The surrounding area were too jam due to the nearby construction. Building and design a bit ages however was well maintained.
Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was good, many varieties. A small minus will be the overnight oatmeal was not up to par.

Everything was good. Some of the reviews made me a little nervous re: WiFi and aircon, but the only issue we ran into was the aircon and it was quickly rectified after calling the concierge. Turns out we had to switch on a main switch. Wifi worked well in the room. Extremely minor con is that the room felt unfinished, with some paint streaks and builder’s marks here and there, but this was more of a cosmetic issue and did not affect our stay at all. Roosters crowing, call to prayer and other neighbourhood sounds were not disruptive at all, in fact it made the experience much more homely and cozy 🥰
Cannot comment on breakfast and amenities as we did not use them.
Overall - a wonderful and comfortable stay in an incredibly clean room with smooth service. :) View was wonderful too!

Stunning undisturbed view over Johor-Singapore straits via the High level floor of 47th. Both rooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Both bathrooms have basic toiletry. The kitchen has set of 4 for plates, bowls, cups. The entire unit is sparkling clean. Balcony has cloth hanging lines.
Windy and not so noisy due to high floor.
Very nice swimming pool and exercise track at 8th floor. Reasonable price for the quality. Surely would like to stay again.
Suggestions:
1. Draw the parking lot on the the Carpark map provided. As the parking is quite huge and take a while for us to find the exit door to the lift.
2. Provide a clearer instruction map to get the key from the mail box. As there are quite many Blocks and Carpark entrances.
3. Provide a clearer instruction to go to R&F Mall via the Bridge from the 8th Floor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming guesthouse, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and genuine. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable throughout my stay. Location-wise, it was perfect. Nestled in a quiet area but still close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It was the ideal balance between peacefulness and convenience.i will visit again.

First time book R&F 19 floor for 6pax. Room are cleaned with shampoo, toothbrush, big towel & kitchen usage. Ground floor has many restaurants and 24hrs mini mart. Yummy 12pm lunch bbq & wanton mee that closed at 3am! Car park outside the building it’s free for I think 3 hrs if not overnight need to park inside big carpark , we paid 16rm for overnight just outside the condo( no need to walk so far to carpark as we have elderly )
The only step back was they only gave us 1 room card for the whole family. The bed are not super comfortable but it’s ok for 1 night :) it will be also good if common room has 2 single bed in future.

Host YQYH sent Whatsapp messages 3-4 days in advance to let us know the check-in information. They have been kind. Amenities are provided. Cleanliness can be improved though. For travellers walking from JBCC to R&F, do note that there is a little construction of the overhead bridge and needed to go down and up again to reach there. We stayed in Phase 2 which needed a bit of walking compared to phase 2 buildings. Both myself and the boys slept throughout the night but not my husband. The beds are the firm type. Overall, the experience was okay for me.

The AC in the room was terrible. After many calls to the front desk. We finally got through and informed them of the heat in the room. Was told someone will come to check. After waiting an hour, I fell asleep in the heat. Middle of the night it was still hot. By the morning the aircon had finally gotten cold.
What a horrible night we had.
The towels at this hotel are also subpar for a holiday inn.
Breakfast and service was good. Location is good too. Free car parking.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber. Aber wir waren unsagbar überrascht, als wir die Fenster öffneten und die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer im 23. Stock genossen. Sie können selbst sehen, wie schlecht es gepflegt ist. Ansonsten sind sie nicht entgegenkommend, wenn wir nach zusätzlichen Mineralwasserflaschen fragen, im Gegensatz zu 5-Sterne-Hotels, die uns auf Anfrage ein paar geben. Hier ist es anscheinend kostenpflichtig. Einer der männlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich, als er unsere Fragen beantwortete. Keine Wärme, kein Lächeln oder freundliche Ausstrahlung von ihm. Das ist eine Überraschung für einen Hotelangestellten. Da kann man besser sein. Das Frühstück war nicht allzu schlecht und bot eine gute Auswahl. Prost!

GGastnutzerWe headed to R&F link bridge from CIQ-City Square mall right after we were informed check-in is available around 2pm+. We were quite disappointed with the long walk with breakage of the link bridge due to RTS construction works ongoing. The long climbs of stairs down then up to the continuation link bridge is rather a hassle especially for guest who carries luggage as we have seen along the way. Luckily we only carried light backpack as we only stay for one night.
The procedure of checking in to R&F Princess Cove is rather simple by following a step-by-step instruction via WhatsApp. The unit assigned to us is at B1-1 Block on the 33rd floor. It was right after the rain stopped when we reached. There is a broken-handle window along the corridor hence not properly closed. The heavy rain has actually poured onto the corridor flooring and we almost slipped as we didn’t see the patch of water. The unit assigned to us was according to our request (away from lift, non-smoking & high floor).
The unit we should say, is well maintained, clean and really nice!!! The only flaw is that the seaview is not as expected (only a slant opening seaview perhaps). The only bedroom ceiling light cum fan is great. However, the bedroom entrance downlight electrical point is tied to the ceiling light cum fan which the entrance downlight can’t be switched off when the fan is in operation during sleep….anyway, we turned on the aircon thereafter in order not to be affected by the glaring bedroom entrance downlight. Even there are 2 pillows each, they are rather too soft and we couldn’t sleep well. Apart from the above, we enjoyed very much at the Living and Kitchen areas where we watched TV drama & having our meals. The next morning while heading out to walk around the premises, a pale stale stink smell from the rubbish chute on our level can be smelt while waiting for the lift to go down……
The exterior environment of R&F Princess Cove (phase 2) is comfortable especially on the 8th floor where gardens, swimming pool, gym, viewing deck, jogging track and link bridge to R&F mall are resided. One thing to praise is that R&F Princess Cove has friendly, nice security guards and staffs who have communicated via WhatsApp, thumbsup!
Overall we think it is good to stay provided the CIQ to R&F Princess Cove link bridge is complete.

The hotel is well kept, room and toilet are clean. Basic amenities in place. However the pool is under maintainence for a few days. Breakfast was decent. The gym is small and compact. It would help if the gym temperature is kept lower. Its quite stuffy while working out in the gym given the hot weather.
It helps that the hotel is connected to the mall. Very convenient for shoppers.

Checking in was very quick and fuss free. Despite booking 4 rooms for the entire family, they only requested for the passport of the main party who made the booking. This is much more convenient and seamless. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous throughout and explained the hotel facilities and the timing for the breakfast. We called in before hand to request for connecting rooms and they arranged for rooms which are opposite one another and both were connecting rooms. Kudos for the effort to accommodate customers request.
Rooms
The rooms were plenty big and there was enough storage space. There's are convenient water dispensers located at both ends of the corridor allowing you to refill the glass bottle included in the room which is not only great for the environment but we liked it as that provided us with unlimited supply of water unlike standard complimentary bottled water. Facilities were in good condition including water kettle. Beds were clean and there is even a nice bay window to chill and relax. TV are smart and you can connect your devices. Toilets had all basic necessities including toothbrush and shavers in request.
TV were if good quality with a great options for Singapore channels.
Water pressure and hot water in the bath room is great. They have one of the best designed toilets in my view as the design is not only non slip but it kept the other parts of the toilet dey after shower which is fantastic. Towels were changed everyday if you wish to. Ironing board is also included.

Hotel pool is nice and located at the top floor offering great views.

The staff are all amazing. From hotel reception to house keeping to security. Everyone greeted us with a smile every time we see them. This is too notch
Checkout
Checkout was the most seamless ever. The staff did not even do any check of the rooms. They just took the key card and that concluded the checkout process. The hotel also accommodated our request for a later checkout.
Breakfast
Breakfast has good variety but the quality is just ok. There were plenty of seats around and the food is always replenished.
Can do better
The pillows were too soft and unfortunately the hotel do not have any other option available.
The hotel gym is very basic and lacked a proper treadmill.

Llittle munchkinsDas Hotel entschuldigt sich aufrichtig wegen der Klimaanlage während unseres Aufenthalts. Staff Anna, im Namen des Hotel Trove, bietet uns mit einem extra Bett und Fan für die Service-Wiederherstellung.
Die Wartung funktioniert auf der Klimaanlage.
Schließlich möchte ich mich für die Fruchtplatte und auch für das Personal bedanken, um meinem Hubby bei der Geburtstagsküche während unseres Aufenthalts zu helfen.

Eed anEin Hotel, das groß ist wie eine Wohnung. Aber kann man sehen, dass es dateert, vielleicht seit vor dem Covid, aber nur nach dem Covid beginnen zu holen. Es sieht aus, wie diese Kondo in ein Hotel umwandeln.
Das Zimmer kommt mit Dingen, um ein Essen zu kochen, aber leider keine Waschmaschine. Hat Stoß und Mikrowelle. Wenn Sie Waschmaschine, wird es perfekt sein
Dienst ist ok la, nehmen Sie den Schlüssel zu Hause schnell um 4 Uhr.
Die Ausstattung hat Pool und Fitnessraum. Sehr schöner Blick auf die Spitze.
Break schnell ist belastet. Viele Hoch den Sitz und bis morgen wie sogar bei 10plus. Suggestion gehen früh zu essen. Essen ist schön, aber die Küche kann es nicht nehmen, Essen langsam aufzuheben und sehen Stapel nicht gereinigtes Gericht. Hier ist ein Bereich, um zu verbessern.
Für den Preis zahle ich, keine Beschwerden. Zimmer große sauber, Frühstück füllen Sie den Magen.

NnotreveFantastic location, just across the road from Aeon Bukit Indah. Many other eateries and spas in the same area as well. A decent stay. Big room and generally clean. Stayed in rooms 719 and 720. 719 was a corner room so felt a little bigger. However, had to let the water run for a while before there was hot water. TV was also a little small for the room size.
As the hotel was beside a main road, window sound proofing should have been done better. Could hear the sound of vehicles while trying to sleep at night. Pillows were also on the soft side.
Amenities in the hotel includes a (clean) Javanese massage spa. The pool (under maintenance) and gym was really small. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was nothing to rave about. Better off eating in the numerous eateries in the area.

AAnna Marie KaibiganIf you're visiting Legoland Malaysia and looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to the Legoland Resort, Ramada by Wyndham Meridin Johor Bahru is a solid choice. The hotel is located just a short drive from the theme park, making it convenient for families.
The rooms are impressively spacious and comfortable, offering great value for the price. We appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness of the space, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing.
One area for improvement would be the shuttle service. While the hotel does offer some transport options, it would be much more convenient if they increased the frequency or added more scheduled trips, especially during peak hours or weekends when many guests are heading to and from Legoland.
Overall, it's a great stay for families or groups looking to save a bit without compromising on comfort.

Friendly concierge proficient in English. Hotel pillow is soft type, 2 given per bed and super comfortable. Sound proofing is pretty good (didn't get woken up by any sounds beside or outside) Modern interior design and 4 wall socket + 1 beside the bed. Tv had YouTube but slightly slower due to older model. Lobby had sufficient seat while waiting for grab too.
Free swimming pool access & it looks very clean. Overall satisfied with the stay and will be back/recommending to others.
