Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.

Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich recht zufrieden, aber am besten lässt man das Gepäck vom Ladenpersonal hoch- und runtertragen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, mit erstklassiger Landschaft, erstklassigem Essen und durchschnittlichem Service. Es ist nicht sehr einladend, also muss man die Initiative ergreifen, um es zu finden. Das Zimmer unten, in dem ich wohnte, hatte tolles Badewasser, wie in einem privaten Bad.

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Im Allgemeinen ist es eine gute Lage, und sehr nahe zu allem in der Stadt. Das Zimmer ist eine Art alte Schule, die ist gut. Das Hotel bietet auch ein gutes Buffet mit vielen Optionen. Die Minibar hier ist super teuer, und Sie werden von dem nebenanen Supermarkt Rater kaufen als hier

I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel! Der Hotelservice ist sehr gut. Wir reisen als Paar. Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht, eines mit Flitterwochen-Dekoration und eines ohne. Ehrlich gesagt hatte ich das Gefühl, dass es den Preis nicht wert war. Immerhin war es ein 4-stelliges Zimmer, aber insgesamt war es immer noch sehr gut. Ich habe es erzählt die Hotelrezeption, die ich anfragen wollte Für die Hochzeit half die Rezeption bei der Organisation der Restaurant- und Rosenreservierungen. Das Essen im Restaurant war nicht sehr lecker. Die Dekorationsgebühr für das Restaurant betrug 600 Lire, 33 Rosen und die Gebühr betrug 70 Euro. Der Vorschlag war ein Erfolg. Ich bin auch dem Mann an der Rezeption sehr dankbar!

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr gut. Obwohl es keine Klimaanlage gibt, werden Sie feststellen, dass Sie diese überhaupt nicht benötigen, da das Hotel eine Heizung zur Verfügung stellt. Das Personal ist großartig und kann bei der Buchung von Ausflügen und bei der Lösung helfen Probleme sehr schnell. Besonderer Dank geht an das Personal Gokhan. Das Frühstück ist auch köstlich, einschließlich Omelettnudeln, weißem türkischem Tee usw. (Fortsetzung des Aufenthalts).

Sacred Mansion is probably one of the best hotels in Cappadocia! Hotel ni baru, sangat cantik & bersih. Interior dia memang ada vibes luxury + traditional. Breakfast dia variety, banyak pilihan & fresh memang puas hati makan sambil tengok view luar. Yang best, dia ada indoor pool juga, so boleh relax tak kira musim. Highly recommended kalau nak stay tempat yang selesa, tenang & ada rasa eksklusif sikit.
