Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt, die Lage des Hotels ist für Reisen, Einkaufen und Restaurants bequem, das Frühstück war erstaunlich, hervorragende Lebensmittel und Service. Wir mögen auch den Schwimmbad, Fitnessraum und Sauna. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber. Wir haben einige Hilfe von der Rezeption, wenn wir ein Taxi zum Museum benötigen und wir hatten auch zu spät check out um 2 Uhr, es war sehr nett. Sehr empfehlen dieses Hotel!

My husband and I visited Cappadocia as part of our honeymoon travels. The staff were all very friendly. Burak and Serendiz were helpful with everything from the time we arrived. They ensured we were comfortable and all our needs were met - they provided outstanding customer service! Upon our arrival we were welcomed with breakfast and were given a room to freshen up in whilst the room we booked was being prepared since we had arrived earlier than expected, this was a really nice gesture that we very much appreciated. Not only were Receptions extremely kind, they treated us as though we were their good friends which made our stay even better! I highly recommend Love Bells Cappadocia to all those who want to experience staying in a cave - the rooms are amazing! We had the honour of staying in two different rooms, one was the Afrodit room which has a pool in it. Unfortunately we didn't take any pictures in there we only have videos. However we also stayed in the Helen Room and you can see some pictures of the room attached. The detail of the carvings in the cave are fascinating! We are very happy with the service we received including the amazing breakfast which we really enjoyed during our stay. Thank you to all the staff and a special thanks to Burak and Serendiz. Additionally, the location of the hotel is good as it is around a 5-10 minute drive away from Göreme centre. We will definitely be recommending Love Bells to our friends and family.

Wir waren im Oktober, das Wetter war schon kalt. Wie schön war es, nach dem Tag des Spaziers in Ihr gemütliches Zimmer zu kommen, und als der Abend gefroren war. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, es gibt alles notwendig. Rein, nett, komfortabel und ruhig - das war unser Zimmer. Das Personal ist willkommen. Wir blieben sehr glücklich. Und WiFi ist großartig!

Ich bin begeistert! Nach der Buchung begann die Vorfreude und vor Ort war es noch schöner als erwartet. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar: Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Ambiente! Das komplette Personal ist wahnsinnig hilfsbereit – bei allen Wünschen. In Bezug auf lokale Touren und dem Flughafentransfer, vertraut Kerim an der Rezeption - er liebt seinen Job und verzaubert euren Aufenthalt in Kappadokien. Die Terrasse und Lage der Lodge ist ein Traum. Ich komme definitiv genau hierher zurück. Worauf wartet ihr? Bucht eure Unterkunft und freut euch auf eine fantastische Zeit in Göreme. Besonders für Alleinreisende, junge Paare, Backpacker und Abenteuerlustige uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Ich sehe die Kommentare 4.9 Hotel, das nur für die Punkte bestimmt ist Ich verstehe nicht, warum es so hohe Punkte gibt, 1, Einrichtungen: Es gibt keine geschlossene Terrasse in der öffentlichen Region, es gibt nichts im Hotelhall, es gibt alles im Freien 2, das Hotelzimmer ist sehr dunkel, ich dachte, was sehr charakteristisch ist, wirklich nichts zu bedeuten, die Geräte sind schon ein bisschen alt Und es schmeckt, wenn ich reingehe. 3. Das Hotel fühlt sich an, als ob es ein Zimmer bietet, das Frühstück und das Wäschebad sind alle Auspackungen. 4, die Position ist, dass es gut ist, den Heißluftballon zu sehen. Personal nicht empfehlen, dass Sie das gleiche Geld für eine bessere Umgebung ausgeben können, oder in die Gramey-Stadt

Alles war perfekt, vor allem das Personal ist ein tolles sauberes Zimmer! Innenpool war perfekt. Frühstück hat genug Vielfalt und lecker.

I went to turkey with my sister and mother and we decided to stay at the best hotel in Capadoccia, we were really excited to do the ballon trip and get to know the beautiful town. Once we arrived to the hotel the treatment was terrible, they were very disrisispectfull with my mother who is able to walk but had a wheelchair for asisstance. The hotel later told the tour guide from the balloons that they should not allow my mother to go to the trip (without letting us know the reason) and saying there was no room. IMPORTANT TO SAY THE TRIP IN BALLOON WAS ALREADY PAYED AND RESERVED. Later the next day we asked if there was any news on our ballon ride and they said there was no space. we where very disapointed. Later on arriving back to mexico and having our travel agent call the hotel for explanation we learned the hotel staff arranged for us no to go to the trip. Instead of telling us its not recommended for older people or even just letting one of ride, knowing we had made such a long trip to go there. It was on my mothers bucket list and it is very sad to know that lack of sympathy and comunication did this. WE DID NOT RECIEVE ANY COMPENSATION FOR THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OR OUR MONEY BACK FOR THE BALLOON RIDE. We felt discriminated throughout the stay.
