Ausgezeichnetes modernes Designhotel, das sehr sauber und komfortabel war. Es gibt eine umfangreiche Auswahl an Frühstücksgerichten, die gut ist. Ideale Lage für einen Besuch der Attraktionen von Lissabon, aufgrund seiner Nähe zum Metro. Die Rezeptionisten waren alle sehr hilfreich, insbesondere Alexander und Caroline, die große Botschafter für das Hotel sind.

Guter Frühstück, vor allem für die Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis. Die Zimmeranlagen lassen ein wenig zu wünschen, weil es ein alter Muster ist. Es ist bemerkenswert, dass die Zimmer eine neuere Innenausstattung, kürzere Klimaanlage und ein Fernseher dieses Jahrzehnts brauchen. Außerhalb dieses, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, haben einen frühen Eincheck gemacht, was uns hilfreich und sehr erleichtert bei der Ankunft, weil wir müde waren, außer das Bett ist komfortabel. The hostel's name says it all - this hostel is ideally located in the heart of Lisbon within walking distance of most of the major monuments the city has to offer. My girlfriend and I allocated 2 days to Lisbon and 1 to Sintra and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of the 8-bed dorms. The rooms and amenities of this hostel exceeded our expectations as our 1st foray into hostel traveling. The staff were extremely kind as well and were helpful in helping us plan an early morning (4 am) transport to the airport. There were a few small details we wish we could change. For one, we had a bit of bad luck in that one of our roommates was sick and spent most of the night coughing relentlessly keeping most members of our room awake. Additionally, despite meeting many friendly faces, the hostel did not feel as openly social as other hostels we stayed our throughout our two week Europe trip

Super schönes,modernes Hostel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und absolut perfektem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber und die Lage ist für den Preis definitiv empfehlenswert, viel kann fußläufig erreicht werden und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch direkt um die Ecke.

The design is beautiful, functional and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond. (Kudos to their hiring staff too!) The cleanliness gets far beyond 5 stars. And the community workspace is also carefully designed to provide every need. I loved the outdoor communal space as well. It was hard to leave! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und ideal für Besucher. Es liegt in einer guten Gegend und in unmittelbarer Nähe von Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkten usw. Die Einrichtungen im Hotel sind sehr einfach. Ich persönlich bin der Meinung, dass sie ihre Einrichtungen verbessern könnten. Der Dame, die uns eingecheckt hat, fehlte es an Kundenservicefähigkeiten. Der Mann, der uns beim Auschecken geholfen hat, war jedoch genau das Gegenteil und äußerst hilfsbereit. Es ist eine wahre Freude, wenn das Personal sich besonders viel Mühe gibt.

Es ist ein sehr gutes Erfahrungshotel. Es war schön, dass die Möbel in einem Gebäude mit einem Gefühl der Geschichte so schön waren. Das Frühstück ist auch nett und der Eisküche ist wirklich lecker. Das Personal erklärte die Touristenspots sorgfältig und es ist ein sehr freundliches Hotel! Ich möchte nächstes Mal wieder gehen!

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

Comfortable, clean and well run. The staff were helpful in clarifying travel issues such as the intermittent rail strike. Our room was good but the lift, although claiming to fit 4 people, is really big enough only for 2 and I think a sizeable hotel. should have more. On the plus side you can get up almost as early or late as you like, because the buffet breakfast is served from 6.30 a.m. to midday. And the dawn chorus of twittering birds outside the window is nice if you like that sort of thing. The hotel is not as central as its title implies and in the area there's a shortage of evening entertainment in the way of bars. A couple of good restaurants, the Churrascaria and the Hamro Ghar (Nepalese, would you believe!) serve good food and beer however.

Ein echtes 2- Sterne Hotel mit Eingang an einer steilen Straße in noch guter Lage, von der aus die Stadt erkundet- und die touristische Infrastruktur zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Mit den Worten einfach und minimalistisch ist es gut beschrieben. Im Eingangsbereich liegen die Rezeption, ein kleiner Aufenthaltsbereich und der kleine Frühstücksraum. Zwei Fahrstühle bringen die Gäste bis in die 9. Etage. Das bewohnte Zimmer mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren wirkte etwas dunkel und lag in einer der obersten Etagen. Es war klein, ruhig, aufgeräumt und bot eine schöne Aussicht. Das kleine Fenster ließ sich zum nachts zum Lüften einen Spalt öffnen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren einwandfrei. Ein Doppelbett, ein Stuhl, ein kleiner Tisch, eine Ablage, zwei kleine Nachttische, eine kleine Garderobe und ein kleines Fernsehgerät (portugiesische und englische Programme) bot die Ausstattung. Leider fehlten Telefon, Minibar und Safe. Die kostenlose WLAN Verbindung bot wenig Datenvolumen und reichte nicht einmal aus, um eine sichere Verbindung aufzubauen. Das Bad mit Dusche war ansprechend. Allerdings ist die Toilette so eng verbaut, dass der Gebrauch schwierig ist. Das Self Service Frühstück gib es ab 06:30. Es ist typisch kontinental und anspruchslos. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption kam es zu keinen Staus. Der Preis mit knapp 120€ für ein Einzelzimmer mit Frühstück für eine Nacht ist wohl der Gewinnmaximierung, die sich in Lissabon nach und nach einstellt, geschuldet.
