Hotels in Dalian mit Parkplatz

아파트먼트형 패밀리 숙소라 큰 냉장고, 전자렌지, 세탁기, 식탁 등이 있어서 좋았어요. 간단한 옷가지를 숙소에서 세탁하고 저녁때는 식탁에 모여 앉아 시간을 보낼 수 있어서 부모님의 만족도가 높았어요. 로비 엘베는 다소 오래 기다려야해서 불편했는데 다른 상가?로 이동하는 엘베를 찾아 이동했더니 편했어요. 같은 상가내 음식점, 스파 등 이용할 수 있어서 좋았네요. 로비 직원들 모두 친절했고요. 다음에 오면 또 방문 할 생각입니다.

The (apart)hotel is located steps away from the seaside and 东方水城 with plenty of eateries (but definitely less than what you get if staying at 中山广场 for example - we purposely chose to be close to the seaside here). The staff from bellboy to front desk/ cleaning staff is also eager to please with smiles all around, definitely pleasant interactions. On the downside, there was a heavy smoke smell at the hallway leading to our unit, and upon confirmation with the staff working at the floor during the time, turns out that the person living next door is smoking 🥲 this smell did creep into our unit over time, which led me to request air purifier and open the windows to improve circulation. Also I need to turn *off* ventilation at the bathroom to prevent smoke smell. Luckily, the situation improved during our stay (so I decided against requesting to change units) since the occurrence of smoke smell became less (perhaps the resident checked out/ decided to smoke less?). Anyhow, this did damper our experience. Also to note a service suggestion due to the smell I immediately requested a purifier unit, didn’t realize that there’s already one sitting in the unit. I also requested detergent since washing machine is available in the unit, didn’t realize that it’s readily available inside the bathroom. While the receptionist happily agreed to my request when I called to request the items (upon checking into my room), they could have also just informed me where they are located to avoid the redundant request. Also, perhaps the detergent should be placed visibly/ closer to the washing unit instead of being together with toothbrush etc inside the drawer in the bathroom - just a suggestion. Breakfast offerings while great is also nothing to wow about (one of our main considerations for hotel selection is to look at breakfast pricing listed, which is 198 RMB in this case, which is on the higher end, so we were expecting some kind of a wow factor). Yes, the restaurant is located on the 67th floor offering nice view, but the spread is nothing to rave about - it’s your typical above average breakfast spread with additionally a little seafood selection. During our stay I did come across an offer to purchase breakfast for 108 RMB in one of the platforms, and I think the value is much closer to this rather than 198, so something worth calling out. So all in all, good hotel with great location/ views/ staff - calling out the smoking issue (more of a people problem rather than hotel’s, but I would wish/ expect that indoor smoking should be non existent for 5-star establishments, which isn’t the case here), and secondarily the breakfast value. The shower issue (lower pressure/ time to heat) from other reviews is also real, but not a big deal for us.

Schon vor 8 Jahren, als ich das letzte Mal in Dalian war, hatte ich ein Auge auf dieses Schlosshotel geworfen. Viele Jahre später ist mein Wunsch nun in Erfüllung gegangen. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Xinghai-Platz. Abends ist es besonders angenehm, den Meereswind zu genießen und spazieren zu gehen. Der Dachgarten im 5. Stock ist ein toller Ort für Fotos. Man benötigt die Zimmerkarte, um hineinzukommen, was dafür sorgt, dass nicht zu viele Leute im Garten sind – eine wirklich gute Erfahrung für die Hotelgäste.

Ausstattung: Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank – alles, was man braucht. Neue Sofas. Das Bett ist supergroß, wahrscheinlich 2,3 Meter. Ziehen Sie die Vorhänge zu, und Sie werden von einem musikalischen Springbrunnen begrüßt. Sauberkeit: Makellos sauber, sorgfältig gepflegt. Umgebung: Einfach und gemütlich, mit sanfter, warmer Beleuchtung. Service: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ging auf alle Wünsche ein.

Die Aussichtsposition ist ausgezeichnet und der Blickwinkel ist super. Es liegt direkt gegenüber von Water City. Es ist sehr praktisch für Essen und Unterkunft. Das Überraschendste ist, dass Essen zum Mitnehmen im Obergeschoss geliefert werden kann. Die Haushälterin reagierte sehr zeitnah auf Nachrichten. Es liegt neben Donggang, sodass Sie die Landschaft genießen können, ohne das Haus zu verlassen ... Es ist sauber und rücksichtsvoll, ich werde wieder hier übernachten

Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, es ist sehr praktisch, vom Hotel aus das Meer zu sehen (es hat geregnet und ich habe den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang nicht gesehen). Viele Aktivitäten im Hotel (hauptsächlich Eltern-Kind-Aktivitäten). Sie können auch nachts vor der Tür Entdeckungen machen. Das Hotel ist sehr einzigartig, hat viele Musikelemente und auch das Aufenthaltserlebnis ist gut. Die Rezeption und das Servicecenter haben das Problem zeitnah gelöst und die Kommunikationsergebnisse waren durchaus zufriedenstellend. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Frühstück.

在大連港住了幾天，這家民宿真心值得好好寫個好評。整體感覺就倆字：滿意。位置很理想，大連港區域，出行方便，去哪都不遠，周邊配套也挺齊全，吃喝玩樂都省心。房間乾淨整潔，佈置用心，住着敞亮又舒坦，風格簡約温馨，無論是休息還是待着都很愜意。設施方面很齊全，使用起來也順手，沒什麼可挑剔的。最想説的是老闆人特別好，真誠熱心，從預訂到入住再到退房，整個過程中的溝通和服務都讓人感覺很舒服，既有分寸又有温度，就是那種實心實意對客人好的感覺，不是客套做樣子。幾天住下來，沒有踩雷的地方，每天都挺舒心的，性價比也高，花這個錢能有這個體驗已經很超值了。以後來大連肯定還訂這家，也已經記在小本本上推薦給朋友了，希望這麼好的一家民宿能被更多人發現

Vorteile: Das Zimmer ist groß, der Service ist sehr gut und der geografische Vorteil liegt auf der Hand. Der Haupteingang des Hotels ist die große Glaskugel und dahinter befindet sich der Zhongshan-Platz. Die Russian Style Street und die Zhongyuan Snack Street sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der hoteleigene Swimmingpool und der Kinderspielplatz sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt auch jede Menge leckeres Essen im Hotel. Selbst an einem regnerischen Tag kann man im Hotel wunderbar essen, trinken, schlafen und spielen. Das Bild zeigt die Executive Lounge. Nachteile: Die Zimmerausstattung ist offensichtlich alt, was schwer zu ändern scheint!

酒店位置很好，出行吃飯都很方便。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品柔軟睡得很舒服。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房速度很快。衞生做得特別到位，洗漱用品齊全，整體環境安靜舒適，性價比很高，入住體驗特別好，下次還會選擇這家推薦給大家。

This hotel's location is genuinely brilliant, right in the city centre next to the Zhongshan subway and plaza, and for this price point, you really can't ask for better. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier (Google Translate sorted us out fine), and the cleaning team were lovely too. The room was decent and properly clean, I checked for dust and there wasn't any. However, the hotel is quite old, and there was some mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom and shower curtain. It didn't bother me personally, but worth noting, and a bit of spray would be great. That said, Dalian was incredibly humid when I visited in late August, so I suspect this is partly a climate issue. Even my own towels wouldn't dry properly. The place was quite busy, mainly Chinese customers, but they were quiet and discreet. Practical bits: they provide two bottles of water daily and disposable paper towels (which actually came in handy given the humidity). The room also had a washing machine (bring your own detergent) and you can hang clothes outside on the 9th floor veranda. There's a bus stop right outside with direct services to Xian Lu (shopping and basement food market) and the Transport University area night market, the subway goes straight to the airport, and you're walking distance from the main tourist spots like Russian Street, the old tram etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. And two convenience stores on ground floor. This place accepts foreign tourists and check-in was quick and easy. Internet was fast but slower in the evenings. Honestly, some of the complaints I've read here seem a bit harsh considering what you're paying. You get what you pay for, and at this price point in this location, I think it's fair value. I'd stay here again, especially if travelling on a budget. Thank you, we had a lovely time in Dalian!
