春節期間去了葡萄牙，在波爾圖度過了美好的三天，這家酒店就在步行街上，設施維護的很好，SPA服務也很專業，服務員更是十分的熱情，是此行最令人難忘的酒店

Der Service des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet 👍 Als ich das Hotel betrat, begrüßte mich der Kellner an der Tür mit einem Lächeln und fragte mich, ob ich mir beim Tragen meines Gepäcks helfen möchte. Ich sagte nein, danke😊! Als ich am Schalter eincheckte, stellte mir der Kellner mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht ein Getränk und ein heißes Handtuch zur Verfügung, mit dem ich mir die Hände abwischen konnte. Eine andere Person, die es zu schätzen wusste, war das Reinigungspersonal. Ich dachte ursprünglich, ich hätte die Batterieabdeckung meines iPhone-Stifts verloren und es aufgegeben, danach zu suchen war hell und sauber und ich hatte etwas auf der Arbeitsplatte verloren. Ich bin ihr wirklich dankbar, dass sie mir geholfen hat, die Batterieabdeckung für meinen iPhone-Stift zurückzubekommen. Tatsächlich sind alle Kellner im Hotel sehr nett👍 und die Servicequalität ist erstklassig Die Hotelumgebung ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und komfortabel

Wunderschönes Hotel in Toplage, nur wenige Gehminuten von den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt entfernt und direkt um die Ecke von einer Metrostation – einfach perfekt! Das Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend und das gesamte Hotel ist einladend und stilvoll. Das Frühstück wird in einem schönen Speisesaal mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen serviert, sodass Sie nicht auf den Toaster warten müssen! Die Zimmer sind luxuriös ausgestattet und bieten alles, was Sie brauchen, inklusive eines sehr bequemen Bettes!

Die geografische Lage am Berg am Fluss ist relativ ungünstig. Da die Hoteltür eine Einwegstraße ist, musste der Bolt-Fahrer auf der anderen Straße stehen. Die kleine Steinstraße hat unsere Gepäcktasche zerstört. Jedes Mal, wenn Sie auf die Reise warten, dauert es mehr als 10 Minuten, bis der Fahrer online zu warten, und der Fahrer online zu der Reise zurückkehrt, ist nicht bereit, die Bestellung zu bestellen. Drei Tage werden die letzten Bestellungen viermal gestellt.

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Aliados in Porto. While advertised as a 5-star hotel, it feels more like a high-end 4-star, mainly because it lacks some of the extra touches of luxury and service you’d expect from a top-tier 5-star experience. That said, it still offers great value for money and an excellent stay. One of the hotel’s strongest points is its location—right in the heart of Porto, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being so central, the room was quiet and well-insulated, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome right away. Throughout our stay, the staff remained courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, featuring a king-sized bed, elegant decor, and a huge shower that added a touch of indulgence. Everything was spotlessly clean, which is always a priority when choosing a hotel. The hotel has a spa with a gym, sauna, and hammam, free for guests. While we didn’t have time to use them, they looked modern, well-maintained, and inviting, adding to the hotel’s appeal. Overall, Eurostars Aliados delivers a stylish and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. While it may not quite reach the level of a true 5-star experience, it’s an excellent option for those looking for a high-quality hotel in the center of Porto. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was recommended by a friend and I would happily stay again, or in their other locations. The staff were friendly; the hotel was neat and clean. The rooms spacious enough, so you did not feel cramped in any way. The hotel has a pool, outdoor and indoor, and a small room with some gym equipment (but no room to spread of a gym mat out). There was some construction happening on the side street next to the hotel but it didn't bother us; the work stopped in the early evening. The hotel is well located as well; easy waking distance to the square with lots of places to eat, and a few nice rooftop bars. You are a close walk to the market - which I would recommend eating your way through one afternoon, and close to the subway line if you wish to get further afield.

The least you expect from a five star hotel was a good service and cleanlinless. We stayed here for 5 nights and they did not change our bedsheet even though it was written that they will change it every 3 days, no refill of water, no refill of tissues and coffee and tea we had to request it. There’s a small cockroach in the bathtub. At the front desk they don’t even greet you whenever you passby I am not being entitled that I should be greeted I just compare it to other hotel where they always smile. It’s hard to call the front desk sometimes it will take 5 minutes.  On the positive side the food in the restaurant was really good and the drinks at the bar those who are working there was really nice and attentive too. I’d like to commend also Fabrizio who always smile and who helps us with our luggage when we check in and check out.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe dem Bahnhof und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vor dem Hotel liegt ein großer Bauplatz, der es ein wenig ungünstig umzuwandeln macht. Das Hotel bot uns ein Zimmer, das dem Hof gegenüber stand, so dass wir keinen Baugeräusch erlebten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten sind komfortabel. Insgesamt ist es eine positive Erfahrung mit dem Hotel

Das Hotel macht einen gehobenen Eindruck, der schon beim einchecken beginnt und sich beim frühstücken wiederholt. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen,mit dem Zimmer in den Hinterhof,hier ist absolute Ruhe. Im Badezimmer könnten mehr ablageflächen sein, einiges der Badezimmerutensilien liegen im Schrank. Die Matratzen sind eher hart. Das Frühstücksbufett war hervorragend. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt,war uns zu hochpreisig. In der Umgebung findet sich genügend Abwechslung.
