엄함은 비교할 수 없을 만큼 뛰어났습니다. 이곳에서 본 장엄한 자연은 오래도록 기억에 남을 것 같습니다. I booked this hotel mainly to see the “sea of clouds,” and the scenery completely exceeded my expectations — it was absolutely breathtaking. However, getting there can be challenging as there is no public transportation available, so renting a car is necessary. The round-trip transfer cost about 600 RMB, which was quite expensive. If the hotel offered a shuttle to nearby towns or cities, it would be much more convenient for independent travelers. On the way down the mountain, traffic was delayed for nearly two hours due to logging vehicles, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel’s architecture is uniquely inspired by Mars. I brought my mother here to celebrate her 70th birthday, and thankfully the road up the mountain was well-paved, so it wasn’t too tiring for her. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a villa and provided a welcome snack with nuts and sweets. The villa featured an impressive large stone bathtub, and since we were the only guests, it was quiet and peaceful — a perfect escape into nature.The outdoor swimming pool offered an amazing view of the surrounding mountains and clouds. However, the weather was chilly during our stay, so it was too cold to actually swim. Inside the hotel, there’s a huge library with a magnificent rooftop view where you can watch the sunrise, sunset, and sea of clouds — truly indescribable. On the first floor of the library, there’s a café and a gym with a massage chair. Although staff presence is minimal, communication via WeChat was quick and efficient. I was treated to a complimentary cup of delicious coffee. At night, the outdoor lights were turned off, making it difficult to walk around, but the starry night sky was breathtaking. Breakfast included bread, corn, vegetables, rice noodle, and eggs — simple but tasty. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t provide cooked meals besides BBQ, and food delivery isn’t available due to the remote mountain location. Fortunately, the staff informed us in advance so we could bring takeout food when checking in. Among the BBQ options, the shrimp was excellent, while chicken and tofu had a stronger flavor. The staff were friendly overall, but since service ends around 9 p.m., it’s best to request anything you need via WeChat beforehand. Overall, although food and service options are limited, the natural scenery and the sea of clouds make this hotel an unforgettable destination. Jingmaishan offers easier access to local ethnic experiences and restaurants, but Baimashan surpasses it with its raw, untouched natural grandeur. The beauty of this place will remain in my memory for a long time.

一家人來瀾滄遊玩入住這家酒店，最滿意的就是設施和衞生。酒店是全新裝修，全屋智能客控、乾濕分離衞浴、品牌床墊全部嶄新，沒有老舊磨損，熱水24小時供應充足，看電視、辦公網速都很穩定，傢俱邊角做了防護，小朋友跑動不用擔心磕碰。 衞生細節完全挑不出毛病，地面、窗台、浴室縫隙全部深度清潔，衞生間無積水無異味，床品一客一換柔軟乾爽，走廊、大堂每日定時消殺，潔癖家庭也能放心住。閑暇還能泡本地普洱，整體安靜舒適，性價比很高

從西雙版納過完潑水節回來，途徑墨江，小縣城竟然有温德姆！很少寫評價，但這次真的有被驚喜到。酒店位置很好，離北標園和雙胞公園很近。前台工作人員很熱情、專業。剛到店就主動問好，那天客流量挺大，但前台辦理效率很高，溝通很順暢，給我們安排到了想要的房型，中途諮詢周邊飯店，也很耐心推薦，全程微笑服務，讓人感覺如沐春風。酒店設施設備也很齊全，有健身房，游泳池，棋牌室。房間佈置得也很温馨，舒適感拉滿，早餐廳菜品也很豐富，確實是一次很不錯的入住體驗！超級推薦！衹是可惜訂不到五一雙胞節的房間了。
