Interesting concept, but unfortunately I would not stay here again. The room itself was quite interesting because it had two levels. I had never stayed in a room like this before, so it was a unique experience. The upper level is basically where the bed is, although I can’t say that climbing upstairs to go to bed was particularly convenient. There was also a lot of unused space in the room that could have been used much more effectively. Unfortunately, there are quite a few things that made our stay less comfortable. First of all, there is very little housekeeping. During our entire stay, nobody came to clean the room. The room also had almost no amenities - no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or even shampoo. We had to use our own shampoo, fortunately we had brought some. The Wi-Fi was another issue. It worked reasonably well on the lower floor, but once you went upstairs to the bed, the connection became very weak. This is especially inconvenient because the room is advertised as having Wi-Fi. The windows are also unusual. They are made of multiple plastic panels rather than proper sealed glass windows, and they cannot really be closed completely. Because of this, insects and other small creatures can easily get into the room, especially in the evening. Unfortunately, we actually found cockroaches in the room, including some very small ones. Another thing that left us very uncomfortable was the luggage storage situation. We arrived about 40 minutes before check-in and were told that we could not check in early, so we left our bags in the hotel’s luggage storage room while we went for a walk. We were given a simple ticket with a number. The storage room did not appear to have any cameras, and there were several staff members sitting there. When we came back to collect our belongings, we noticed that the staff were laughing and looking at us, which felt strange at the time. Only later, when we were checking our money before leaving, did we realize that 1,000 Philippine pesos were missing from our belongings. The amount itself is not huge, but it was extremely unpleasant. I am very careful with my money and am certain that I did not simply lose it. Unfortunately, we have no way to prove what happened or identify who took it. However, given that the money was missing while our belongings were stored there, the situation left us with a very uncomfortable impression and serious concerns about the security of the luggage storage. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this place. The two-level room is an interesting idea, and there is a lot of space, but much of it is simply unused. The lack of housekeeping and basic amenities, weak Wi-Fi upstairs, insects, unusual windows, and especially the incident with our money were all significant negatives. I personally would not stay here again. There are definitely better options in Manila, even if this place looks interesting at first.

Bewertung für Rosa Garden Hotel: 5/5 Sterne Ich hatte einen erstaunlichen Aufenthalt im Rosa Garden Hotel und ich würde es sehr empfehlen, jeder auf der Suche nach einer Top-notch-Erfahrung. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, war ich beeindruckt von der räumlichen und gut gepflegten Eigenschaft. Das Hotel hält das perfekte Gleichgewicht zwischen Luxus und Erschwinglichkeit, so dass es eine ideale Wahl für kurze und längere Aufenthalte. Zimmer: Meine Zimmer waren groß, sauber und unglaublich komfortabelperfekt für den Ruhezustand nach einem bemühten Tag. Die modernen Einrichtungen waren alle Top-notch, und das Bett war so gemütlich, dass ich fast nicht wollte gehen! Personal: Der Service war außergewöhnlich. Jedes Teammitglied, mit dem ich interagierte, war freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufpassend zu allen meinen Bedürfnissen. Sie können dem Personal wirklich sagen, dass es um die Bereitstellung einer großen Erfahrung für die Gäste kümmert. Einrichtungen: Das Hotel bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, ob es sich um einen entspannenden Ort im Garten oder um das leckere Essen im Restaurant vor Ort. Der ganze Ort hatte eine willkommene, friedliche Atmosphäre, die es wie ein Haus weg von zu Hause fühlte. Lage: Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der beliebten Attraktionen, während es noch einen ruhigen, entspannenden Rückzug bietet. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt lückenlos. Ich hatte absolut keine Probleme, und alles überstieg meine Erwartungen. Das Rosa Garden Hotel ist wirklich ein Geschirr, und ich werde sicherlich hier wieder bleiben. Hoch empfohlen für jemanden, der Komfort, Qualität und Wert sucht.

Das Zimmer ist insgesamt gemütlich und sauber. Klimaanlage ist neu, das Bett ist gemütlich sehr komfortabel. Das Badezimmer ist sauber mit heißer Dusche. Aber kein Wasserheizer im Zimmer, das Sie noch brauchen, um zu bitten. Ich bin ein wenig enttäuscht, da ich im 5. Stock bestellt wurde und ich habe das Frontpersonal gebeten, mich im unteren Stock zu übertragen, und sie versichert mir, wenn es verfügbar sein wird, wird sie mich übergeben, da ich ein paar Tage verlängern werde. Aber am dritten Tag erwähnte sie keine mehr verfügbaren Zimmer. Es ist so beunruhigend, da ich erwartet habe, was sie versprochen hat, wenn ich ein paar Gäste schon auschecken sehe.

Perfect location near all the bars and restaurants. Its also near the port. They also give massage services in room. Room size is okay

Great location and accessible to all transportation. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood. The staff are all accommodating and the restaurant offers a variety of tasty food and drinks.

Customer Service: Won't even greet you at all when you try to check in, security deposit is required also which is not indicated in booking. Location and Cleanliness: Very accessible to public transpo and resto. hard to fall asleep hearing all outside noises from cars outside. Room is very clean upon checking in. Room: Even with aircon, its so hard to maintain cold room temp making it uncomfortable. Wifi connectivity is also zero lol.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the air conditioning worked very well, providing a cool and relaxing environment. It is highly suitable for couples. One minor concern is that the comforter had some old stains that could no longer be removed. However, it did not have any unpleasant odor, so it was still acceptable for us. That said, more meticulous guests may find this an issue. We would also like to express our gratitude for our 4-night stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating—far more welcoming compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Guter Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war komfortabel. Hausaufbewahrung könnte ein bisschen eingehender sein, aber es hat unsere Erfahrung nicht erheblich beeinflusst. Wir würden dieses Hotel noch empfehlen und den Aufenthalt noch einmal in Betracht ziehen.
