Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

This is a beautiful homestay in the middle of an ancient village and close to the main road. If you do not want to walk, they have a rental bike. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although they speak little English, Google Translate has helped. They serve a beautiful table service breakfast. Like most farm homestays in China. They do not have a restaurant. But there is a big one in the next village, and it is walkable. Otherwise, the main square will be 10 minutes away by (DiDI) taxi. The homestay is a renovated Diaolou built over 100 years ago. The stairs were shallow and steep because it is the originals. You can read about their beautiful and extraordinary transformation on the wall of the beautiful Lobby. The room was beautifully furnished, and the A/C and WiFi work beautifully, especially in Southern China. The humidity could be unbearable, which is a big plus. The shower was large and clean, with plenty of hot water. There were also a lot of outside areas. Some rooms also include a private patio and balcony. The amenities were first class: a very comfortable bed and fresh sheets. I highly recommend this place to stay if you want to visit Kaiping. I will be back again. Book fast. I am sure most travelers will find out about this gem soon.

We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Ich werde ein paar Mal im Jahr in Xiamen gehen und die meisten von ihnen wohnen in ihrem Hotel. Ich habe andere Hotels in der Nähe versucht, immer noch denke, dass es besser ist. Umgebung, Hygiene, Ausrüstung, alles in Ordnung. Der Rezeptor-Dienstleister ist auch höflich. Alles ist sehr gut. Ich fühle mich gut.

I have been staying in this hotel for over 2 weeks. The room is large and the hotel is well managed. I chose a room that faces the quiet side (residential area) so it is peaceful. Breakfast is amazing with lots of delicious food, and the restaurant staff (all Cantonese) are extremely nice and hospitable. The reception staff during morning and afternoon shifts are very helpful, pleasant and professional. Housekeeping staff are all very nice and always cleans my room very properly. There is a convenience store connected to the hotel which is good. The only downside is the communal areas are not very clean - the carpets in the corridors (especially near the lifts) are always dirty. They don't seem to vacuum clean the communal carpets regularly. Also, there is cigarette smell in the lift and communal area.

Location of the hotel was very convenient to my family. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores are close by. The rooms were very clean and having a free self service laundry room was the icing on top!

Die Hotelleitung ist nicht sehr benutzerfreundlich und verlangt eine Kaution und zusätzliches Geld für eine zusätzliche Steppdecke ... Die Lage hier ist gut, der einzige Teeladen in der Nähe und es gibt einen direkten Bus nach Hongkong. In der Nähe liegt die ehemalige Innenstadt, wo Sie einkaufen können. Leckere Restaurants sind etwas weiter entfernt.
