Good day to all travelers! Thank you all for your feedback. Thanks to you, we chose these apartments. The room is quiet, clean and cozy. The rest is calm and pleasant. A room with two comfortable beds. Additionally, the room has a table with two chairs, a soft sofa, a TV, wardrobes, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, an induction hob, a kettle and dishes. If something is needed, everything is kindly provided by the host. All provided bed linen, towels are plentiful and very clean. In the bathroom: shampoo, hair balm, toothbrushes, razor and household chemicals. Two types of slippers are also provided, one of them for the shower. There is unlimited bottled water, wet and dry wipes. The room is cleaned at the first request. The staff is very polite and friendly, BUT the most important advantage of this hotel is the owner Wang and his lovely wife. It's very good that they both speak English. His kindness, concern and sincere desire to help are priceless. The most necessary thing in hot weather in this room is air conditioning. And a beautiful view of the lake from the window. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the metro, train station, park, bank, shopping streets, cafes and restaurants. There is a large hypermarket within a three—minute walk, where you can buy everything you need. To see the sights is not far and not expensive, by different means of transport or on foot. We had a great time with our family. And I really didn't want to leave the beautiful city. We liked everything here, there is something to see. Dalian is beautiful!!!

Die Aussichtsposition ist ausgezeichnet und der Blickwinkel ist super. Es liegt direkt gegenüber von Water City. Es ist sehr praktisch für Essen und Unterkunft. Das Überraschendste ist, dass Essen zum Mitnehmen im Obergeschoss geliefert werden kann. Die Haushälterin reagierte sehr zeitnah auf Nachrichten. Es liegt neben Donggang, sodass Sie die Landschaft genießen können, ohne das Haus zu verlassen ... Es ist sauber und rücksichtsvoll, ich werde wieder hier übernachten

Obwohl es ein B&B ist, ist die Lage fantastisch. Vom Zimmerfenster aus hat man einen Blick auf das Meer und die nächtliche Stadt Taipeh. Es ist perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Taxis sind ebenfalls leicht zu erreichen, und man kann schnell zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Bezirk Zhongshan gelangen. Der Hafen ist direkt unten, und man kann mit einem Boot aufs Meer hinausfahren, um die Möwen zu füttern. Es gibt auch viele Wassersportaktivitäten. Es ist toll, am Strand entlang zu spazieren und die Möwen zu füttern. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe, darunter McDonald's, japanische Küche, Meeresfrüchte-Hotpot, Bars usw. sowie Luckin Coffee. Für einen Familienausflug eignet sich ein Loft mit zwei großen Betten sehr gut. Die Kinder lieben es. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und der Besitzer ist sehr nett.

Der Chef ist toll. Ich habe ein Kind kostenlos für die Aufrüstung des Doppelbettzimmers und für die kleinen Pfanne für die Kinder. Es ist zu sorgfältig. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sauber, es gibt alle, der große Bildschirm ist auch besonders groß, die Kinder besonders gerne Unterhalb ist es auch bequem, Essig ist gut, das Zentrum der Stadt ist sehr nah am Meer. 🛏️ 房間與設施 房間沒有足夠的位置放置物品，很多物品都放在地上，洗手間沒有乾濕分離，花灑支架無法調整角度，洗澡時容易把水濺到馬桶及紙巾，影響使用。另外，房內插座數量較少，使用熱水壺時需要到洗手間插電，較為不便。 Wi-Fi 穩定性有待改善，尤其晚上使用電腦時經常斷線。工作人員建議透過拔插房卡恢復連線，白天還能暫時解決，但到了晚上效果有限，而且每次都需要多次拔插房卡才能恢復網路。入住後幾天，網路狀況更不穩定，我嘗試連接其他房間的 Wi-Fi，但網路仍然時好時壞。到了後面幾天，就連使用手機觀看影片也會出現卡頓情況，對需要上網或使用電腦工作的旅客影響較大。 此外，電梯內長時間有明顯異味，每次搭乘都需要屏住呼吸，希望酒店能加強清潔及改善通風。 🤝 服務品質 工作人員態度友善，也願意協助處理問題。第一次反映 Wi-Fi 問題時，很快便安排人員上房協助。不過，第二次反映後，我一直以為會有人再次上房查看，因此留在房間等待，等了許久仍沒有任何消息。再次致電詢問後，才知道酒店已直接聯絡網路供應商處理。後來我準備外出時，工作人員又表示已安排維修人員，詢問我是否願意留下等待。整個處理過程缺乏即時溝通，讓我花了不少時間等待，也難以安排自己的行程。建議日後能主動告知處理進度，並先與住客確認維修時間。 📍 地理位置與生活機能 酒店位置便利，附近有超市及燒烤店，無論購物或用餐都十分方便。

在大連港住了幾天，這家民宿真心值得好好寫個好評。整體感覺就倆字：滿意。位置很理想，大連港區域，出行方便，去哪都不遠，周邊配套也挺齊全，吃喝玩樂都省心。房間乾淨整潔，佈置用心，住着敞亮又舒坦，風格簡約温馨，無論是休息還是待着都很愜意。設施方面很齊全，使用起來也順手，沒什麼可挑剔的。最想説的是老闆人特別好，真誠熱心，從預訂到入住再到退房，整個過程中的溝通和服務都讓人感覺很舒服，既有分寸又有温度，就是那種實心實意對客人好的感覺，不是客套做樣子。幾天住下來，沒有踩雷的地方，每天都挺舒心的，性價比也高，花這個錢能有這個體驗已經很超值了。以後來大連肯定還訂這家，也已經記在小本本上推薦給朋友了，希望這麼好的一家民宿能被更多人發現

My recent stay was an exemplary model of what a seamless and enjoyable hospitality experience should be. From the initial greeting to the final farewell, every element worked in harmony to create a truly memorable visit. The service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth and were consistently attentive without being intrusive. Whether it was the concierge offering insightful local recommendations, the housekeeping team maintaining impeccable discretion, or the waitstaff being both knowledgeable and patient, the level of professionalism was uniformly high. It felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into a well-managed home. The facilities were equally impressive and clearly designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed, blending modern amenities with a sense of comfort. The common areas, from the lobby lounge to the fitness center and pool, were maintained to a high standard, offering beautiful and functional spaces to relax or rejuvenate. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, contributing to an atmosphere of refined relaxation. As for the food, it was a highlight of the experience. Dining was a pleasure, with a menu that offered both classic favorites and inventive dishes. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, each meal was beautifully presented, and the flavors were consistently excellent. It was clear that the culinary team takes great pride in their craft, making every meal something to look forward to. In summary, my experience was outstanding across the board. The impeccable service, superior facilities, and delightful cuisine combined to create a perfect stay. I left feeling thoroughly refreshed and already looking forward to the next opportunity to return. This establishment has truly mastered the art of hospitality.

This hotel's location is genuinely brilliant, right in the city centre next to the Zhongshan subway and plaza, and for this price point, you really can't ask for better. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier (Google Translate sorted us out fine), and the cleaning team were lovely too. The room was decent and properly clean, I checked for dust and there wasn't any. However, the hotel is quite old, and there was some mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom and shower curtain. It didn't bother me personally, but worth noting, and a bit of spray would be great. That said, Dalian was incredibly humid when I visited in late August, so I suspect this is partly a climate issue. Even my own towels wouldn't dry properly. The place was quite busy, mainly Chinese customers, but they were quiet and discreet. Practical bits: they provide two bottles of water daily and disposable paper towels (which actually came in handy given the humidity). The room also had a washing machine (bring your own detergent) and you can hang clothes outside on the 9th floor veranda. There's a bus stop right outside with direct services to Xian Lu (shopping and basement food market) and the Transport University area night market, the subway goes straight to the airport, and you're walking distance from the main tourist spots like Russian Street, the old tram etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. And two convenience stores on ground floor. This place accepts foreign tourists and check-in was quick and easy. Internet was fast but slower in the evenings. Honestly, some of the complaints I've read here seem a bit harsh considering what you're paying. You get what you pay for, and at this price point in this location, I think it's fair value. I'd stay here again, especially if travelling on a budget. Thank you, we had a lovely time in Dalian!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) 위치 : 앞에 큰 대로변이 있어 버스, 지하철, 택시 등 보통 5분 내외로 어디든 지 갈 수있어 좋음 바로 앞에 다양한 음식점과 마트, 편의점이 있어서 최고의 장점임 시설 : 방만 보고 예약을 했음 아주 최고의 선택 일단 전반적으로 깔끔하고 흠잡을 데가 없음 호텔이 아니라서 피트니스나 리셉션 등은 없지만 그래도 가격에 비해 아주 만족스러웠음 그리고 콘센트가 정말 많음!!! (110V) 뷰 : 30층에 예약을 했어서 그런 지 넓은 창에 밖이 참 시원하고 활짝 보였음 (바로 옆에 바다가 있어 더 좋았음) 방음 : 시끄럽다는 평이 있지만 가끔 클락션, 웃는소리? 제외하고는 신경쓰이지 않음 어메니티 : 칫솔, 빗, 비누 등 기본적인 것은 있으며 특히 샴푸나 린스는 생각보다 머릿결을 많이 부드럽게 해주기에 따로 가져오지 않아도 될듯함 --- 단점 : 체크인 시 꼭!! 전화 혹은 메시지 연락을 주고 받아야함 (영어는 어렵지만 그래도 직원이 직접 나와서 데릴러옴)
