Einer der besten Services die ich kenne. Zum Beispiel kommt beim Frühstück trotz sehr reichhaltigem Buffet immer jemand vorbei, der Besonderheit anbietet und bringt :)

Das Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta hat eine großartige Lage, die Kota Casablanca Mall ist nur etwa 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Einrichtung und Aufteilung des Hotels waren beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig und das Essen war köstlich. Das Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtete, hatte Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und die Techniker konnten das nicht beheben. Mir wurde angeboten, in ein anderes Zimmer auf derselben Etage zu wechseln – das war ein faires Angebot. Sollte ich nach Jakarta zurückkehren, würde ich mich freuen, wieder hier zu übernachten!

Mein Zimmer war am 5. Stock des neuen Gebäudes gelegen, und ich habe das Ecke Zimmer mit der besten Aussicht, leider habe ich nicht viele der Einrichtungen versucht, weil mein Aufenthalt nicht für Urlaub ist, Service war schön, und sicherlich wird wieder kommen

Schöne und saubere Einrichtungen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel. Der Fitnessraum war geräumig und es gibt einen heißen und einen kalten Pool. Es gab auch eine Tischtennisplatte in der Nähe der Sauna und des Dampfbads

My second time I book at this hotel and this time I stayedfor 4 nights. It feels like a 4 stars hotel but it's actually a classic 5 stars hotel. If you follow my reviews you'd know that I rate, review and critic honestly and professionally. - Reception: very friendly, helpful, polite and customer service is a 5 stars hotel customer service. - Lobby and vibe: a traditional Indonesian with a Western classic fusion. It's certainly unique and feels relaxing and welcoming especially for first timers. - Rooms: depending on the room you book. If you book the standard rooms, you'll get a 4 stars feeling (not 5 stars). If you book middle - high range rooms, you'll definitely get your money worth. All rooms are moderately specious (30 - 45 sqm). Rooms are clean, beds are also clean with fresh smelling pillows and they are well prepared and feels right at home. - Restaurants & Cafes: the breakfast includes standard Continental, Western, Local and South Asia. I don't know who manages the restaurant during breakfast but absolutely phenomenal management. The foods are always fresh, food health check officer always taking food samples and the breakfast staff are highly trained (5 stars). Coffee in the evening at the lobby is wirth it and the relaxing vibe is excellent to do some work on your laptop or just till chill out. - Gym & Pool: the gym is excellent, they have a smith machine, cable machine, dumbbells, free weights and cardio machines. Typically everything you need for a workout. They have also a good size sauna and jacuzzi but wasn't working during my stay. The pool is standard, nothing realy special but it's there. - Location: you're close to everywhere, and everything including tourist places are within 5 - 15 min drive from the hotel. - The Hotel in General: I've visited and reviewed close to 500 hotels throughout the years and I can say that for this hotel to keep its 5 stars status needs some cosmetic work and some renovation in some areas. It does feel outdated at times, but what makes it feel uplifted and welcoming is the staff. - Summary: you'll definitely get your money worth at this hotel. You're in a good location, clean and friendly hotel, clean and good foods, excellent customer service and I'd personally stay at this hotel again in the future.

A mixed bag of feelings here. I thought I was feeling lucky when they told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary upgrade (to Deluxe) Unfortunately I was plagued with a number of recurrent issues. The room itself is very nice (311), best thing about it was the bed and the views into the city by the window. With that said, it did have a number of issues, so it was not the finished article in my mind (the safe locked without instructions, the wooden strip on the floor coming off making me trip, the kettle malfunctioning, not hot water on the basin, so had to use the kettle to shave daily) When I arrived, it had not been fully cleaned (see pictures) All of these were actually minor issues vs. other stuff I experienced, I didn't make much of it as I was getting an upgrade. The problems came a few days later when it started raining, and suddenly I was getting sore throats in the room with the temp marking almost 25c and the air con off. I had to take mucolytics and anti-flu tablets cause I was getting a bad cold there. I was wondering if the air conduct were releasing bad spores into the air because it was so tatty (pictures attached) So with no heating, I got cold there with 27c outside, I find this very very strange. But the much bigger problem was a few days later when I was hearing massive thumps, bangs and wall stomping from the room right above me, they had placed a family with 4 kids on top of me and it went on at all times in the evening. It got so bad that I requested a change of room, and surprise, they gave me a really REALLY bad downgrade to the 17th floor in a much smaller room, on a really grotty floor that looked like a 2 star highway motel. I thought maybe they were penalising me. The staff at reception told me the next day the people checked out, but the same noises continued another 2 days, so they lied to me or they placed another family with noisy children. The floor on top is super thin. You can hear anyone walking as if they re stomping on it.It will drive you crazy. I also heard people next door hammering something at 1 am in the morning for two nights straight. This hotel has big structural problems. I don't pay $520 to get tortured, it felt like it at some point. On a separate note, the breakfast service was more like a brunch, very varied and many choices (except for meat and fish that was very underwhelming) They had a temp control management problem, there were mornings when I touched the trays and they were at room temp. Also the plates for the hot section are not heated, so that with the powerful air con overhead translated into your hot food going lukewarm almost immediately, which makes it taste disgusting. It was only the last 2 or 3 days when I started placing my plates on the griddle for a few mins with the staff's permission, when I could finally start eating hot food. Due to this, I was getting ”stomach runs” every single day after breakfast, except for two days. This is a breach of H&S So there are several issues that affected my health here. The restaurant and cafe in the evening had some good meals. The Mexican had some Western tucker that I enjoyed, my last meal (Mexican enchiladas) was underwhelming, felt like cantine food that was microwaved and badly, because I had to send it back for being lukewarm. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel due to numerous health problems I suffered. I also discovered that if it weren't for the upgrade, I would have been given a horrible room like the one I saw quite possibly.(the room I received cost almost $1000 for two weeks, still very overpriced) This wasn't cheap, and I feel it was so expensive for what it was. Definitely not a 4 star, a 3 star is more befitting. The staff was mostly corteous, And premises are up to standard only in places. The gym was very nice. The pool area nice with some views, if only a little tiny..

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Maia Jakarta Hotel. The excellent service and strategic location made up for some of the shortcomings. Pros: 1. Service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. 2. The location is fantastic, directly opposite Thamrin City. 3. We booked the Suite, which was spacious enough for three of us. There was plenty of room to open and pack our luggage comfortably. 4. The hotel kindly provided complimentary breakfast for our third guest, which was a nice gesture. 5. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bed was large enough for two people, while our third guest slept on the sofa. 6. Indomaret is just a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient. 7. Thamrin Mall is about a 5-minute walk away, and Grand Indonesia is around 10 minutes on foot. Cons: 1. We requested an extra pillow and quilt, and were informed there was an additional charge of IDR 50,000 and payment to be made directly to the housekeeping staff instead of being added to our room bill and settled during checkout, which felt rather unusual. 2. Hot water was only lukewarm and never got hot enough. 3. The room could not accommodate an extra bed despite our request, which may be inconvenient for some families or groups. 4. Only one key card was provided, which was inconvenient when our group wanted to head out separately. 5. The breakfast selection was quite basic with limited variety. 6. The room interior felt dated. The sliding toilet door was damaged and had to be forced open and closed by dragging it along the floor. 7. The shower area was extremely slippery, creating a safety concern. The bathroom ventilation was poor, and the shower drainage was slow, leaving the floor wet even the next morning. 8. The toilet faucet appeared dirty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. you might also consider to bring universal adapter for powerpoints. Despite these issues, the outstanding service and excellent location made our stay ok. If the hotel refreshes its rooms and improves the bathroom facilities, it would provide an even better guest experience.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here! Location is another plus point, walking distance to Bundaran HI MRT station, and also various malls around like Sarinah Mall, Plaza Indonesia & Grand Indonesia. Truly recommended!

The staff and service at Mercure Cikni was very good, kind , patient and very helpful. Some of the furniture in the room was dusty. We had a few issues we weren’t happy with so manager gave us free lunch and a free taxi to the airport which we appreciated very much! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety of dishes around the South East Asia. Supermarkets and the train station is less then a 10 minute walk

Swiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person. Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. . You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
