The currency in Tunisia is a closed currency so obviously you cannot take it out if the country. There was ants about around our swim up room & near the main restaurant outside seating area. Smoking is a issue at this hotel if you are a non smoker then this place is not for you, there is a non smoking area but you can still smell the smoke.. Entertainment consisted of solo singers, people playing the guitar & singing & the entertainment team dancing. Food can be repeatative & there are flies flying around the pool, beach area & in the main restaurant, so it can be annoying, noticed that there was nothing in place to kill the flies in the restaurant as they was around the chopped fruit, desserts & cheese area's. When we checked out, they never asked us if we have had a nice time unlike other hotels I've been in, only to ask us if we had any Dinas left to change up, to be honest expected more from a tui blue adults only hotel, would I go back, NO.... Couldn't fault the cleaners & waiters they work so hard & tips are appreciated.

A very nice and well run complex . Our room was lovely and quite big enough for the two of us. Staff were hard working and friendly. Laith and Mohamed at main reception were the best we had a laugh and they were very helpful. Looked after in the restaurant by Nazar nothing too much trouble. Room always cleaned. We found off the complex on the main beach there was a fair bit of rubbish around and did not make for a walk up the beach pleasant. Pool ok did not use it very busy people still doing the towel thing early morning. Beach part very nice. There was evening entertainment but we did not see any of it. Would recommend this hotel All in all a lovely complex and would recommend

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Rooms cleaned every day, 2 lovely pools although we swam in the sea which was calm, cleanand clear, not very deep! Food was really good and wide variety (some very spicy). Staff were all very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Entertainment mostly good. Not much near by to do outside the hotel. Would highly recommend.

We arrived on Friday the 9th of September not knowing what to expect, having read the reviews on here mostly good or great. All I can say is brilliant from the moment we got to the hotel we were treated like royalty, the staff made booking in & settling in our wonderful room overlooking the beach and pool a breeze. The whole staff's main goal is your comfort & enjoyment, they see it not as a job but as a calling never have we been so well looked after. Many places here in the UK could learn from the whole staff there. I hope the staff get the recognition deserved especially Mohamid Ali & Siead at mealtimes who went that extra 100 miles to accommodate even the fussy rude people sometimes, ("I felt ashamed to be English due to the rudeness of some of our country men & women "). Great location, great hotel, great staff. 1000 out of 10.

This hotel is lovely, the rooms are so clean, the shower is probably one of the best, room was cleaned daily,fresh towels. Water put in room daily. We went to the beach every day, soon as you went down there, security helped get a sun lounger,very helpful, mohammed couldn't do enough for you, he brought drinks,water, fantastic guy. Hubby did breakfast,which he said was excellent, the lady who did the omelette was great,we used bar and snack area a few times,near beach,it was lovely, waiters were so helpful, use main restaurant in the evening, there was such a good selection of food, there is a pasta station,which is made why you wait, so worth the wait, hubby booked the romantic beach meal, it was amazing,it's only your self's there, you pre order your food, which is vegan, chicken or veal, we had the vegan, and veal, mine was the vegan, it was out of this world, hubby said the veal he had was one of the best, there was no rush, our waiter was the best, he just new when to come over, we did Sunday 7/8/22, telling you date as I can't remember how to spell his name, big hand clap to him, We had some photos taken , which we had so much fun, got up at 4am for them, but so worth it to have them taken ,when the sun rise happen, Honest all the team at this hotel are fantastic, always smiling. Only thing we think needs looking at is the entertainment, it's ok, but just that, Thank you all for making memories for us.
