The staff were amazing, The breakfast was very tasty and delicious. I will book again when going to Kanata.

Stayed 3 nights. Had some problems with the shower, however maintenance came and resolved issues quickly second day. Housekeeping missed our room on the second day. Nice large suite with a kitchen was convenient as well as the noon checkout was great. Very quiet location yet close to many conveniences. The breakfast was lacking as the product quality was on the low end. Should improve with fruits, waffles and better quality: baked goods, sausage and bacon.. i would definitely stay again but would not enjoy the breakfast as it is.

Das Hotel bleibt immer mein Weg zum Westende von Ottawa. Es ist immer sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle sowie Eiswürfelmaschine für schnell gekühlte Getränke. Die Ausstattung ist neu und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die gute Lage ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Das Outlet-Center ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, Ottawa in nur 30 Minuten.

Located at a very good location. Walking distance to Byward Market, Parliament Hill, Rideau Shopping Centre, Notre Dam Cathedral Basilica. Do note that kettle and bedroom slippers are on a request basis. Chinese restaurant-Peking Duck, has nice food and is popular with locals. Sammi & Soupe is popular for xiao long baos and fried dumplings. Keg Steakhouse serves good steak with a nice ambience. Overall, it's a positive experience.

Das Zimmer ist gut, die Schlafzimmer mit einem Sofa sind auch schwach genug, und die Kinder können sich bequem schlafen. Im Zimmer gibt es einen bequemen Wasserhahn und einen Wasserhahn, Obstwaschen und Kaffee sind sehr bequem. Es gibt einen speziellen Parkplatz, der sehr bequem ist, und das Hotel ist nur 20 Minuten Fahrt von den heißen Attraktionen entfernt. Die Servicepersonal ist auch enthusiastisch.

The hotel was convenient to the Ottawa airport and had free shuttle service which was our reason for choosing this hotel We were in town for a family wedding and had a 2 night stay. Room was comfortable and quiet at the end of the corridor (at our request) We were disappointed that $275 per night did not include any kind of breakfast or even a discount coupon for the restaurant inside the hotel so we were glad to be able to have the choice of several restaurants more reasonably priced less than a five minute walk for dinner and 2 breakfasts.

The hotel left a very good impression. The location is excellent – everything is nearby: the city center, shops, and restaurants, all within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials for cooking, which was very convenient. The fast check-in via the app was a big plus – quick and hassle-free. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable for relaxing. Things to improve (room 902): some furniture (for example, the wardrobe) felt a bit old, although it was clean and functional.

Wir hatten 2 Feueralarm in 2 Tagen, niemand erzählte uns, wenn wir die Reservierung gemacht haben. Fiest time ppl wir’re afraid , wir mussten draußen gehen... NO STAFF erklärt uns nichts zu lange. Ich fragte auf dem Frontdesk und die Frau dort ignoriert mich einfach. Die andere Frau, die da war, hat nicht entweder erklärt, ich musste fragen, was passiert ist es eine Praxis oder nicht? Ppl war eigentlich Angst... Sie sagte ja auf die unverschämtste Weise. Auch wenn wir ankamen, gab es noch Haare und Sachen im Badezimmer, die ich entfernen musste. Ich checke früh muss ich sagen, aber sie sagten, es war ok, dass das Zimmer war bereit. Klar war es nicht 100% sauber. Frühstück ist sehr Basis. Ich musste dem Vorderbüro sagen, dass der Kaffee leer war... Plus, der erste Mann, der mich auf dem Vorderbüro willkommen heiße, war nicht sympathisch. Wenn Sie den Haushalt woanders gehen, tun Sie es einfach.

Großer Ort, um schön zu bleiben und sauber nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt . Privater Parkplatz und Zimmer für 3 Personen war groß mit einer großen Küche. Ich empfehle es definitiv. Preis ist auch erschwinglich.
