I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful attention to detail. The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I truly felt relaxed and taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return.

Overall, it is a very good hotel, very close to the airport. Clean, good breakfast, and friendly staff. I think it is overrated for what it offers. They should have a kids' indoor play area, as they have plenty of space for it.

Ihre Professionalität, Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details spiegeln sich sehr positiv im Hotel wider. Sie ist zweifellos ein wunderbarer Vermögenswert für Kempinski. Wir kamen am 31. und das Zimmer hatte sofort ein komfortables und willkommenes Gefühl, das unser Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte.

We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

Näher zum Flughafen geht kaum. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen. Außerdem mehrere Restaurants und einen Außenpool. Beim nächsten Mal Kairo bin ich bestimmt wieder hier. :-)

Ich habe ein Zimmer gebucht, nur um ein paar Stunden vor meinem nächsten Flug zu schlafen. Aufgrund der Party draußen und der lauten Musik konnte ich nicht schlafen, das ist schrecklich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr gut, mir hat der Shuttleservice und das Abendessen im italienischen Restaurant gefallen.
