AAnonymer BenutzerI really enjoyed my stay. Very clean, nice smell of room. 24hrs hot shower, with toiletries, good AC walang noise and malakas. May ref and electric kettle din and volt to keep your important stuffs. Very accommodating din mga staff and guards. And mostly nagustuhan ko yung bed, very clean and comfy so perfect talaga for solo, couple and family!
Take note: sobrang lapit sa Robinson's. Mga 50 steps away lng.

AAnonymer BenutzerI checked in on January 12-13. Checking in was smooth and the room was clean. They provided soap and 2 bottled water but no toothbrush and shampoo. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were small however the AC was made up for it. What I like about the view by the elevator is the church of Nazarene, it was like the view from the back of the Vatican. The shower was hot and the water pressure was just perfect, however sometimes the shower drains were slow. They should have put another bath mat just outside the bathroom entrance, the one they placed was not that absorbent. The TV was great because they had smart tv but sometimes the internet was slow and disconnected sometimes. I noticed that the building shakes sometimes like there is after shock, at first I thought it was and read one review also mentioned that, they said it's because of the vehicles passing by outside. The menu they have inside is a bit pricey but no problem for me because outside there is a lot of resto you can find. Locking the main door was annoying sometimes because they were using the hard key and had to leave the key in the reception every time I left. Also, the bedsheets and linen were clean but just a few stains. Overall, it was a good stay for its price.

JJohn Mungcal Sr.Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels.
Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only.
Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs.
Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only

TTimothy AllenLevel of service: Satisfactory. Whatever I asked for they either satisfied the request or did their best to do so. The facility was also above average and they had free filtered water on every floor which was convenient. The location was good; [close to the main airport]. The cleanliness was ok, no complaints. Extended stay was possible in occupied room and it was accommodated at an affordable price, which was really nice.
My suggestions:
1. Please do be in a position to make a local call which I asked for and they were unable to do.
2. Please don't call to ask about an extension when you were already informed about it, this can be inconvenient for a weary traveler.

RRowel IsaacIch habe eine Buchung vom 8. Januar bis 12 2024. Ich kam um 3 Uhr. Ich konnte nicht einchecken, weil das System im NO SHOW sagt. Ich wurde von der Front Desk gebeten, bis 2pm warten, um mein Zimmer bereit zu haben und ich muss wieder zahlen. Der Kundenservice von REDDOORZ hat das Problem sehr gut geregelt. Sie haben mich im System geprüft und ich wollte in 15 Minuten ein Zimmer haben. Sie haben meine ursprüngliche Buchung wieder eingestellt. Nur den Tag, an dem ich nicht angekommen bin, ungültig gemacht. Was das Zimmer betrifft, so ist es ein ungewöhnlicher Geruch in sich. Gerucht wie zerfallendes Fleisch. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob es im AC oder irgendwo anders wie Bettwinkel, Blätter, Komfortabler oder wahrscheinlich Decken ist.

GGastnutzerDas einzige von zwei Hotels in der Gegend von Intromuros. Der Preis ist niedrig und die Zimmer sind dementsprechend gleich. Alles ist gemütlich. Es gibt Warmwasser und Klimaanlage. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Zimmer ist recht sauber. Der Teppich im Flur ist schmutzig. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum. Es war sicher, aber ich habe die Fensterläden festgemacht, damit ich mir keine Sorgen machen musste, dass nachts jemand durch das Fenster klettern könnte. Abends und morgens spazierten wir durch die Gegend. Sicher. Beim Check-in wird eine Kaution erhoben, die beim Check-out zurückerstattet wird. Perfekt für eine Nacht. Wir fuhren mit dem Taxi zum Hotel, verließen das Hotel außerhalb des Bereichs und riefen einen Abholer an.
