Wall had some stains. Toilet looks stylish and clean, but the towel rack was a little rusty and also one towel was stained. This room can accommodate extra bed which is good. I need to wait a few hours for my extra bed though

2nd stay here is because of the amenities around the hotel and because of the huge size of the room. However cleanliness need to be improved. Hair found on the pillowcase. Tissue box not replaced with a new one thus, required guests to call for housekeeping service. 1 reason for the repeat stay is the reasonable price and the spa of the hotel. The spa has great therapists and reasonable discounted price for hotel guests.

I had booked this room for Good Friday weekend and was impressed with the huge size of the Executive Deluxe room that comes with King and Single bed. We reached at about 11+ and understand that check in will only be available at 3pm, so we left our luggage and headed out to run errands. We came back at about 5.45pm ready to rest before breaking fast which we had also booked in advance for the Ramadhan buffet. We were given the access card for room 2119. Was videoing our journey to go in and to our surprised, room has not been cleaned or it has been entered by someone. I didnt step in further worrying that there might be other guest belongings hence I just took the photo from outside and went down. They took awhile to check and when I approached the staffs, they explained that there was an error. I asked so am I gonna be given the same room or another room and her reply was not sure. Of coz i dont want the same room as i think they will definitely rush to clean it and will not be properly cleaned. No apologies from the staff and we were then given another room 2419. We went up and Mr Kamarul, the manager waited for us at the lift lobby of level 24 to apologize for the error. I was more calm after he apologize and he explained the error and all we wanted is to check in after a long exhausting day with our stuffs. When we checked in, I had another surprise, 1st notice wet stains at the side table of the bed and best surprise is to see stains at the toilet seat and cover, i can say it looks more like a menses stain. I had to clean the seat myself. Pointless to call for someone to clean cause i called reception twice and there was no answer. The room was not cold either as it a centralized aircon and set at 28 deg. After the horrendous event, we went to their Ramadhan buffet which I must say is flavourful and has a lot of varieties. On our 2nd day, b4 leaving to run errands, we let the reception know on our concerns and they told me will get maintenance to check the aircon as well. When we came back with so many things on hand, we had issue with the card and was not able to open the door and had to go down again to get it checked. Room temp has no difference. This will definitely be our 1st and last time.

I stayed for 1 night in a twin-bedded room. The rooms were clean and had a good flow of water pressure for the shower. The curtain was not functioning properly and the missing another coffee chair. The breakfast was not to my liking. The steamed buns were hard, and the half-boiled eggs were not cooked properly. They served bread, but there wasn’t any butter

Repeat guest. Go-to hotel whenever we are in JB. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location was good. Rooms equipped with drinking water dispenser.

location is pretty near checkpoint by grab. not alot of shopping nearby, but there’s a nasi lemak stall opposite the hotel, and down the road abt 7min walk, there’s a short stretch of eateries. the ramly outside banafe was SUPERB. interior wise, room was not bad. abit old but ok. lifts are slow and during checkout time we waited 10min and still did not get to enter a lift. a random unfortunate instance- fridge wasn’t working, but we managed to get a cup of ice from the restaurant below. overall for the price paid i think it was ok. there’s a cafe at the ground floor which we went cos it was raining one morning.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Firstly, when we requested a late checkout at 1pm, we were disappointed to be informed that there was a fee of RM50 for the extension until 3pm, with additional charges for any further extension beyond that. Moreover, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were hairs on the bed, stains on a round table, and even beneath the wall-mounted TV's cabinet. Additionally, the toilet had an unpleasant odor. The breakfast's salad bar was quite underwhelming, with no milk available and the vegetables appearing to be not fresh and even rotting. However, the hotel's location was convenient, being less than 10 minutes away from CSQ. Overall, while the location was favorable, the cleanliness and certain amenities fell short of expectations.

Clean room and facilities are exactly what we expected it to be. Generous toiletries. Pool is clean and the view is awesome. Buffet breakfast is great, decent options. Also tried their high tea meal and it was also good. Location wise is accessible and near JB Sentral. Definitely recommended.

Overall place looks good, but lack of amenities. Air con wasn't working and the check in process requires time ( at least 2 hours ) as they were shorthanded and rooms weren't prepared yet.
