Wir haben ein DZ mit Meerblick gebucht für 300 Euro pro Nacht. Als wir ankamen, wurde uns an der Rezeption gesagt, wir hätten ein Zimmer, dass „nicht ganz unserer Kategorie entspricht“ aber eine wundervolle Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick habe. Das Zimmer hatte geschätzt 16 bis 18 Quadratmeter. Die Terrasse war in der Tat groß mit einem schönen Blick - bei dem momentanen Regen allerdings nutzlos. Die Tür zum Bad fehlte (Halterung war noch da). Unsere Reklamationen nutzten wenig, man hat uns einfach für dumm verkauft. Anderen Touristen erging es ähnlich. Daher KEINE EMPFEHLUNG für dieses Hotel!

Man får ikke kvalitet nok for pengene.
Bruser trængte virkelig til afkalkning og brusekabine var meget utæt, så der kom vand ud over det hele. Vi påpegede det for personalet, men det blev ikke taget action på det.
Morgenmads buffet var kedelig og ikke særlig meget at vælge imellem.
Værelset var heller ikke særligt stort i forhold til den pris var gav for 4 dage.
Generelt rigtig dyrt i forhold til kvalitet og komfort.
Men udsigten fejler bestemt ikke noget og er det smukkeste!
Lækkert med shuttle bus til og fra hotellet til city center

Beautiful views, up very steep and narrow hill, hotel bus does regular trips down to the town. Peaceful hotel, great staff who work so hard and very welcoming. Nothing to do, but relax here. No entertainment in hotel so far (although apparently there is entertainment once a week) so bring a book! We are in room 204 a suite, it cost quite a bit more but you have full balcony with sun loungers. There are about 12 of these rooms, apparently the other regular rooms are very small. There is a beautiful spa within this hotel, book at reception, for private use, costs 30 euro each, for hour. The website says this is free if you book certain treatments.

Stunning hotel with fabulous staff, we love our stay and we’re happy with our room and the fabulous pool outside. The staff were so friendly and warm in the restaurant and by the pool side, views are out standing. Great location up a hill so out of the town. We managed to walk but would say that it’s only if you don’t mind a steep walk. Hotel laid on buses for guest to get into town so no stress.

Had a weeks holiday at this hotel. We were upgraded to a sea view room, can only presume this was because the other rooms were too small for a family of 3. Lovely clean room, only issue was an awful smell coming from the drains in the bathroom all week. Only entertainment was a guy playing music one evening. Breakfast wasn’t great, big table full of cakes, pastries and the previous evening’s dessert and pizza starter. Cold meat and cheese didn’t look appetising, fruit some fresh some tinned. Thought l would try scrambled egg but put off by cockroach running down the wall behind the hot plates. Evening meals weren’t any better, really below standard. Nrllo waiter was only saving grace, brilliant guy. Sadly we wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel and it’s definitely not a 4 star rating. We did read reviews before we booked this hotel, some good some bad, tried Tui to ask if we could transfer to another hotel, told yes but would have to pay in full again. We had no choice but to carry on with the holiday but go with an open mind as to the reviews, while it was nice to visit Sorrento and have a break we were so disappointed and feel booking half board was a waste of money.

Beautiful loation with stunning views. Hotel lovel but lack of space in our room so had to live out of suitcases as only two very small drawers in the room. No bedside tables and one shelf in wardrobe taken up with blankets etc. However these were minor things. However, the food was well below average. Some evening meals were inedible. We were so looking forward to authentic Italian cuisne but instead we found (in several place in Sorrento) that they are just trying to cater to tourists. Prok chops Sorrento style. An evening meal advertised a burger was literally abburger with melted cheese in gravy served with mash. Soe little choice and only one overly sweet desert or tiny bits of dry cheese. Breakfast was awash with sweet pastries, cakes, last night's desert and not too much for those who like a more savoury breakfast. This is not a cheap hotel. Drinks were pricey so on top of paying for All inclusive there is the cost of drinks to consider on top. If they could sort out the food which even the waiters were a bit ashamed of on some nights, this could be a superb hotel.

Had a great time at the Art Hotel Gran Paradiso. Staff polite and helpful. Hotel is up a steep hill which we did walk down a couple of times into town. The free shuttle bus is great and runs 10 times a day. We stayed half board and had our evening meal there a few times, couldn' t fault it.

The rooms are small, as is the custom in Italy, and our view was of a back wall! Maybe if your in front overlooking the pool, with a view... Food was average at best, lots of pastries at breakfast, but soup for eggs. Dinner was bland and uninspired, almost cafeteria style. Location is away from everything, if you're trying to get away, maybe it's ok. Pool is very nice, a little chilly, it was late Sept. I would not go back.

Where do I even begin... this was the only pitfall of our 12 day trip to Greece and Italy. The front desk staff is unbelievably rude and unwelcoming. No one showed us where breakfast was, brought our bags to our rooms, or showed us around - terrible service all around. There's a massive creepy photo of twins above the reception desk. (I'm a twin and find this concerning). The other 'art' throughout the hotel looks like it was purchased at big lots. It's bad. Pretty confident we were given a dirty room with bugs in it. My bed had lots of black hair in it (I'm bright blonde) and my dad and sister had bites on their bodies. I spoke to the manager and he basically told me I was lying and that I left my balcony door open. They do not provide you with any complimentary water except at breakfast, and you will be yelled at if you fill your water bottle to go. There is illegible cursive written in sharpie marker on the door frame of every room door - very odd. The only saving grace of this place is the pool views. The pool is too cold to get in, so everyone sits around it. Do not waste your money. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
