5-Sterne-Hotels in Jiangmen

One of my German clients stayed at Wanda Realm Heshan and insisted that I help forward his five-star review to the hotel. Here is his review: ”Die Übernachtung im Wanda Realm Heshan war fantastisch! Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Das Personal war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und sprach hervorragend Englisch – meine Fragen wurden immer umgehend beantwortet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig mit internationalen und lokalen Speisen, alles frisch und lecker. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bett sehr bequem und die Aussicht toll. Eine tolle Wahl für Geschäftsreisen oder Urlaub – ich empfehle es wärmstens weiter!”

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, sehr komfortabel, mit einem Schlauch, das Zimmer ist groß genug. Die Dekoration ist auch sehr schön, der Rezeptionservice ist sehr gut, Sie können einen Umschlag anlegen. Der zweite Stock ist auch groß. Frühstück im Hotel Meigo, nicht weit, ist auf der anderen Seite. Frühstück mit Selbsthilfe, Art und Geschmack sind normal. Die Ausführungen in der alten Stadt sind noch gut und lohnen sich zu besuchen.

Perfekte Lage im Freizeitpark. Ausgezeichneter Service, schön gestaltet und eingerichtetes Zimmer. Groß für Familienreisen. Nur das Essen nicht ganz geeignet für meinen Appetit, sollte nicht hohe Erwartungen für Essen im Freizeitpark haben.

Breakfast was so so so crowded, and people just sat down in my seats when I went off to pick up my fried egg, totally chaotic. The door card was just weird, because tapping it in the door lock won't open the door, and that happened not just me and I saw another guest in the floor landing waiting for housekeeping to open the door. The Hotel Management must sort this out, as well as the breakfast hall staff need serious table Management. Bad experience overall.

Wonderful hotel with friendly reception, and a beautiful and spacious room with a balcony! I stayed here for a family wedding that was hosted at the hotel. My room was immense and immaculate, and I enjoyed sitting out on my own quiet patio before the festivities began. My afternoon coffee and snack in the lobby cafe was delicious. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and even the maids greeted me in the hallway. I ordered my breakfast to go, and it was thoughtfully packed and waiting for me in the morning at the front desk. I’m so happy to find such a lovely 5-star hotel in Taishan City. I felt well taken care of. Thank you so much!

I selected this hotel because its package specifically featured two live performances held inside Chikan Ancient Town, and indicated that tickets for these shows could be collected at the hotel front desk—implying that the package included special VIP tickets for both events. However, upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that the hotel does not provide any special tickets for the two shows to its guests. If I wished to secure VIP seating for the fire show, I would need to pay an additional fee at the venue entrance. This constitutes a clear misrepresentation. Had the hotel package not prominently highlighted these two performances and stated that tickets could be picked up at the front desk, I would not have chosen this hotel for my trip. Although the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quite spacious, the overall service level of the staff was merely average.

Das ausgewählte Zimmer ist warm, sehr gut. groß genug, auch klar Das Frühstück ist gut, viele Auswahl, es gibt einen Abend, kann Kaffee trinken. Aber das gesamte Hotel ist in der Dekoration, die warme Tür ist nicht geöffnet, es gibt auch eine Dekoration, einige sind nicht schön genug. Einfaches Fahrrad mit einem Elektromotor.

Not bad experience. The hotel room is quite new and clean with hot spring water inside bathroom. We can enjoy anytime. The host let us staying in 1/F although not my thoughts. Only one important thing is the security, we stay near the entrance but the door keep opening during the midnight. Also the password of the front door and bedroom door is just simple. Everyone is easy to know that.

The location is a bit nowhere in the midland. Luckily we drove our car and get there by luck. Gaode Map pointed us to a different location and the hotel name and direction are not displayed clearly at the main road. Service are good and attentive. Other than this, the experience is superb and extremely good value for money. Rooms are spacious, clean & tidy. Only complain would be the shower which the water pressure is low and we could hardly tune the temperature. The Hot spring is located separately with 5 min walking distance. Changing room and swimming pool are great too. Breakfast is nice with lots local variety but not great. Standard is 4 stars for breakfast. Not many great restaurants for dinner nearby and we managed to find one with 15 minutes drive.
