Der Busverkehr ist nicht sehr bequem. Besonders wenn Sie nachts zum Hotel zurückkehren, können Sie oft keinen Busverkehr haben, wenn Sie lange Berge zurückkehren. Aber es gibt einen Busverkehr am Tag, wenn Sie nicht zu häufig sind. Es ist gerade eine Entfernung vom Zentrum. Die Blumen im Badezimmer haben einen seltsamen Mechaniker, aber zwei Handtücher sind immer noch gut. Es gibt einige schwarze Punkte im Schlafzimmer, aber das Zimmer ist groß. Es gibt keine Landschaft und gar keine Privatsphäre im zweiten Stock, die den Menschen zugute kommen. Am nächsten Morgen hat er über 270 Messer außer 100 Gold gedreht. Nachdem er den Postmanager kontaktiert hat, hat er keine Erklärung dafür gemacht, dass er sich entschuldigt hat. Es fühlt sich sehr unglaublich an.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt äußerst zufrieden! Das Hotel liegt großartig, in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und nur wenige Gehminuten von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufszentren entfernt. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend. Mein Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, geräumig und mit bequemen Betten sowie allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet – ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich und zuvorkommend, und der Check-in und Check-out verliefen schnell und unkompliziert. Auch bei Fragen und Problemen waren sie stets hilfsbereit. Das Hotel bietet eine ruhige Atmosphäre und ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist somit ideal für Familienurlaube oder Alleinreisende. Ich werde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Brisbane definitiv wieder buchen und es Freunden und Familie wärmstens empfehlen!

Location & amenities:  The location is the biggest asset of this nice independent hotel. It's near Toowong shopping center and the shops and restaurants that surround it, which include chemists & a 24 hour 7-11 convenience store. The hotel itself is home to the Katsuco Japanese restaurant on its ground floor- famous for its good Japanese food. There is free parking for guests, but the lots are limited (approximately 25 lots). There is free street parking along Sherwood road on the same side as the hotel. Hotel design, ambience, service:  The hotel lobby is cozy and compact, with a small seating area in front of the reception desk. Depending on the day of the week & time of day, the staff range from invisible to proactively polite & are generally nice. There is a lift to take you to your rooms over the three floors that it spans. Room design, comfort, acoustics: (deluxe King) The rooms are decently sized- with adequate room for luggage and sufficient points for charging. There is an ironing board, kettle, room safe, free tea bags, the usual soaps & conditioners and moisturizers provided. The bathrooms are well designed with a nifty smart/switchable/ dynamic glass looking into the bedroom. The shower head is a rain shower type - definitely giving it cred. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable indeed- standout & remarkable. There are blackout curtains which work well. As for the acoustics- overall decently quiet given the location at the corner of a busy crossroad. Noise from the corridor does seep in depending on your neighbors. There is also the usual mild hum & grumble from the bar fridge & whine from the air conditioner. The occasional street car cacophony can be heard during the day, but generally it's quiet at night. So a good night's sleep is mostly achievable. Overall: At the risk of making it more popular than it already is, this is a highly recommended property outside the city, with free parking. Will return if in the area!

Zunächst einmal vielen Dank an Ctrip für die hilfreiche Nachbearbeitung und das positive Feedback. Dieses Hotel war leider völlig ungeeignet; der Zustand der Zimmer war schlecht, sie waren zu alt und entsprachen überhaupt nicht den Fotos. Wir mussten mindestens zwanzig Minuten auf den Check-in warten, da sich die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ununterbrochen mit einem ziemlich merkwürdigen Gast unterhielten. Er hatte nicht genügend Guthaben auf seiner Karte, und da kein Bargeld akzeptiert wurde, unterhielten sie sich einfach weiter… Nach dem Einchecken stellten wir fest, dass das Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer direkt neben einer Baustelle lagen – sehr nah. Dann begannen auf der anderen Seite die Fundamentarbeiten. Wir baten um ein anderes Hotel. Das andere Hotel lag zumindest nicht neben einer Baustelle, aber die Fundamentarbeiten hatten dort bereits vor 7 Uhr morgens begonnen. Was das Parken angeht, muss man sich erst einmal informieren; egal wie ausführlich die Rezeption es erklärt, es klappt nicht auf Anhieb. Außerdem ist es mit 45 Yuan pro Tag ziemlich teuer. Sie müssen auf den Parkplatz des benachbarten Apollo fahren, in die Untergeschosse 5-8 und dort die markierten Hotelparkplätze suchen. Viele sind bereits belegt; wahlloses Parken ist nicht erlaubt, sonst bekommen Sie ein Knöllchen. Sobald Sie einen gefunden haben, fahren Sie mit einem Aufzug hinunter zu P8 und dann mit einem weiteren Personenaufzug in Ihr Stockwerk. Jede Fahrt erfordert also zwei Aufzugsfahrten und das Navigieren durch ein labyrinthartiges Parkhaus. Es ist nicht einfach. Abschließend möchte ich noch erwähnen, dass wir bei der Buchung angegeben hatten, dass wir mit Kindern reisen und ein ruhiges Zimmer benötigen. Diese Information ist dem Hotel bekannt, trotzdem haben wir ein extrem lautes Zimmer bekommen. Ich verstehe das nicht. Nach dem Einchecken stellten wir fest, dass es kein Internet gab. Die Hotelangestellten sagten, der Anbieter führe Wartungsarbeiten durch und sie wüssten nicht, wann das Internet wieder funktionieren würde. Glücklicherweise funktionierte es am nächsten Tag.

I had a really great time at this place. The staff were super friendly and helpful the whole time I was there. The rooms were comfy and well-kept, which made for a relaxing experience. I'd totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice and accommodating stay. Also it's nearby to my favorite café Espresso Room.

Der Schwerpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war sicherlich das Front Desk Personal. Sie waren so willkommen und freundlich, und sie erlaubten uns sogar zu prüfen früh, was wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Der Gepäck-Speicherungsservice war auch sehr hilfreich und bequem. Die Lage ist hervorragend, es macht unglaublich einfach, um die Stadt zu erreichen. Das Zimmer selbst konnte jedoch eine Verbesserung nutzen. Die Reinigung war nicht bis zum Standard, da es sehr viel Staub im Zimmer gab. Auch der Wasserdruck im Bad Tauch war sehr schwach. Insgesamt ist es ein bequemer Ort, mit fantastischen Service zu bleiben, aber sie müssen wirklich ihre Zimmer Wartung und Reinigung verbessern.

This accommodation was in a spectacularly convenient location for a GIG that I was attending this week. The Team on-site were incredibly helpful. I had a small issue when I got there with the fridge not working and it had tripped the breaker; the maintenance guy came and sorted it out and then replaced the mini fridge thing for me as well. All within 30 minutes. Amazing. He also offered tips to assist with making the most out of the aircon and the double-glazing which was also super helpful so I could get a good nights sleep afterward. The place was nice & clean and tidy with an exceptionally large sized bed. It was surprisingly quiet being right beside an active pub as well. Unless I was in the hallway, I couldn't hear a thing. I could hear my neighbours though...! Beautiful artwork through the building, and the hallways didn't smell awful either. They had cool little work nooks in the stairwells you could use if you wish and I think I saw some business suites on the 1st floor you could use for meetings. Not so amazing parts: There was clearly mould in some areas in bathroom areas.. they oddly have glass doors on the toilets?? that's strange. No ventilation in the bathroom to prevent the mould too. The air-conditioning was genuinely effective but it was clearly not well maintained as there was dust & mould forming around the vent and the roof section where the duct was, had starting bowing. Booking process via Trip.com - not great. The information provided by the website indicated they'd hold the amount of the booking but we had to pay the amount AT the hotel plus a deposit fee for incidentals...(on top of the amount they already took). That was actually not the case... I didn't have to give them anything at all except ID and verify my general details. When I got there, the nice man at reception told me I was all good to go and no extra fees or holds were required. All in all, a good stay. The place could use some extra love and attention to detail but for the price I paid? I'm not bothered.

The room was good, spacious and acceptable cleanliness level. Location fantastic too. However, 1- The bed or mattress is extremely bad. I guess it is very old mattress and you can basically feel the spring when you sleep. Very BAD 2- The water pressure for the shower is extremely low. I think they do purposely to save water as I compare the pressure from the basin and it was very good pressure 3- This hotel is basically 2 stars hotel Will not be staying again

It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön alles war sehr reibungslos mein Paar und ich hatte einen sehr späten Flug wir können die spät einchecken mögliche Schritte sind einfach nur lassen sie wissen, wann Sie ankommen und sie bieten Ihnen die Schritte zu gehen. Frühstück ist nur ein toast, Einige Getreide, Milch, Kaffee, Saft usw., Lage ist großartig in der Nähe Einkaufszentrum und Macca's, wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem entspannenden Ort, wo nach einem langen Tag nach der Stadt oder um sie und nur möchten entspannen und schlafen möchte ich diesen Ort empfehlen. Nichts. Wenn möglich, dann werde ich wahrscheinlich noch einen Tag bei ihnen bleiben. und es von Stadtzentrum (Zentralstation oder König George Square) nur 35Min mit der Busnummer 330 oder 340.. Front Desk-Arbeiter sehr freundlich.
