Hotels mit Fitnessstudio in Ottawa

Dieses Hotel ist schön und gemütlich. Sauber Pool & Fitnessraum, gutes Frühstück. Es gibt einen kleinen Shop im Lobby. Ein Supermarkt “Food Basics” wird bald im Gegensatz zum Hotel eröffnet, das ist sehr gut, wenn Sie lieber Kochen. Der U-Bahn ist nur im Gegenteil zu & viele Busse stoppen um das Hotel. Wandern nach China Stadt dauert nur 15-20 Minuten, wo Sie in verschiedenen Restaurants essen können. Wir bleiben hier nächstes Mal bei einem Besuch in Ottawa.

Room cleanliness and air conditioning were good. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but good in quality. However the breakfast queue was long and food replenishment was not done in pace with the flow, ended up in a long queue not moving as people stayed in the front of the queue stayed in the queue waiting for replenishment. The dinning space was insufficient that could not accommodate the big crowd. We ran into issue setting up the sofa bed. Calling the front desk asking for assistance we were stunned by a reply saying they would not send staff to help but urging us to try for another attempts and kept reassuring us the sofa bed operation was simple and easy. Finally we got that sorted out with help from other hotel customers.. A major disappointment that totally ruined my experience with the hotel was the way my enquiry was handled towards an unknown charge after I checked out. In the check out bill, it was just a charge billed to my credit card without indicating what service or item I was billed for. While my family did not order or buy anything at all from the hotel and we were in a rush, I did not check the bill upon check out until 5 days later I saw it in my credit card account. I sent an email to the hotel reservation (that was the only email channel I found from the hotel home page) to enquire about the charge and no reply was received ever towards my enquiry and that's what I was hit. Although the unknown charge was refunded after another week, I did not feel good with the way they work. I frankly accept mistakes made by the front desk or the account team for incorrect bill, but I do not accept ignorance and zero communication from the backend on my enquiry. This is something the hotel should improve.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Ottawa, direkt neben dem Rideau Center und dem Byward Markt. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und geräumig und die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr schön.

Great stay. Central location downtown. Comfortable bed and pillows. Felt relaxed and revitalized. Room as upgraded at check in by the receptionist so that was a bonus!

Location & Accessibility The hotel is perfectly situated near the central business district and major transit hubs, making it ideal for both meetings and sightseeing. Room & Amenities The room was modern, impeccably clean, and featured high-quality bedding that ensured a restful sleep. The fitness center and pool were well-maintained with an efficient layout. Dining & Service The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options with prompt service. Most importantly, the staff provided professional and attentive hospitality from check-in to departure. Verdict A well-balanced hotel offering consistent quality and a productive environment. Highly recommended for business travelers.

Ausstattung: Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, aber gut gepflegtes Hotel. Lage: Zentral gelegen, fünf bis zehn Gehminuten vom Museum of Fine Arts und Parliament Hill entfernt. Sichere Umgebung. Service: Der Service an der Rezeption war durchschnittlich, das Frühstück gut und der Zimmerservice akzeptabel.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und der Service freundlich. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz, aber in der Nähe gibt es genügend Parkplätze, die 24 kanadische Dollar für 24 Stunden kosten. Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

the hotel itself was ok, clean enough and the staff were decently nice. the breakfast assortment was okay (toasts, hot foods, cereals etc) though it was nothin extravagant. although the location is near to byward market, it was still a walk away (~15min) and the surrounding areas felt slightly unsafe with some homeless roaming the streets, so do take care of your little ones. the hotel provided towels and soap, no toothbrush etc, so do bring your own.

Großer Ort, um schön zu bleiben und sauber nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt . Privater Parkplatz und Zimmer für 3 Personen war groß mit einer großen Küche. Ich empfehle es definitiv. Preis ist auch erschwinglich.

Pros: Parkplatz mit ausreichender Platz (keine Notwendigkeit, im Voraus zu buchen). Ein Einkaufszentrum St. Laurent ist in der Nähe. Das Frühstück ist ok. Es gibt 2 Sockets und 2 USB-A-Outlet auf jeder Seite des Bettes. Das Personal ist im Allgemeinen freundlich. Cons: Ein bisschen entfernt von den touristischen Attraktionen in der Stadt (ca. 10 Minuten Fahrt). Der Kaffee vom Innenraum Kaffeemaschine war so. Der Klimaanlage war ziemlich laut. Der Fernseher in meinem Zimmer konnte nicht ausschalten (Es ging automatisch nach keinem Signal für eine Weile aus). Es gab einige Papierbecher für Kaffee, aber keine anderen Glas / Tassen im gesamten Raum sogar für Zahnbürsten, so musste ich Papierbecher für Zahnbürsten verwenden (Ist es als umweltfreundlich?)
