Eşimle 4 yıl önce konaklayıp harika anılarla ayrıldığımız bu oteli, bu kez yeğenim ve eşi için tereddütsüz tercih ettim. Onlar da tatillerinden inanılmaz mutlu ve memnun ayrıldılar. Aradan geçen yıllara rağmen kalitenin, misafirperverliğin ve güler yüzün hiç değişmediğini görmek çok güzel. Kapadokya'da hem kendiniz hem de sevdikleriniz için gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebileceğiniz nadir yerlerden. Tüm ekibe teşekkürler.

Excellent accommodation, very clean and pleasant, the people are super attentive, excellent service, they help you with the tours (balloons, typical dances, restaurants, etc.) the delicious breakfast, one of the best accommodations on my vacation in Turkey, highly recommended. Excelente alojamiento, muy limpio y agradable, las personas super atentos, excelente atención, te ayudan con los tour (globos, bailes típicos, restaurantes, etc) el desayuno delicioso, uno de los mejores hospedaje en mis vacaciones de turkia, super recomendado.

Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.

Wir haben im Dreibettzimmer übernachtet. Es war schön und sauber, daran gab es nichts auszusetzen. Die Lage war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum Göremes mit seinen Restaurants und Veranstaltungen entfernt. Der Pool war ein tolles Extra. Das Frühstück war allerdings enttäuschend, nichts wirkte frisch und die Auswahl ließ zu wünschen übrig. Sehr schade. Die Restaurantpreise sind im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants in der Gegend zu hoch. Wir haben die Terrasse nicht genutzt, um die Ballonfahrten zu beobachten, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen, uns wurde aber ein Aussichtspunkt empfohlen. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel aber empfehlen.

一看就是老錢風酒店 配置很像其他歐洲國家的luxury resort 房間新 很乾凈 應該是整個區域最好的房間了 選有平台和陽台的 景色超好 房間裏就能看到熱氣球 正對夕陽和遠山 酒店有自己的farm 果園 葡萄園 房間裏用的茶和用品跟Instanbul四季是一樣的 感覺很像老錢家族開的酒店resort

A friend came to visit me, and the hotel mentioned that prior notice must be given to the staff. I apologize for not informing them in advance. The female supervisor insisted that my friend leave immediately, which was very upsetting. It's disappointing that such a high-end hotel treated its guests in such an impolite and uncomfortable manner. However, the other staff members were very friendly. I hope the supervisor can regain her smile and manners. Aside from that, the museum hotel is highly recommended!

Das Zimmer ist groß, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Lage ist im Zentrum der Stadt und am Rande des großen Handelsplatzes. Die Busbahnhofs sind in der Nähe, es gibt mehrere wichtige Attraktionen, die nicht mit dem Auto fahren und packen müssen. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
