Very good location and very close to the mall and checkpoints. I booked a private single room inside have two beds. The beds not so clean gad a few hairs, and some of the rooms are long-term residence, the environment like dorm. No toilet paper provided in the toilet.

DDarrenThe capsule pod was clean and spacious enough to sit up straight while leaning against the wall. The aircon inside the pod is not as cooling as in the room though, so be mindful of that. Duvet is quite thick so some people might feel hot if they use it through the night. Also the common space was pretty dark and gloomy, contrary to the pictures put up by the owners. Also contrary to the pictures all the computers are off, and the LAN room was also shut, so I don't think guests can use them. Definitely feels like the place has seen better days Shower has heater also but hot water only comes out when the pressure is set low. If pressure is set all the way the water is cold for some reason. Location is convenient at the heart of mount Austin, so can cover most popular restaurants, convenience stores and even a Jaya grocer within a 5-10 minute walking distance Counter staff consists of an uncle and auntie, probably the owners. Their attitude was not very friendly, and give you a frowning face everytime they see you. Maybe that's just their default facial expression, but didn't feel very welcome nonetheless. But oh well, the location alone more than makes up for their hospitality shortcomings.

GGanes Arumugam”The location of the hotel was great, and the room was spacious, which made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was decent, though there could be improvements. Unfortunately, cleanliness wasn't up to standard as there was noticeable dust and even a small cockroach inside the room, which was a bit concerning.”

LLimMelvynDer Besitzer ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt klare Richtung, um den Gast zu bewegen. Die Kapsel ist sauber, sauber und gemütlich. Der Luftkontakt für näher an den Gegenstelle kann stärker sein, weil es in der Kapsel ist, wenn ich die Tür schließe. Guter und haushaltsmäßiger Ort, um die Nacht zu verbringen!
