3 Tage Aufenthalt. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist noch neu. Komplette Ausstattung inklusive Bügelbrett. Weitere Kissen, Nackenrollen und Decken befinden sich ebenfalls im Schrank. Der Platz für das Vierbettzimmer ist für 3 große Koffer etwas eng. Das Essen war auch ganz gut, allerdings gab es beim Frühstück keinen Reis. Es gibt einen speziellen Shuttlebus zum Haram, der am Sheb Amer-Terminal abfährt. Für junge Menschen ist es nicht schlimm, den Haram zu betreten. Versuchen Sie es nicht, für indonesische Eltern, die selten laufen, muss es sehr schwierig sein. Auch der Empfangsservice ist hilfreich. Vor dem Hotel stehen viele illegale Taxis, die horrende Preise verlangen. So weit, so gut, Novotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Nicht sehr weit von Haram, aber auch nicht in der Nähe. Leider fährt der Shuttle nur bis zur Kudai-Station und von dort muss man einen anderen Bus nehmen. Das Zimmer war ok. Das Badezimmer hat uns nicht gefallen, da es keinen Deckel hatte, wenn jemand duscht. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt – und wir werden es weiterempfehlen. Bitte ändern Sie die Shuttlebus-Situation, da sich ältere Leute verlaufen könnten. Danke

Sauber, in der Nähe des Haram und in der Nähe des Marktes, gutes Essen und wirklich das Personal, sie sind Abendessen und der ägyptische Manager im Frühstücks-Etage, er ist so nett und lächelt rund um die Uhr

Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were remarkable. The location was also ideal—conveniently situated near Alharam yet offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, my experience at elaf kinda exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!

Lots of refurbishment since the last time we were here in 2016. Previously it was good and now it is excellent ! Most important is its location which is near the clock tower entrance. You dont need to walk far to the mosque unlike Fairmont for eg.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt genossen, das Zimmer war groß und hatte ein paar Sofas zum Entspannen, einen Schreibtisch und einen bequemen Sessel. Wasser, Wasserkocher, Tee/Kaffee stehen kostenlos im Zimmer zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls groß und sauber und verfügt über einen Spender für Duschgel und Shampoo.  Es gibt 6 Aufzüge, sodass man kaum warten muss. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Sie geben sich die größte Mühe, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie mit ihrem Service zufrieden sind. Jede Anfrage wird umgehend bearbeitet. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter.

Sehr schön und komfortabel, aber es gibt keine Parkplätze, der Preis ist sehr günstig, die Sauberkeit ist hoch und der Service ist gut. Ich empfehle es.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, sauber und ordentlich, sehr komfortabel zum Leben. Unten ist ein Supermarkt, daneben eine Moschee und stündlich fahren Busse nach Haram.

I stayed at TIME Ruba Hotel & Suites and while the staff were very kind, helpful, and respectful, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations for a hotel of this category. Breakfast was repetitive with very little variation from day to day. When it comes to the room, I booked a suite (their best according to reception), yet there were several issues: • Stains on the carpet • Burn marks and damage on the curtain • Dirty couch • The balcony door wouldn’t close properly • Poor maintenance overall (e.g., torn fabric, damaged furniture) Additionally, I found a bug on the bed and experienced a lot of mosquitos, possibly because of the faulty balcony door. The swimming pool experience was also disappointing. The sauna was out of order, the steam room was permanently closed, and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The male pool was delayed in opening, yet it closed on time—meaning less swimming time than scheduled. The shuttle service to Haram lacked clear communication. Neither the reception nor the driver provided proper guidance on where to find the bus at the Haram, or where it stops. When asked, the driver just vaguely pointed in the general direction. I believe the hotel staff are doing their best, but it’s clear that they are not given enough resources or support from management. This place has potential but currently falls short in many ways.
