Sehr sympathisches kleines Hotel, bei dem alles gestimmt hat: - besonders freundlicher Empfang - Zimmer sehr sauber, getrenntes WC, großes Fenster mit Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, Fliesenboden - gutes Frühstück zu einem sehr fairen Preis - sehr ruhige Lage, die Zimmer gehen alle nach hinten raus und die Straße war ohnehin nachts kaum befahren - Restaurant und Pizzaverkauf in der Nähe - Spaziermöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür (zur Inde, zur Festung) - kinderfreundlich Hier noch einige Punkte, die ich nicht unerwähnt lassen will, allerdings für uns unerheblich: -Klimaanlage recht laut (wir brauchten sie eh nicht) -Betten haben unten am Fußbereich einen Abschluss, falls jemand sehr groß ist könnte dies eventuell unbequem sein

We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay. We recently stayed here for our trip to the Loire Valley. The hotel was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we met the owner who was eager to visit and tell us the history of the place. Our room, #4, had a sweet little balcony where we were able to sit on and have a drink overlooking the backside of the estate. The room was very nicely sized and comfortable. The grounds were in bloom with a carpet of pink and white Cyclamen which was spectacular. The chateau, in our opinion, looked like a mini Chateau Chenonceau itself, (less the bridge lol). Look at the pictures and you will see the similarity. It location was great for using as a home base to visit the magnificent chateaus of the valley and the small towns that dot the river. Our only regret was not to have eaten there as everyone we talked to said the restaurant was great too. A visit in last September early October is a great time to visit!!
