Reception staff remain friendly and warm on the whole esp Sol.
Housekeeper lady responsive but one day was sneezing - concern for her well being and risk of spread of cold, flu or even covid 19 as she cleans surfaces but sneezing.
Hope she was able to be tested for hers, other staff and guests safety.

Location is very good. Near CIQ, City Square. Many eating joints around the corner. Wifi is very strong. Mosquitoes 🦟 were found in the room.

The staff who served me is friendly and efficient. I store the luggage before book in time and when I returned to check in, he remembered my name.

Very comfortable room and hotels.. Easy to find food anywhere there.. All Surrounding the hotel easy to find what u want.. Such as shopping, food and more... Very recommended..

Location is very near City Square. Surrounding is rowdier at night, something that I can live with.

More effort need for housekeeping. I some hairs are found in the cupboard. Bathroom need some upgrading as the tap is falling off.

Everythings all ok except the car park. There is no proper parking for hotel customer. Difficult to find a spot for parking.
