Its a new hotel. Room facilities are all new and modern. Heavenly bed, aircorn is adjustable which is a bonus. The only down side is the pillows are too soft. One of the pillows has beads inside that caused me skin allergy. Room does not come with a fridge, safety box and hair conditional (they have stated on the booking) Very happy that the hotel has a laundry area. The hotel is close to the malls, but need to take didi.

Dadurch ist das Hotel ideal zum Essen, Übernachten und für Ausflüge. Es ist eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für jeden Besuch in Kaiping.

The room is spacious and modern. The hotel is very new and has free WiFi and free laundry machine usage. The staff is very polite and helpful. The entrance may be a bit hard to find. It shares location with other hotels in the mega-complex. The entrance is just around the corner of another major brand hotel. The hotel is connected to a four story shopping mall with plenty of food choices. I see a lot of families around the area

Excellent visit to Taishan and this Fairfield Marriott has to be a hotel of 1st choice. This is a new hotel that opened in 2025 in Taishan’s newer residential areas. Responsive service although language-wise, front desk communicates best in Putonghua. Their Cantonese is average and English is poor (but they try). This is a weak point as many visitors may be overseas Taishanese where English may be the 1st language. Rooms were large and comfortable. They are well-designed, making use of sliding glass panels to demarcate private toilet/shower area from the bedroom area. I paid a bit more for a corner room which had large windows on two walls (North-Easterly Aspect), improved glass panel design features and a separate table/desk with chair and light for getting work done. Room design comes with a long Oakwood and Marble shelf which runs the length of the suite which was very useful for placing luggage and for visitor seating. Restaurant is excellent with Chinese, local Taishan delicacies and Western food choices. Washer-dryer facilities are excellent and on-screen TV gives a realtime update of laundry room machine availability - the first that I have seen this in a hotel, but makes sense. Hotel adjoins a very large 4 floor shopping centre with all of the shopping that you might want, and multiple food options.

Breakfast was so so so crowded, and people just sat down in my seats when I went off to pick up my fried egg, totally chaotic. The door card was just weird, because tapping it in the door lock won't open the door, and that happened not just me and I saw another guest in the floor landing waiting for housekeeping to open the door. The Hotel Management must sort this out, as well as the breakfast hall staff need serious table Management. Bad experience overall.

They were not only warm and welcoming but also went above and beyond to recommend great local places to visit. Their insider tips helped me discover hidden gems I wouldn’t have found on my own. It felt like having a personal guide! Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here—my room was immaculate. The bedding deserves a special shoutout: the mattress was incredibly comfortable, the linens were crisp and high-quality, and the pillows felt like clouds. I slept like a baby every night, which is rare when traveling! The amenities at this hotel are incredible, especially considering the price. The common area had a washer, dryer, and steamer, which made packing light and staying fresh a breeze. The in-room elliptical machine was a fantastic touch, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine without leaving my room. It truly felt like a home away from home. The area around the hotel is peaceful and serene, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Despite being so quiet, it’s incredibly convenient to get around, whether by car or public transport. All of these for under $50 a night?! I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was for such high-quality accommodations. It’s rare to find a place that offers so much at such an affordable rate. Thank you Meisi Park for making my trip so memorable!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und bietet einen schönen und geräumigen Raum mit einem Balkon! Ich blieb hier für eine Familienverheiratet, die im Hotel gehostet wurde. Mein Zimmer war riesig und unverschämt, und ich genossen, auf meinem eigenen ruhigen Patio zu sitzen, bevor die Feiern begannen. Mein Nachmittags-Kaffee und Snack im Lobby-Café waren lecker. Alle waren sehr freundlich und professionell, und auch die Mädels begrüßten mich im Halle. Ich bestellte mein Frühstück zu gehen, und es war denkend verpackt und wartete auf mich am Morgen am Vordertisch. Ich bin so froh, ein so schönes Hotel in Taishan City zu finden. Ich fühlte mich gut betreut. Vielen Dank!

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

Location of the hotel was very convenient to my family. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores are close by. The rooms were very clean and having a free self service laundry room was the icing on top!
