Hotels mit Balkon in Salou

I've been staying at this hotel regularly for over ten years. The main advantage of this hotel is the staff, who never change. So, all regular guests here become part of the family. This time I was here for my birthday, and it was so nice to receive the warmest congratulations from everyone! The hotel is impeccable. The only downside is that the breakfast food, which should be hot, is completely cold.

I was not fully satisfied with our stay in hotel Best Da Vinci. I did the reservation with the information that the breakfast is 7.7 euro per person. When we arrived to the reception for check in , the receptionist said is it is 12 euro per person per day and she told us this is the price even I was showing my reservation details regarding breakfast cost. She said she will speak with her manager on breakfast price but nobody came back to us for this issue. We had to pay 12 euro per person/day for the breakfast. The second day of the stay , they didn’t provide room cleaning and we requested to change towels change and they gave new towels. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and the entertainment was good. We appreciated about these 2 things during our stay.

Reise im April; der Pool war geöffnet, obwohl das Wasser zu dieser Jahreszeit noch recht kalt war. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit war gut, mit täglichem Zimmerservice. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bett jedoch aufgrund der Federn und Rollen etwas unbequem. Es gab einen Smart-TV, einen Kühlschrank und Stauraum. Wenn Sie geräuschempfindlich sind, bringen Sie Ohrstöpsel mit, da die Schalldämmung nicht optimal ist. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet war sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl (manchmal gibt es auch Halal-Fleisch; fragen Sie den Koch, er ist sich aber nicht immer sicher). Der Wellnessbereich ist gegen Aufpreis zugänglich; ein Besuch lohnt sich bei schlechtem Wetter. Der Strand ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, location , staff and service was amazing. It is abit on a hill, but this didn’t bother me at all. I had the breakfast included and was so pleased, so much to choose from! Staff were super friendly and room was cleaned daily. I did not have the sea view but had a lovely view of palm trees from my room which always had a nice breeze coming. Loved every bit and will most likely stay here again when I visit Salou. On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Sehr schöne und komfortable Zimmer, das Hotel war gut, einige freundlicher als andere, aber das Essen des Restaurants ist gefroren und ziemlich schlecht für das, was Sie zahlen, außer, dass Sie Coca-Cola oder Fanta bestellen und Ihnen das bereits servierte Glas mitbringen. (ohne Schale oder Flasche) und das war eindeutig nicht von diesen Marken (und auch, sehr teuer, Sie bezahlen es gleich). Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahezu alles. Das Buffet hatte nur Frühstück und ein wenig, außer, dass man genug Köder machen muss, um eingehen zu können, weil das Essen nicht groß genug ist, um so viele Menschen zu betreuen. Der Pool ist gut, aber es gibt keine Organisation mit den Hammern, jeder legt sie dort, wo er will, wenn er will, und es ist ein bisschen katastrophal. Ich empfehle es, aber mit geringen Erwartungen.

Wir haben dort geblieben und nach einer 5-minütigen Dusche, die Abwasserversorgung nicht im Wasser suckte. Ich ging hinunter zum Rezeption und es gab einen sehr brutalen Rezeptionisten, sagte nein, wir können nicht in schrecklicher Weise ändern. Da wir 250 Euro für eine Nacht zahlen, um den Eklipse zu sehen, war es nicht die Einstellung, die ich erwartet hatte. Nachdem ich Trip kontaktiert habe, waren sie plötzlich freundlicher... aber ich möchte, dass die mittlere blonde Frau mit Brillen verantwortlich gehalten und eine Warnung erhalten, dass sie ein schrecklicher Empfänger ist.

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

Die Lage dieses Hotels ist perfekt, in der Nähe von Supermärkten, dem Strand und mehreren Restaurants und Bars. Sie können ruhig umgeben gehen. Das Hotel ist sauber und bietet geräumige Zimmer.

overall good experience but some things could have been better english breakfast was abismal worst i have had in 20 years of staying in salou hotels they need to get a chef who knows how to cook a fried egg and sorce some english bacon they were cold and hard the yolks were solid like they had been sitting in the kitchen for 30 mins before they brought them out lunch and dinner were ok however had to pay for water and soft drinks not something i have come across before and place was overrun with school kids at meal times not a plesent experience room was ok but locking the fridge thats a new one on me car parking was an extra of cource and vastly overpriced at 20 euro a day half that at 4r hotels also you couldnt use the lift to the parking you had to get out at reception and get a key or use the stairs again a pain the hotel was clean and reasonably quiet exept the resturant but definatly geared up to charge extra wherever it could would i stay there again probably not and thats just down to crapp breakfast and little things like chargeing you to use the fridge safe and rip off car parking
