GGastnutzerStaff was friendly and parking is included in your stay. The room was clean and spacious. Our particular room had an extra sink next to the bed which was a little bizarre but we didn't mind.
The continental breakfast had plenty of options including a waffle maker, bread, multiple types of juice, coffee, meat, and eggs. There were yogurts and cheese available in a small fridge too.
I would consider staying here again considering how close it is to the mall and the highway that allows for easy travel around the city.

BBarryWooRoom cleanliness and air conditioning were good. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but good in quality. However the breakfast queue was long and food replenishment was not done in pace with the flow, ended up in a long queue not moving as people stayed in the front of the queue stayed in the queue waiting for replenishment. The dinning space was insufficient that could not accommodate the big crowd.
We ran into issue setting up the sofa bed. Calling the front desk asking for assistance we were stunned by a reply saying they would not send staff to help but urging us to try for another attempts and kept reassuring us the sofa bed operation was simple and easy. Finally we got that sorted out with help from other hotel customers..
A major disappointment that totally ruined my experience with the hotel was the way my enquiry was handled towards an unknown charge after I checked out.
In the check out bill, it was just a charge billed to my credit card without indicating what service or item I was billed for. While my family did not order or buy anything at all from the hotel and we were in a rush, I did not check the bill upon check out until 5 days later I saw it in my credit card account. I sent an email to the hotel reservation (that was the only email channel I found from the hotel home page) to enquire about the charge and no reply was received ever towards my enquiry and that's what I was hit. Although the unknown charge was refunded after another week, I did not feel good with the way they work. I frankly accept mistakes made by the front desk or the account team for incorrect bill, but I do not accept ignorance and zero communication from the backend on my enquiry. This is something the hotel should improve.

The room was clean and tidy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials for cooking, which was very convenient. The fast check-in via the app was a big plus – quick and hassle-free. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable for relaxing.
Things to improve (room 902): some furniture (for example, the wardrobe) felt a bit old, although it was clean and functional.

Es gibt 5-6 Aufzüge, aber es gibt immer lange Warteschlange für Aufzüge. Die Aufzüge scheinen ihren Zweck nicht gut zu dienen. Am Morgen steuert das Hotel alle Aufzüge. Sie können nicht auf Down Button für ein Leben nach unten kommen, um herauszuchecken oder zum Park. Sie müssen warten, bis jemand auskommt, wo Sie auf einem Aufzug oder nach unten sind. Ich habe nie Hotellifte so seltsam betrieben gefunden 😳 Nach dem Auschecken versuchte ich, die Treppe zu nehmen, um zum Park zu gehen, konnte ich das nicht tun, weil ein Zimmerschlüssel erforderlich war, um den Treppenschrank zu betreten 😖
Die elektrische Türverriegelung für unser Zimmer war die meisten Zeit beeping. Informiertes Hotel, um sie zu reparieren.

HHanfordPros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general.
Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)
