Bath foam was empty on 1st night when we want to take a shower. Advised the cleaning woman next morning to refill which she did. On 2nd night, when we want to wash our hair, the shampoo is empty. I think the cleaning woman did not check the shampoo when she refill the bath foam. Phone reception that night and advise front desk in the morning to fill up the shampoo. Front desk promised to refill shampoo and replenish all amenities including the shower cap. When we come back on 3rd day, the shampoo is still empty and no amenities including shower cap were given. Complain to hotel manager on 4th day before check out regarding shampoo and front desk promise but not fulfill issue, the manager apologized and offered our friend free breakfast which we appreciated. I expect all hotels bath foam and shampoo are checked and refilled before new guest arrives.

Die Lage ist erstaunlich, von einer Straße entfernt, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der ganzen Hügel und Büste entfernt. 5-10mins Gehstrecke zum U-Bahnhof. Einfaches Frühstücksbuffet mit Nespresso bereitgestellt. Das Zimmer war etwas klein und kam mit FOC Porto Wein, das Badezimmer war schön und geräumig :) 20Min. zu Fuß zum Alfama-Bezirk. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung hier.

This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. - The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower. - Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep. - The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families. - While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages. Hotel Perk: - Unlimited coffee is available in the lounge, which is a nice bonus for guests. - The hotel is situated in a district neighboring the city center, offering convenient access. Guests can reach the embankment and historic center within a short walk. - Upon my arrival on the first night of check-in, I received a welcome kit that included complimentary access to the in-room bar. spacious, aesthetic, and perfect for a solo trip, but a few things to note. The room itself is gorgeous. It has this modern boho/woody vibe with warm tones, sage walls, hints of gold, and lots of natural light from the balcony. Waking up here was honestly such a nice experience. The balcony is a big plus too, although the furniture is quite basic and could be upgraded. Layout-wise, everything made sense (especially the TV directly facing the bed — finally!). However, the TV connection was quite slow and frustrating, so I ended up just using my phone. Location is good if you don’t mind walking — around 20–30 minutes into central Lisbon. There are loads of cafés nearby though, which was super convenient. I highly recommend Fauna & Flora (Anjos) for brunch — really cute spot and great food. They take walk-ins :) Only thing I didn’t love was the PIN entry system. You have to type it multiple times (enter building, going up the lift, enter room) and it’s very visible, which made me a bit uneasy as a solo traveller. It's super easy though !! The mini fridge was also super minimally stocked, so don’t rely on it. On the plus side, tea/coffee facilities, toiletries, and plenty of towels are provided. The apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful — I barely heard anyone else, which made it feel like my own private space. Barely saw anyone, felt like I had the place to myself. Overall: a comfortable and stylish stay with great nearby cafés. A few small improvements would make it perfect, but I would definitely stay again.

The location was great being in the middle of Lisbon. However, this hotel is pretty loud. For people who have trouble sleeping when there is noise, this may not be a great choice. They do their best to soundproof the room and provide ear plugs but it is nearly impossible as they are located right above a nightclub.

The Hotel is cosy and. Staff friendly and helpful . Located in a Colorful and touristique street of Lisbon , within walking distance to the Rosso district. Room is small but clean with a small balcony facing the inner court of the hotel so it is quiet. Breakfast is good , plenty and staff efficient. All in all I think it is excellent value for its room price.

Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Es gab viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung war schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings musste man für den Check-in den Check-in-Automaten benutzen. Da wir vom Gastgeber keinen Code erhalten hatten, der für den Check-in notwendig ist, konnten wir nicht selbst einchecken und mussten anrufen. Wir bekamen schließlich die Nummer, aber die Dame am Telefon war sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Als ich um Unterstützung beim Check-in bat, meinte sie, sie habe sehr viele Wohnungen zu betreuen und keine Zeit.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht in der Nähe der Stadt. Es ist praktisch und günstig, bei jedem Hin- und Rückweg Uber anzurufen, was viel Laufarbeit ersparen kann! Es gibt Cafés in der Nähe und das Frühstück ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend! Der Bus Nr. 773 hält vor der Tür, was auch sehr praktisch ist!

Es gibt zwei Aufzüge, aber keiner von ihnen funktionierte richtig. Die Lage und das Personal sind fantastisch und hilfsbereit.

This hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary) The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall. We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos) We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond. Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
