Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt. Das Personal traf uns direkt am Bahnhof und ging uns zum Hotel, das nach einer langen Reise sehr bequem und gemütlich war. Das Hotel ist sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel, und Sie können wirklich die Pflege für die Gäste fühlen. Nach dem Besuch von Machu Picchu, auch nach dem Abreisen, hatten wir noch viel Zeit vor unserem Zug. Das Personal erlaubte uns nett im Lobby zu warten, unsere Telefone zu laden und das Wi-Fi zu benutzen, was sehr hilfreich war. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr!

The hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the Machu Picchu train station and right on the side of the rails. The best thing is that it is also only 2-minutes away from the bus stop that takes visitors to the entrance of Machu Picchu so it is ideal for any early morning excursions. During the day and up until around 9pm there will be trains passing by every once in a while and can get loud, but otherwise there is not too much source of noise. Since Aguas Calientes is a tiny town, most of the restaurants, marketplaces, and cafes are within a 10 to 15-minute walking distance. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a great balcony view of the surrounding mountains. Receptionist Mary was extremely helpful through WhatsApp communications, even coming to the train station to pick up guests, and gave a lot of information about visiting Machu Picchu. Breakfast allowed for an early start to accommodate those having early morning entrance tickets, and it was a decent buffet of varied food and made-to-order eggs. They were also very generous to allow guests to stay and rest in the reception area after check-out time and keep bags in storage before taking a late afternoon train. All in all a great choice if you are planning to visit Machu Picchu

Das Hotel am Fluss ist super groß und der Geräusch ist sehr schlecht, es schläft nicht gut, die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr alt, es hat einen frieren Geschmack, es schläft nicht sehr gut. Früh wurde uns gebeten, zum Frühstück zu gehen 😂, aber ich kann nicht aufstehen und schlafen, also weiß ich nicht, wie das Frühstück ist, Die Mitarbeiter sind immer noch sehr enthusiastisch.

Es ist auf der Brücke gegenüber dem Markt, aber der Eingang ist schwer zu verstehen. Es ist sehr bequem, neben der Busstation in Machubiya zu gehen! Die Rezeption ist nicht gut Englisch, aber die grundlegende Frage ist im Voraus vorbereitet, in Englisch übersetzt, so dass ich keine Frage habe. Da es eine Treppe von der Eingangsstelle gibt, wird empfohlen, die Gepäcktasche in den Hinterkopf zu halten. It's also the time when tea and coffee are served, so you can get your caffeine fix before heading out. · Clean and Tidy: Daily cleaning service is provided, and our room was always kept spotless. The hotel feels very well-maintained. · Convenient Currency: As noted, USD is widely accepted in the area at the market rate, which includes settling your bill at the hotel. This makes things very easy for international travelers. Things to Note: · No In-Room Tea/Coffee: Be aware that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. You'll need to wait for the breakfast service or pop out to one of the many nearby cafes if you want a drink outside of those hours.

Great value, great room view and restaurant view. Free breakfast. Room was clean, but no air-conditioned, I guess all hotels here have none. Unfortunately the room I got is right in front above where their exhaust fan releases smoke so if I leave the room opened, the room will smell food. A lot of restaurants nearby, hotel is facing the railway, so you can get a railway view or mountain / lake view.

Manuel ist ein super freundlicher Gastgeber! Wir hatten so schöne Tage bei Machu Picchu, wir blieben dort 3 Nächte. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, das Frühstück ist ok, aber das Wichtigste ist, dass sie Ihnen helfen, die ganze Reise zum Machu Picchu. Sie empfahl einen schönen Tourführer und gute Dinge in der Stadt zu tun
