Ausgezeichnete Lage sehr zentrale und unglaublich bequem für das Umgehen. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich, professionell und willkommen in unserem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gemütlich gestaltet, mit einem sehr komfortablen Bett und Kissen, die für eine tolle Nacht schlafen gemacht. Insgesamt, eine fantastische Erfahrung und ein Ort, wo ich glücklich wieder bleiben würde.

From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

Ich blieb hier 5 Tage und 4 Nächte, und es war die beste Entscheidung meiner ganzen Reise nach Porto. Wenn einer meiner Freunde oder Familie Porto besucht, würde ich sie buchen buchen. Wenn Sie zwischen diesem und einem etwas billigeren, mittelschweren Hotel diskutieren, machen Sie sich einen Gefallen und wählen Sie diesen Aufenthalt. Es bietet absoluten Wert für Geld. 1. Unbesiegbare Lage Die Lage ist unglaublich, buchstäblich direkt neben der Station São Bento. Wenn Sie die Straße rechts unten gehen, enden Sie direkt unter der Dom Luís I Bridge. Wenn Sie die Straße nach links laufen, können Sie in nur 8 Minuten den Garten do Morro erreichen. Mit der U-Bahnstation direkt draußen können Sie leicht überall erreichen, ob es Rua de Santa Catarina oder das Gaia-Bereich ist. Es war so bequem, dass ich einen Touristenplatz besuchen konnte, zurück ins Zimmer für einen schnellen Nappy kommen und wieder für Abendsightseeing ausgehen konnte. 2. Ausgezeichnete Zimmerbedingungen & Wert Die Bedingung des Aufenthalts ist top-notch. Statt Geld auf einem schrecklich gepreisten, niedrigen Qualitätshotel zu verbringen, bietet Ihnen hier bleiben Sie einen erstklassigen Komfort zu einem erstaunlichen Preis. Es ist wirklich der perfekte Budget-freundliche Luxus. 3. Fantastische Ausstattung (Waschmaschine & Cooktop) Ob Porto Ihre erste Haltestelle ist oder Sie aus Lissabon kommen, Sie werden endlich waschen oder etwas komfortables Essen verlangen müssen. Das Zimmer ist mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Induktionskochtop ausgestattet. Es war erstaunlich, dass ich nach dem Kauf von Gemüse im Supermarkt einige Ränder kochen konnte. Allein dieses Merkmal macht es zu einem Muss-Reiseziel während Ihrer Reise. [Schlussfolgerung] Dieser Ort ist fehlerfrei in Bezug auf Lage, Preis und Komfort. Bitte zögern Sie nicht, reservieren Sie es. Sie werden es nicht bedauern!

Das Zimmer ist in gutem Zustand und sauber. Der Nachteil ist, dass es an Wochentagen laut ist. Es wäre besser, wenn das Personal an der Rezeption freundlicher zu den Chinesen sein könnte! Gut

Wir haben 3 Zimmer gebucht und sind auf einem sehr frühen Flug angekommen. Jose war genügend freundlich, um 1 unserer Zimmer innerhalb einer Stunde bereit zu bekommen, so dass wir zumindest waschen, für ein wenig Ruhe, und erfrischten, bevor wir den Tag ausgehen. Er setzte sich während unseres Aufenthalts mit allem, was wir brauchen, und war sehr freundlich und persönlich. Er ist ein ausgezeichneter Vertreter der Qualität und Pflege des Hotels. Wir liebt auch die Atmosphäre des Hotels. Es war schön gelicht und in einer lustigen, eklektischen und entspannenden Mode dekoriert. Unser Zimmerpreis umfasste das Frühstück, das eine erstaunliche Ausbreitung mit vieler Vielfalt war, sehr empfehlenswert. Lage war zentraler, einfache Spazierweiterung überall. Kleine Enttäuschung**ent war fehlendes Fitness. Ich weiß, wir gehen ganz weit, aber es wäre schön, die Option zu haben, als mein Mann und Sohn gerne ein bisschen Übung. Darüber hinaus war das Fernsehsaal, das für Jugendliche/Kinder schön sein kann, während wir auf unsere Zimmer warten, um bereit zu sein, eher in Bezug auf das Innenkonzept, nur grauen Betonwände, Im Gegensatz zu den interessanten und farbigen Designs des Rests des Hotels. Dies ist nur eine Beobachtung, würde ich dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen und würde wiederkommen.

Last year I had the most wonderful stay at Menina Colina, and was excited to return. Unfortunately I now wish I had reserved elsewhere, as it has been nothing but a disappointment. Prices are so much higher than a year ago, but I thought I got what was a good deal on the garden room. Turns out it is greatly overpriced for what is offered, as it has none of the exquisite design or attention to detail that the interior rooms have. It also seems to be neglected in terms of maintenance. The coffee machine was leaking, and after reporting it, it was made out to be my fault as I was using it incorrectly. I had to physically show a member of staff the leaked water for them to agree to replace it. I was really annoyed that they felt that they needed to demonstrate to me how it works rather than just replacing it immediately. The next disappointment was that the room was initially not serviced at all, and no explanation was given. When you are paying $165 for a mediocre room (not even including breakfast), one would at the very least expect the bins to be emptied. The bathroom also had a terrible smell that permeated the room, and mosquitoes were a problem too. Management did offer me lunch or attendance of their fado show, but none of these arrangements fitted into my busy programme. I thought a small financial compensation would have made more sense. That did not happen, and nothing further was mentioned or discussed on check-out. The final issue was the online check-out which they require. When I tried to complete it, my bill was for my entire stay, although 3 of the 4 nights had already been paid months in advance. So my conclusion is unfortunately that Menina Colina’s standards have dropped significantly, and that it is overpriced for the lack of attention to detail that is evident in several areas.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Location was the best thing about it. Right in the centre walking distance to most places we wanted to visit. We were lucky enough to be able to view the Christmas lights switch on and fireworks that were positioned just outside the hotel on the first night. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the spa was a nice option to have on a morning. we wanted to relax. All staff we encountered were very welcoming!

One of the Best Serviced Apartments We’ve Stayed At This was easily the best serviced apartment we’ve stayed at recently. All the facilities were brand new, and the cleanliness—especially in the kitchen and bathroom—surpassed even some 4-star hotels. Everything we needed was provided, and the interior design was excellent. The bed was also very comfortable. Great location, great price, great amenities. Here are a few potential downsides that might matter to some guests: • The internet was very slow. The Wi-Fi signal on the second floor was the strongest, so we used that, but it was barely sufficient for even checking emails. It felt as if the connection was intentionally throttled. If you need stable internet for work, tethering through your phone might actually be faster. • No elevator. Our unit was located on the second floor, and we had to carry about 30kg of luggage up the stairs ourselves. Even a small, old-fashioned lift would have been a huge help. • Noise from upstairs. Although the apartment was newly renovated, the flooring is still the original wooden structure, so noise from the upper floor can be heard. We were tired enough to sleep through it with earplugs, but sensitive guests should take this into account. Booking the top-floor unit might solve this issue, though that means climbing even more stairs. • Early check-in confusion. We had requested an early check-in, but it wasn’t communicated properly. As a result, we had to drop off our luggage at the YOUROPO office, which is about a 6–7 minute walk from the apartment. I wonder if we could’ve left our luggage directly at the property if the message had gone through properly—perhaps someone from the team could clarify? Despite these minor issues, I would still give this property a full 5 stars. If we visit Porto again, YOUROPO will be at the top of our list.

Perfect location, walkable to the sights in the city. The room has everything you need for a short stay. It’s very comfortable and highly recommended. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful to provide suggestions for the area.

Es war gut ausgestattet und verfügte über kostenloses WLAN, eine Minibar und eine Kaffeemaschine. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gute Licht durch die Fenster und die freie Aussicht, die uns sehr wohlfühlen ließ. Das Zimmer verfügt außerdem über ein Dampfbad, eine offene Küche und ein Esszimmer. ## Service Das Servicepersonal des Hotels ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und berät Sie gerne vor Ort. ## Essen Das Apartment bietet zur Begrüßung Portwein und Schokolade an, was sehr zuvorkommend ist. ## Zusammenfassung Dieses Apartment ist empfehlenswert. Sowohl die Lage als auch die Unterkunftsbedingungen und die Servicequalität haben meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Wenn Sie eine komfortable Unterkunft suchen, ist dies definitiv eine gute Wahl. Ich freue mich schon darauf, beim nächsten Mal wieder hier zu übernachten!
