Hotels in Ottawa mit Pool

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were amazing. The Cleaner came to knock  the door at 11:45am and as soon as she knocked she opened the door with her key. She didn’t even wait 30 seconds for a response….keep in mind check out is 12noon so we still had 15 minutes to gather our things still. This was the only down side but that’s the error of one single worker so I would stay at this same hotel again whenever I travel to Ottawa.

Dieses Hotel wurde letzte Minute reserviert, da wir eine Nacht in der Stadt zu bleiben und es war wirklich erstaunlich! Dieses Hotel würde ich sicher zurückgehen! Die Dame am Rechner war sehr nett und sprach Portugiesisch! Sie war wirklich froh, mit uns in Portugiesisch zu sprechen, und wir waren froh, dass sie Portugiesisch sprach! Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut, in der Nähe des Parlaments, und das Zimmer war erstaunlich! Echt groß und geräumig Studio mit Küche und Wohnzimmer. Bett war wirklich komfortabel, aber das Sofabett war nicht so gut (wie in allen Hotels). Die Toilette war groß und hatte alle Ausstattung. Frühstück war gut und hatte Eier, Bacon, Obst, Getreide, frische Waffeln, Chia Pudding, Brot, ... Sie haben private Parkplätze zu einem zusätzlichen Gebühren, aber der Eingang ist wirklich eng. Es gibt auch Straßenparkplätze um eine Gebühr.

The staff were amazing, The breakfast was very tasty and delicious. I will book again when going to Kanata.

Stayed 3 nights. Had some problems with the shower, however maintenance came and resolved issues quickly second day. Housekeeping missed our room on the second day. Nice large suite with a kitchen was convenient as well as the noon checkout was great. Very quiet location yet close to many conveniences. The breakfast was lacking as the product quality was on the low end. Should improve with fruits, waffles and better quality: baked goods, sausage and bacon.. i would definitely stay again but would not enjoy the breakfast as it is.

Alles war super, besonders die Dame an der Rezeption war fantastisch. Sie hat uns geholfen, als wir ein Problem mit dem Türschloss unseres Zimmers hatten. Wir haben alles versucht, aber es ging einfach nicht auf – ich vermute, die Batterie war leer. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn ich wieder nach Ottawa komme, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. Ihr Name ist Navneet. Ich würde ihr am liebsten zehn Sterne geben. Danke, Navneet!

Located at a very good location. Walking distance to Byward Market, Parliament Hill, Rideau Shopping Centre, Notre Dam Cathedral Basilica. Do note that kettle and bedroom slippers are on a request basis. Chinese restaurant-Peking Duck, has nice food and is popular with locals. Sammi & Soupe is popular for xiao long baos and fried dumplings. Keg Steakhouse serves good steak with a nice ambience. Overall, it's a positive experience.

Great stay. Central location downtown. Comfortable bed and pillows. Felt relaxed and revitalized. Room as upgraded at check in by the receptionist so that was a bonus!

Pros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general. Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)

Safety: It’s next to a safe injection shelter, so no matter morning or night — be careful don’t walk alone! People are sitting/walking/wandering around the area which somewhat scared me. Parking: They DO NOT have enough parking, when I was there to check in at around 4, I was told parking was full. I need to park somewhere else. They recommend me to a nearby parking (which looks cringy — and people said cars got broken in last week) My car wasn’t a luxurious car so I was lucky I guess. Breakfast: It can get really crowded during breakfast time. Not enough seating. Food was okay though!

Booked 2 nights for a colleague and he said having nice experience in the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Good to have the fitness room which met his needs. Hotel location is good and convenient to various places around DT Ottawa.
