GGastnutzerA Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special. The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant. One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical. Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition. We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us. If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night. This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. Highly recommended. ❤️

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

TTom loves to travelMe and my partner stayed 3 nights in the hotel, we had forgotten a travel adapter and the staff were so kind and gave one to us. The staff all went above and beyond especially the receptionist Valentina. Breakfast was great, just what you need to start the day. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It was extremely convenient to walk from the hotel to everywhere in Florence, and right next to Santa Maria Novella station. We visited in December and were happy to have hearing in the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is conveniently located near the central station. But the street is too narrow and noisy when there were traffic. The staff are not friendly nor helpful. The only time you feel you are welcome was you booked tours through them. The breakfast room is small and in the basement. There is no view throughout the whole hotel.

MMb36We had a wonderful stay at c-hotels Joy Firenze - the location is ideal for exploring Florence. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from Santa Maria Novella train station, which made both arrival and departure incredibly easy, and most major sights are within walking distance.  The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going well. Breakfast every morning was great, and a huge shout-out to Jade, whose kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made our mornings even better!  Our room was spotless and smelled amazing - honestly one of the best hotel room scents we’ve experienced, I’d happily use whatever they’re using at home! Overall, this was a fantastic base for our Florence trip. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city - a perfect mix of location, service, comfort, and value. 10/10 from us!

TTSAI YU LINGThe best hotel in Florence I have ever stayed very well located and just 5 min walking from train station. Tiny swimming pool but very precious in the city center like this so I still tried the pool even it’s very cold in middle of sep, the front desk ( cute boy) really friendly to book the restaurant for my customers with patience and the lady in the breakfast room are super nice to me! Lunch in Asia fusion in Italian is also unexpected good!

Every important landmarks are mostly within 15 minutes max radius of the hotel. And I can't stress this enough about the Helpfullness & Amazing Service of the staffs.. Very responsive, very friendly , very2 eager to help.. a big shout out to DAVID at the reception & AMAN from the kitchen. The hotel is just been renovated earlier this year so everything is still looking fresh & clean. We love to come back to Florence & we will be back at Room Mate Luca when we do..

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist sehr gut, 7 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, 10 Minuten vom Uftzy Museum entfernt, aber es ist schwer zu finden, weil es kein Hotelzeichen gibt! Auch wenn ich in der Nähe von 10m stand, weiß ich nicht, ob ich hierher kommen würde. Als ich den in der Nähe ansässigen Hotelmann fragte, wurde ich auf die kleine Tür ”da” angezeigt. Auf den Referat, öffne es und dann auf den dritten Stock und fertige die Ankunftsverfahren. Das Zimmer ist sehr süß. Als ich sagte, das Frühstück sei ein früher Morgen, antworte ich flexibel: ”Ich kann im Frühstücksgeschäft machen und einen Tag vor der Lieferung verlangen.” Außerdem bietet es einen Kaffee, Kühlschrank und Bettwäsche. Wenn Sie das Zimmer verlassen und oben aufsteigen, werden Sie eine Terrasse finden, die die Landschaft des gemeinsamen Daches der alten Stadt sehen kann. Wenn Sie die Aufenthaltsverfahren reibungslos anwenden, wird es ein gutes Hotel sein.

CC. CortellDie Lage ist sehr schön, obwohl sie weit entfernt von Touristenattraktionen liegt (ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß). Eine stattliche, geräumige und angenehme Gegend. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Hotel bietet angemessene Dienstleistungen. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Handtücher sind sehr alt und sichtbar vergilbt, es gibt viel Staub im Zimmer (Boden, Vorhänge). Vom ersten Tag an bemerkten wir Staubrollen auf dem Boden, die den ganzen Aufenthalt über dort waren (das Personal kam täglich zum „Reinigen“). Bezüglich der Betten; Sie sind äußerst unbequem, es kommt einem vor, als würde man auf Holzbrettern liegen. Schade, sie müssen in die Verbesserung der gründlichen Reinigung und der Betten investieren. Danke schön.

Ihre Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit: Eine außergewöhnliche, wenn man einen Pool hat, auch wenn er klein ist, um sich vor allem im Sommer einen Schluck zu nehmen, mit der Wärme, die er macht, ist ein wichtiger Punkt zu berücksichtigen, Und obwohl ich gelesen habe, dass sie nicht warnen, dass sie keinen Aufzug haben und dass viele Fälle wie wir dich auf die zweite Etage mit vielen Treppen schicken, stimmt es, aber auch sie steigen auf und nehmen deine Taschen ab. Ich werde zweifellos in diesem Hotel bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Florenz wiederholen .
