From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

Wir haben 3 Zimmer gebucht und sind auf einem sehr frühen Flug angekommen. Jose war genügend freundlich, um 1 unserer Zimmer innerhalb einer Stunde bereit zu bekommen, so dass wir zumindest waschen, für ein wenig Ruhe, und erfrischten, bevor wir den Tag ausgehen. Er setzte sich während unseres Aufenthalts mit allem, was wir brauchen, und war sehr freundlich und persönlich. Er ist ein ausgezeichneter Vertreter der Qualität und Pflege des Hotels. Wir liebt auch die Atmosphäre des Hotels. Es war schön gelicht und in einer lustigen, eklektischen und entspannenden Mode dekoriert. Unser Zimmerpreis umfasste das Frühstück, das eine erstaunliche Ausbreitung mit vieler Vielfalt war, sehr empfehlenswert. Lage war zentraler, einfache Spazierweiterung überall. Kleine Enttäuschung**ent war fehlendes Fitness. Ich weiß, wir gehen ganz weit, aber es wäre schön, die Option zu haben, als mein Mann und Sohn gerne ein bisschen Übung. Darüber hinaus war das Fernsehsaal, das für Jugendliche/Kinder schön sein kann, während wir auf unsere Zimmer warten, um bereit zu sein, eher in Bezug auf das Innenkonzept, nur grauen Betonwände, Im Gegensatz zu den interessanten und farbigen Designs des Rests des Hotels. Dies ist nur eine Beobachtung, würde ich dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen und würde wiederkommen.

Sehr gutes Hotel, aber man musste sich um eine Zahnbürste bemühen, während die Hotels sie normalerweise ohne Anfrage zur Verfügung stellen. Faites attention l’hôtel enregistre votre carte bancaire et vous fera encore un prélèvement de 3€ sans votre consentement + la taxe de séjour, alors que dans d’autres hôtels 5 étoiles ils ne le font pas.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, so dass es sehr bequem zu Fuß zu den nahe gelegenen Attraktionen. Wir wurden auf ein Zimmer mit einem Balkon, das schön war, und alles andere über das Zimmer war auch nur um perfekt. Super gut gepflegt, vielleicht auch das ist relativ neu, aber das Badezimmer war sehr sauber mit Null-Mold-Spots. Wasserdruck war stark, während der WiFi und der Klimaanlage / Heizung gut funktionierte. Das einzige Kon war, dass das Wasser mit dem Wasser, das ziemlich langsam abwärts ging, etwas geschockt scheint, aber es war für uns keine große Frage.

We absolutely loved this place. Great location. Short walk to tons of restaurants, beautiful parks. The room was much bigger than we expected. Three double doors open to the front of the building. A narrow balcony. Lots of day light and fresh air. Noise from the street but we don’t mind city noise. Excellent bathroom with a nice shower. Charming building and decor. Espresso machine in the stairwell that we really appreciated. Attentive staff. Would definitely stay again. So comfortable.

We booked a junior suite and asked to be put on a high floor. However, we got assigned the ground floor room facing the inner courtyard, making the room quite dark. And the lighting inside the room did not help either since most of the lights were directed light. We have asked for a change of room but was told its not available. The room is on the ground floor close to the lobby and the restaurant. When we asked to change the room, I have expressed my concern that it would be noisy and the front desk agent assured me that it would not be the case. Then on New Year's Eve, they have a party in the restaurant with very loud music. And the sound obviously leaked into our room, and the party lasted till the small hours. The selection of food items at breakfast is quite limited. Its really quite mediocre compared with other hotels in this category. The only saving grace for this hotel is its location.

Just far enough from the busy crowded spots to feel peaceful, yet close enough to walk and or catch many different forms of transport. We booked planning to use the Sauna and Spa after a busy days sight seeing. Unfortunately they had time Limits that didnt allow such comfort, but that just made us do more in gorgeous Porto itself. The garden are well kept, a lovely, and not so small, green space to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Ana checked us in, she was wonderfully fun and full of so much helpful Information!! She gave us a fantastic, if not a little too ambitious itinerary for our short visit. And not one piece of advice Was wrong! Thankyou!! The apartments are nice, they have a warm grounding vibe. Everything Was comfortable except our bed, but that is always relative to who's sleeping in it. Well equipped for short stays, extra kitchen Equipment was available on request. But theres too many delicious options practically on your doorstep. We barely Even had coffee in our room. I would gladly return and stay at Apartments Oporto Anselmo again. And recommend

Die Lage war günstig und das Zimmer sauber. Allerdings bekam ich ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer (wahrscheinlich, weil ich um ein Zimmer in der Nähe des Aufzugs gebeten hatte), sodass beim Duschen oft Wasser austrat. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Hier ist meine ausführliche Bewertung der Wohnung. ## Lage Das Laranjais liegt im Stadtzentrum, direkt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs São Bento und der U-Bahn. Viele beliebte Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das ist ein großer Vorteil für Reisende, die die Stadt erkunden möchten. ## Zimmer Das Zimmer war modern und elegant eingerichtet, und das Bett war bequem, sodass ich gut schlafen konnte. Es war gut ausgestattet und verfügte über kostenloses WLAN, eine Minibar und eine Kaffeemaschine. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gute Licht durch die Fenster und die freie Aussicht, die uns sehr wohlfühlen ließ. Das Zimmer verfügt außerdem über ein Dampfbad, eine offene Küche und ein Esszimmer. ## Service Das Servicepersonal des Hotels ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und berät Sie gerne vor Ort. ## Essen Das Apartment bietet zur Begrüßung Portwein und Schokolade an, was sehr zuvorkommend ist. ## Zusammenfassung Dieses Apartment ist empfehlenswert. Sowohl die Lage als auch die Unterkunftsbedingungen und die Servicequalität haben meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Wenn Sie eine komfortable Unterkunft suchen, ist dies definitiv eine gute Wahl. Ich freue mich schon darauf, beim nächsten Mal wieder hier zu übernachten!
