Sauber, perfekte Lage, kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Betten sind etwas hart und es wäre besser, wenn ihr nachschaut, ob die Wasserflaschen in den Zimmern voll sind. Die Minen waren leer.

Schlechter Empfang, nicht vorhandene Problemlösung. Nervöses und wütendes Personal. Wir haben das Ankunftsdatum falsch eingegeben, den Service nicht genutzt und nichts bezahlt. Sie hatten keine Bedenken, sich beim Servicerprovider die Hände zu waschen, was sich dann herausstellte, dass sie den Check-in bestätigten, ohne dass wir jemals in der Einrichtung ankamen. Sehr schlecht. Nie wieder.

Very beautiful and wonderful live

Very close (6 mins) drive from the Sofia airport. Very convenient as we were driving to Bansko for our annual skiing trip. Very clean, Family friendly and easy to book.

I recently stayed at the Sofia Novotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a busy day. The beds were perfect—not too firm and not too soft, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated just across the street from a shopping mall, which made it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The only downside was the gym, which is quite small and lacks heavy free weights and a pull-up bar. While it’s fine for a basic workout, those looking for a more comprehensive fitness setup might be disappointed. All in all, Sofia Novotel is a great choice for its location, comfort, and service, but fitness enthusiasts might find the gym facilities limited. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel.

位置停車方便，早飯也不錯，屋子很安靜，wifi穩定也很快，酒店內有酒吧餐廳，旁白有個大shopping mall，購物方便，去市中心打車也不貴

很棒的飯店 離機場很近 但不在市區 不過搭公車很快就到市區 旁邊有很大間的百貨公司可以逛 早餐很不錯 房間很大很乾淨 很喜歡的飯店

Чисто и спокойно. Приветственная вода в коридоре на этаже прекрасное дополнение к проживанию.

住了兩晚 酒店很乾凈 應該是個新酒店 設施也新穎 附近挨着超市很方便 前台服務態度好 最後一天延遲兩小時退房 很感謝 希望以後有機會還來

Novotel Sofia 位置方便，鄰近機場，旁邊有shopping Mall，有食肆，有超級市場，只需幾分鐘就到，超方便！

設施現代，服務優良，就是不提供瓶裝水，得自己拿着空瓶子去走廊裏麪的飲水機去打水

那個每天也不打掃，打掃也不換浴巾，實在是有點不行
