Hotels in Ottawa mit Pool

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were amazing. The Cleaner came to knock  the door at 11:45am and as soon as she knocked she opened the door with her key. She didn’t even wait 30 seconds for a response….keep in mind check out is 12noon so we still had 15 minutes to gather our things still. This was the only down side but that’s the error of one single worker so I would stay at this same hotel again whenever I travel to Ottawa.

Booked this hotel last minute as we had to stay one extra night in the city and it was really amazing! This is a hotel I would definitely go back! The lady at the counter was extremely nice and she spoke Portuguese! She was really happy to be able to speak with us in Portuguese and we were happy she spoke Portuguese! The hotel location is really good, downtown near the parliament, and the room was amazing! Really big and spacious studio with a kitchen and a living room. Bed was really comfortable but the sofa bed was not that good (as in all hotels). Toilet was big and had all the amenities. Breakfast was good and had eggs, bacon, fruits, cereals, fresh waffles, chia pudding, bread, … They have private parking at an extra fee but the entrance is really narrow. There’s also street parking around at a fee.

The staff were amazing, The breakfast was very tasty and delicious. I will book again when going to Kanata.

Das Zimmer ist auch für eine Familie in guter Größe. Es gibt 5-6 Aufzüge, aber es gibt immer lange Warteschlange für Aufzüge. Die Aufzüge scheinen ihren Zweck nicht gut zu dienen. Am Morgen steuert das Hotel alle Aufzüge. Sie können nicht auf Down Button für ein Leben nach unten kommen, um herauszuchecken oder zum Park. Sie müssen warten, bis jemand auskommt, wo Sie auf einem Aufzug oder nach unten sind. Ich habe nie Hotellifte so seltsam betrieben gefunden 😳 Nach dem Auschecken versuchte ich, die Treppe zu nehmen, um zum Park zu gehen, konnte ich das nicht tun, weil ein Zimmerschlüssel erforderlich war, um den Treppenschrank zu betreten 😖 Die elektrische Türverriegelung für unser Zimmer war die meisten Zeit beeping. Informiertes Hotel, um sie zu reparieren.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Im Herzen der Stadt, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum ByWard Market, zum Rideau Centre und zum Parlament Hill, macht es die perfekte Basis für die Erforschung Winterlude. Der Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Während der unterirdische Parkplatz ein wenig weg auf der Daly Avenue ist, sind die unbegrenzten Ein-/Ausreise Privilegien ein enormes Plus für Straßenreisende. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und modern. Meine einzige kleine Kritik ist die 6-“Parkhöhe-Beschränkung, die für große Suvs streng sein könnte. Insgesamt, eine qualitativ hochwertige, bequeme Wahl für jeden Ottawa-Besuch

Great stay. Central location downtown. Comfortable bed and pillows. Felt relaxed and revitalized. Room as upgraded at check in by the receptionist so that was a bonus!

We found our stay here at Moxy Ottawa Downtown to be quite enjoyable. We were very pleased with the welcome mocktail for all of us to enjoy at the bar and lounge. Our first room was very damp, but front desk were happy to change us to another room that we were comfortable with. Also, the location is very convenient and within walking distance to everything. We didn't need our car for our 3 days in Ottawa. We enjoyed the sauna. The pool were quite busy and we were disappointed that the hot tub was under maintainance, so we did not get a chance to use it. The gym is quite nice.

Location & Accessibility The hotel is perfectly situated near the central business district and major transit hubs, making it ideal for both meetings and sightseeing. Room & Amenities The room was modern, impeccably clean, and featured high-quality bedding that ensured a restful sleep. The fitness center and pool were well-maintained with an efficient layout. Dining & Service The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options with prompt service. Most importantly, the staff provided professional and attentive hospitality from check-in to departure. Verdict A well-balanced hotel offering consistent quality and a productive environment. Highly recommended for business travelers.

1. The breakfast options were very limited. A greater variety would significantly improve the experience. 2. One of the male reception staff members was quite rude. Staff should be polite, courteous, and welcoming—a simple smile can go a long way in creating a positive atmosphere. 3. It was disappointing to see that the welcome packet was only given to selected guests during check-in. This inconsistent treatment does not reflect well on guest service. 4. The location was not ideal, and the area outside the hotel felt unsafe, especially at night. 5. On a positive note, the room itself was very good—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. 6.
