Großes Hotel. Ausgezeichnete Lage und zugänglich für die meisten Attraktionen. Angenehmes Einchecken und kann feststellen, dass alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren. Erstaunliche Zimmer mit (zusätzlicher Upgrade). Küche mit Wohnbereich, großes Schlafzimmer mit komfortablen Betten und Kissen. großes Badezimmer mit einem massiven Spabad. Ich empfehle sehr, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben.

The room was very clean and everything was perfectly set up. I was arrived the property at midnight and even midnight they sorted out my entrance code problem which was life saver. Thank you whoever was otherside the phone helping me get into property. Staff was very friendly, location is great but not very close to city centre so there is bus and metro options. Walking distance from Hotel to City centre around 15-20 min.

location is good cos its walkable distance to the city area.. lotsa restaurant nearby as well. highly recommended!

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind bequem zu erreichen. Zum Zimmer: Die Dusche im Badezimmer war nicht besonders komfortabel, und der Ausblick aus dem Fenster ging nur auf eine Wand, aber das ist nicht weiter schlimm. Das Frühstück war inklusive: nichts Besonderes, Gebäck, Kaffee und eine Art Omelett. Es reichte aber bis zum Mittagessen in der Stadt.

We had a very good stay, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing is that it’s not specify on trip.com that the room in not directly a part of the hotel but a room in a building at 4 minutes. The address for the checking is Via delle Ruote, 52, 50129 Firenze FI, Italy (Hotel royal). We could still enjoy all the services as breakfast, pool and luggage storage. I recommend

Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und war jeden Morgen (2 Nächte) köstlich. Auch das Zimmer war sauber und wir konnten die Müdigkeit unserer Reise auskurieren. Da ich zum ersten Mal mit dem öffentlichen Bus innerhalb von Florenz unterwegs war, hatte ich Schwierigkeiten, zwischen dem Bahnhof Florenz und dem Hotel zu gelangen, sodass ich schließlich ein Taxi nahm. Wenn Sie den Bustransport zum und vom Bahnhof beherrschen, werden Sie einen noch besseren Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Hotel selbst war gut.

A quiet neighbourhood not far from the train station. Room spacious and clean, but pity that no tea/coffee making facility inside. Breakfast very good and not expensive. Dennis at the front desk very nice and friendly, he gave advice and answered my various questions about sightseeing and travel in Firenze, thank you very much. Very nice view of Firenze at terrace and breakfast room on 4th floor, and guess thus the name Hotel Panorama.

Так как у меня был забронирован номер с удобствами, меня заселили в соседний отель. Поэтому про сам авто парк сказать ничего не могу. Рядом отель отличный. 3 мин пешком до трамвая и проехать пару остановок и центр.

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.

Allerdings verfügt das Hotel nicht über eine 24-Stunden-Rezeption. Am Morgen antwortete niemand, dass ich mein Gepäck nicht abstellen könne, aber sonst sei alles in Ordnung. Man kann im kleinen Innenhof frühstücken, was gut ist. Das Zimmer ist nicht zu klein und das Bett ist groß. Aber das Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen und die Aussicht ist nicht zu sehen. Die Lage ist auch gut, hauptsächlich mit dem Taxi. Der Service an der Rezeption ist gut und kann helfen, ein Taxi zu rufen. Mit dem Taxi gelangt man in zehn Minuten in die Stadt. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
