Das Zimmer ist auf das Gebäudegebiet beschränkt, einige der Kanäle sind relativ schlank. Es gibt wenige Früchte für das Frühstück und es wird empfohlen, frühzeitig zu essen. Das Regenhaus hat keine Wassersäfte oder Wäsche, es ist nicht bequem. Die Höhe des Untergeschosses ist begrenzt und die Fläche ist kleiner.

While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

Die Lage ist etwas weit von der alten Stadt entfernt, aber das Urlaubshotel ist groß und die Umgebung ist auch sehr gut. Aus Spanien hat die Begeisterung des Servicepersonals viel erhöht.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. All staff are very helpful and ready to help when ever you need them. Upon our return our flight was late eveining so they where very accommodating and gave us 2 hours extra before check out.

Schöne Ryad. Sehr gut lokalisiert . Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr aufmerksam mit meinen Frühstückszeiten auch wenn ich unglaublich früh verlassen musste , sie sicher, die zusätzliche Meile gehen und vor meiner Abreise ein schönes Frühstück zubereiten . Wenn immer wieder in Rabat wird es sicherlich wieder reservieren .

Ein schönes Hotel in einer ruhigen Straße neben den Museen. Das Hotel ist groß, aber gleichzeitig ruhig und ruhig. Es mag für die zwingenden Reisenden ziemlich alt sein, aber nicht zu den Schlußfolgerungen aufschubsen: Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind mit allem, was notwendig ist und alles funktioniert, einschließlich Klimaanlage, Und zusätzlich zu den niedrigen Kosten macht das Hotel attraktiv.

Schönes Hotel, sehr sauberes Eigentum und freundliches Personal. Ich empfehle es sehr.

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
