I always stay there when my flight is early in the morning. It is ideal with a good bar and a good restaurant and the rooms are silent.

Last minute booking due to travel delays. Reception was a efficient though not welcoming. Arriving after 10pm meant facilities were limited. But accidentally assigning my room to another guest was careless, especially when another guest walked on me preparing for bed.

There were some issues in my room, which I discussed with reception. The chair upholstery was so dirty , I suggested they remove the chair, the carpets were marked in several places. The bathroom raps were not polished up as is normal in a hotel of this standard. I have owned my own hotel and still do own one overseas. Much of what I saw was unacceptable even in my modest hotel.

Initial room was lovely, as expected. Decided to relax by having a swim but couldn’t initially as it was full (with a family who had been in all day apparently!) Eventually we got a swim. Dinner was disappointing (I ordered the crispy tofu poke bowl which was like eating cardboard!). Had a lovely gin and tonic at the bar, then retired early as we had to be up at 3.15am. I enjoyed a soak in the bath but upon pulling the plug, raw sewage proceeded to pour out from a drain on the bathroom floor. I then spent 15 minutes trying to call for help but the phones were not answered. I had to get dressed and queue at reception to get it sorted! There was no other twin room available and no one to come clean it up so we were moved to a kingsize room - not ideal after you’ve done all you can to be relaxed before an early start.
New room was fine but the inconvenience was exactly that.

The hotel looks cool but the management needs to know: The client entering the front door is rather tired and disarrayed after the messy low cost flight and arrival procedures. Therefore management needs to design check in to make it clear for the customer , even if the customer understands the business process. More specifically do not make customers wait for 10 minutes at the reception, allow self check in, make clear navigation to the elevators and rooms, provide essential travel services like taxi booking or ATM at the door. I missed all those things.

The hotel was very nice and very well maintained. However, the staff we were welcomed with was particularly unkind and disrespectful. We arrived on a rainy day, with 5 luggages and when we asked for help from the reception they said this wasn’t their problem and refused to send any help. After rushing inside my daughter went to start the check in. We were received by “Mohamed” who told her we couldn’t check in until much later and told us we should wait approximately 3 hours which was a problem as we had a flight to catch later in the evening. My daughter asked if there could be an exception and not only did Mohamed loudly tell her no, he also laughed at her english speaking skills. This upset my daughter and made her cry. We travel very frequently and this was absurd, we are afraid he may be racist towards customers. It’s truly upsetting as my daughter was very respectful towards him.
However, not all staff members were rude, as Angelika served us at the hotel restaurant with kindness and respect. She put a lot of effort to make us enjoy our stay and we truly suggest you consider her as manager of reception to receive guests, as she would surely do a better job than the staff currently working at your reception.

This was my 1st time at this hotel and it was very convenient! Near the airport and so clean! I think it was one of the best hotels near an airport ever!
Would stay again. You need to book in advance to get a cheaper price!

Hotel had everything I needed and more. Perfect location, very friendly staff, comfy bed and very pleasant shower. Unfortunately my stay wasn’t long enough to use other facilities, but would certainly love to if I was there longer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Love our stay! The room was clean, the lobby was clean, the food in the restaurant was top. The receptionist (I forgot to ask her name, but she is tiny and has blonde hair) was very nice and welcoming, she also helped us print our boarding passes for the next morning flight. There was one thing that it bothered me is that they don’t provide bottle of water. I know that is safe to drink from the faucet, but it’s always better to provide some water.
