Todo muy bien, exelente desayuno y a solo 10 minutos de Toledo

We stayed on a trip from Madrid to Toledo whilst heading to Alicante. Located about 15 minutes outside Toledo at the side of a golf course. We regretted the decision pretty much on arrival. The building is large and well appointed and overlooks the golf course. Sadly it would appear that there were no other guests, failing that they were hiding in the large disused building next door! Reception staff were helpful and friendly, the room was large and well appointed but just felt like it hadn’t been used recently. The fridge unit still carried letters saying that it wasn’t filled due to Covid , as it was full but with no prices we assumed that this was a holdover to the previous pandemic. Or perhaps getting organised for the next one. Despite a full fridge there was no milk or milk powder for drinks, or a price list to indicate the basis they’d been supplied on. We decided to take down the sealed extra duvet as it was cold , only to find large pieces of red stain - blood make up we weren’t sure. Really off putting The bar was closed when we arrived at about 5 in the afternoon and may as well have been when we arrived back about ten 30 pm All in all we were genuinely dissapointed and couldn’t reccomend any one staying here . Perhaps with more guests it might have been better but we won’t be back

Hotel generally good, staff, room and breakfast very good The hotel is about five minutes from the village for all your needs. As I said the hotel was good, but in area that was never finished off, not a problem for us, a car is a must, plenty of free parking at the hotel.

To our dismay, we arrived at the hotel to find it locked, chains on the front door and derelict. ****s in every gutter, and the air of deriliction. After some time, a security man came to dispose of rubbish and he offered to help. He told us that the hotel has been closed for a long time, and despite that, it is still on the internet, and they accept money! The security man put us in touch with another hotel who offered us a room on the same terms. However it was about 25 minutes drive away. Having driven for over five hours from the Costa del Sol in the snow and sleet, we were frazzled. Despite the staff doing their best, we were less than pleased.

This hotel could be so much better, our room was fine, large comfy bed and clean, pretty standard for 4 star hotel. However the bar and the pool were closed, the exterior needs some attention, leaking pipes, overgrown gardens, so it felt abandoned. I am still not sure how a 4 star hotel can still use 4 stars with no bar or pool ? lots of parking and lovely front desk staff.

The staff was very friendly. My hired car has some problems and the staff here helped me to contact the Eurocar. They are always here to help. The room is a bit small but I do not care too much. Driving is necessary for reach the hotel.

Hotel que sorprende por sus majestuosas habitaciones y su entorno tranquilo. Las habitaciones son enormes, tienen una cama de 2x2 muy cómoda, dobles almohadas y una hermosa terraza con mobiliario. El baño se divide en dos habitáculos. En uno esta el WC y un bidé. En el otro una hermosa bañera, una gran ducha y una gran encimera con dos lavabos. Añadir que a parte de un gran espejo hay otro de aumento. Hay secador de pelo. Hay un completo surtido de utiles de aseo. Gel, champú, acondicionador, loción corporal, peine, gorrito ducha... En la habitación tambien hay una pequeña nevera e infusiones y dos botellines de agua de cortesía. El buffet del desayuno muy bien, el café una maravilla. El personal es muy atento. Un lugar maravilloso para descansar o como base para conocer Toledo.
