GGastnutzerOverall it was good….excellent food, lovely room, excellent service.
The downside was as it wasn’t very sunny there wasn’t a lot to do in the hotel itself during the day.
The single jacuzzi was always full and the indoor pool was freezing!
Also although the gym had a couple of nice machines there were very few (nothing for triceps or biceps) and no free weights.
I probably would go for a more adult oriented hotel in Salou next time but if these things don’t matter to you I would definitely recommend staying here!

OOlga_SheДвоякое впечатление от отеля. Встречают с улыбками и шампанским, но если что-то идет не так - мы не причем.
Плюсы: Отличный ремонт в общественных зонах и номерах, великолепный индивидуальный дизайн, новая современная сантехника, кофемашина, хорошая зона для загара. Отсутствие детей тоже плюс) Завтрак потрясающий, многообразие блюд и высокое качество их приготовления меня впечатлило, в городских отелях такие завтраки редкость. В 1-й мин от отеля находятся остановки, с которых можно уехать в 2 стороны: в сторону Солоу/Порт Авентура и Таррагона. Вокруг отеля жизни кроме пляжа практически нет, но можно поехать в соседние поселки.
Минусы: Сервис. 1) Клининг-сервис, когда клинеры без стука входят в номер, такое у меня впервые, и никакие таблички не помеха. При этом они так яростно передвигают свою утварь по коридорам, что все стены и плинтуса уже испорчены, очень громко убираются в коридорах, такое ощущение, что пылесос летает от стены к стене. Дневной сон практически не возможен. Облитое соком покрывало-одеяло просто перевернули другой стороной и не поменяли. Один день просто пропустили номер, спасибо что убрали после просьбы. 2) После жалобы на клининг, допрашивать стали меня, а точно ли вы оставили табличку, а вы оставили табличку правильной стороной, а у нас в системе нет подтверждения, что табличка была. Я конечно понимаю, что бывают разные неадекватные, но зачем эти допросы? Приняли к сведению и разошлись. 3) В середине отдыха в столовой меня решили уличить в неоплаченном завтраке, после подтверждения оплаты, даже не извинились. 4) Решила проходя мимо ресепшена попросить бокал шампанского, которое всегда в наличии, на что получила жесткий отказ и очередной вопрос, а разве вы его не получили при заезде?…
Не в минус отелю, а больше для информации, к морю от отеля можно выйти за 3 минуты, но на данный момент пляжная зона ограничена небольшим участком метров в 50, а дальше пляж перекрыт, ведутся ремонтные работы, и чтобы выйти к следующему участку пляжа, нужно обогнуть перекрытую зону по городским улицам, это примерно 1,5 км.

GGuest UserDer Service in der genialen Rezeption, am Frühstücksbuffet war nicht so gut, die Mädchen, die wir gebeten haben, ob Sie uns bitte ein paar Tortillos machen könnten, wir blieben sehen würden und als wir ihr sagten, dass im Buffet keine warme Milch zum Kaffee geblieben ist Ich sehe uns auch sehr ernst und beantwortete uns ziemlich trocken, das andere Mädchen und der Junge aber sehr nett. Die Reinigung im Zimmer war nicht ganz gut, es gab Plätze im Boden, die nicht gebraten und viel Staub vor allem über dem Licht des Büros.Die Lage ist großartig und das Hotel ist sehr schön.

GGastnutzerLa habitación estaba lista temprano, la comida estaba muy buena y había variedad, opciones saludables de comidas . La piscina muy buena, aire acondicionado estupendo en la habitación. Nos sentimos muy a gusto. Esta la playa al lado. Y 11 min en coche para ir al paseo san Jaume donde están las tiendas.

SSara ZgzEl check in muy lento y mucha espera en recepción , y la hora d entrada las 16h es excesivo . Habitación de 10!! Elige hab con terraza. La cena y desayuno de 9!! Me encantó la cena asiática y q las bebidas estén incluidas . Piscinas ideales para niños !! Público muy de familias

LLaura40 minutos antes de la hora de salida entró una limpiadora en nuestra habitación sin preguntar si había nadie ni llamar a la puerta. Me parece una falta de respeto total, yo aún estaba a medio vestir. Por lo demás perfecto, comida bien, instalaciones también, limpieza bien aunque si había algunas manchas naranjas en el bidet que frotando con el dedo salían, cosa que indica que no lo han limpiado muy a fondo... También, es un hotel familiar, lleno de niños. La piscina obviamente llena de niños también, si tienes hijos es buen sitio, si no puede agobiar un poco.

AAdrián Carballeda LopezUn hotel que se ve que tiene sus años pero que está en muy buenas condiciones. Comida de buffet y todo bien. El único problema solo tiene 2 horas para desayunar, para comer y cenar. Deberían tener un horario un poco más largo

GGastnutzeroverall good experience but some things could have been better english breakfast was abismal worst i have had in 20 years of staying in salou hotels they need to get a chef who knows how to cook a fried egg and sorce some english bacon they were cold and hard the yolks were solid like they had been sitting in the kitchen for 30 mins before they brought them out lunch and dinner were ok however had to pay for water and soft drinks not something i have come across before and place was overrun with school kids at meal times not a plesent experience room was ok but locking the fridge thats a new one on me car parking was an extra of cource and vastly overpriced at 20 euro a day half that at 4r hotels also you couldnt use the lift to the parking you had to get out at reception and get a key or use the stairs again a pain the hotel was clean and reasonably quiet exept the resturant but definatly geared up to charge extra wherever it could would i stay there again probably not and thats just down to crapp breakfast and little things like chargeing you to use the fridge safe and rip off car parking
