GGastnutzerA Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special. The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant. One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical. Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition. We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us. If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night. This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. Highly recommended. ❤️

KKaren Elizabeth BiowSo the bed was a little bit uncomfortable because I booked a single. I wanted to switch to a double and pay the extra €8 up charge but they didn't have any rooms available the two times that I wanted to switch. The single bed baby slightly uncomfortable and made my body sore. I think if I had a double I would have been perfectly fine but as things stand I kind of have a back ache. Breakfast was tasty staff was very polite and professional location was ideal. I won't book a single there again but I thought this room was lovely the amenities were lovely The service was lovely and I had a great time. I would without question stay there again but not in a single bed. The room was very small but well situated and I was happy with the staff the breakfast and everything else except for the bed which was uncomfortable to me. The one problem I will say with that room is that the lights are dim they were perhaps trying to economize and I bought a hundred watt light bulb and stuck it in the light socket because it was just too dark for me to see him for me to read and for me to function. They took it out and replaced it with a very low wattage bulb I think it's to try to save money to be honest. So buy light bulb 75 Watts and when you leave the room and they clean it take it out and put their crappy light bulb in. Also there's only a few television stations in English and they were all news. No movies. I still would stay there again I like the theme of the hotel I like the ambience and I like the staff.

KkyyanaEs ist etwa 5 bis 8 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Zimmer ist groß genug. Der Raum ist sehr elektronisch und schön Das Frühstück war recht zufriedenstellend, aber die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht einschalten, also öffnete ich zum Glück das Fenster. Die Person, die am ersten Tag das Zimmer gereinigt hat, hat die Handtücher im Zimmer mitgenommen und keine neuen gegeben. Ich erfuhr am Morgen, dass ich ihn gebeten hatte, es zu liefern, aber er hat es nie geliefert.

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

The only time you feel you are welcome was you booked tours through them. The breakfast room is small and in the basement. There is no view throughout the whole hotel.

TTom loves to travelMe and my partner stayed 3 nights in the hotel, we had forgotten a travel adapter and the staff were so kind and gave one to us. The staff all went above and beyond especially the receptionist Valentina. Breakfast was great, just what you need to start the day. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It was extremely convenient to walk from the hotel to everywhere in Florence, and right next to Santa Maria Novella station. We visited in December and were happy to have hearing in the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

KKhammayThe train station is only a few minutes walk. When you arrive at the station, go left after exiting and then take some stairs down and the hotel is right across . Friendly staff. One complaint we have is the shower! They need to caulk the bottom shower doors . Our bathroom was flooded with water after we took a shower on our first night. It was pretty unpleasant to use the toilet when the bathroom floor was flooded . We love the location. It’s close to everything

JJZuoAlles ist super. Die Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs ist ideal für Inlandsreisen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas klein, bietet aber alles, was man braucht. Einziges Problem sind die Mücken – jeden Tag haben wir drei gefunden. Keine Ahnung, ob sie über den Balkon oder beim Putzen hereinkamen. Ich hoffe, das wird bald besser!

Auch wenn ich in der Nähe von 10m stand, weiß ich nicht, ob ich hierher kommen würde. Als ich den in der Nähe ansässigen Hotelmann fragte, wurde ich auf die kleine Tür ”da” angezeigt. Auf den Referat, öffne es und dann auf den dritten Stock und fertige die Ankunftsverfahren. Das Zimmer ist sehr süß. Als ich sagte, das Frühstück sei ein früher Morgen, antworte ich flexibel: ”Ich kann im Frühstücksgeschäft machen und einen Tag vor der Lieferung verlangen.” Außerdem bietet es einen Kaffee, Kühlschrank und Bettwäsche. Wenn Sie das Zimmer verlassen und oben aufsteigen, werden Sie eine Terrasse finden, die die Landschaft des gemeinsamen Daches der alten Stadt sehen kann. Wenn Sie die Aufenthaltsverfahren reibungslos anwenden, wird es ein gutes Hotel sein.
