Beautiful resort, well maintained and clean. You have access to the other resorts, but the Buffet in the hotel has lots to choose from. The 4 restaurants in this resort are definitely with booking at! Recommend booking your restaurant reservations upon arrival in guest services.

The property was beautiful, it was nice having the sister other Barceló properties next door for dining and shopping then going back to the serene adults only. Hibachi was delicious

Not too crowded, unless if there’s any event during your stay, but still serving and attending every one.
Enough pools for everyone or if you reserve on swim level premium you can have your private pool and jacuzzi.

Beautiful resort stay! Welcomed with a drink, they helped us make dinner reservations for each night. A nice birthday cake was delivered to our room as my sister and I went on this trip for our birthdays. Very clean, beautiful and comfortable resort. Buffet and restaurants were delicious. Beach was beautiful.

Property was great! But make sure you book your own transportation to and from the airport and stay away fro Mexico Travel Solutions, this was a booking from Speedy Shuttle! So do not select that as an option!
I booked my transportation in advance so I could relax on vacation, MTS got my flight information wrong and booked me for a 7:40am pick up for a 2:30pm flight! 6 hours at the airport in advance is unacceptable! When I reached out to their team 4 days in advance, I was given the run around with miscommunication and the issues was not fixed! I was refunded $57 just to turn around and have to book a last minute taxi for $97! I lost hours of my vacation/beach time as well as $40! I am unhappy with this result as any of you would be yet I was treated like this was all my fault! I want to make sure people know to stay away from MTS as an incompetent company that could leave you stranded without transportation and you could loose precious vacation/relaxation time!

Very nice resort. Great for adults only. It was super quiet and will maintained. Nice your able to enjoy the amenities of the other resorts as it makes for lots to do. The food was great as well. I'd stay here again!

I had an incredible experience at Barceló Maya Riviera resort, thanks to the outstanding service provided by their dedicated staff. Martin Cituk and Madai López at Buffet Miramar went above and beyond to make my dining experience delightful. Yulmar and Candelario at the Agave Restaurant ensured every meal was a memorable culinary journey.
Special recognition goes to Asuscencia from YouSpa, whose expertise in delivering a relaxing facial surpassed my expectations, even lulling me into a peaceful sleep. Each of these employees contributed to an unforgettable stay, and I highly recommend the Barceló Maya Riviera for their exceptional service.
