Nice cosy B&B that’s very near the train station. Unfortunately the shower area is extremely small.

Location: less than 5 minute walk from main station. Grocery store Conrad city is just downstairs, with food options nearby. Service: gated building, small flight of stairs initially but the main stairwell has a lift available for luggage. Reception is not 24/7 however, so please take note on hours. They also let us place the luggage after checking out for free. The reception also kindly highlighted nearby attractions and food recommendations. Amenities: room is large and spacious, clean, large wardrobe. Toilet clean, heated, with hot water. Kettle available. Room is exactly as pictured.

The room was very very clean with very warm service. Would book again in the future.

立地がよいのと隣がスーパーなので何かと便利でした。 受付で荷物をキープしてもらえて最終日も助かりました。

酒店位置在火車站附近，離各個景點距離都不遠，前台放有吃飯簡單餐具，房間也有冰箱和水杯，想的挺周到的。

フィレンツェSMN中央駅から直ぐに位置しロケーションは抜群ですが、建物=ビルの入口=玄関に複数の銘板が掲示されており、違う銘板が目立つので粗忽な私達は見落としてこの建物ではないと勘違いしてウロウロし少々焦りました…慎重に確認するとなんのことはないのですが…^^; 朝食は向かいの喫茶店=カフェでした=自前でも良いかなと思いました…^^; フィレンツェ価格のホテル群の中では良心的な価格設定なのかな？とも感じました。 アメニティも日本と比べると何もないに等しい感じ！ですが欧州ホテルでは普通といえば普通かもしれません。 とにかく駅が近いので(スーパーも隣りにあります)何かと便利でした。

地理位置特別優越，就在火車站旁邊，步行2分鐘很近。Check-in是14:00-16:00，錯過了時間前台會關門，但也還好，他們會聯繫你並告知門的密碼

房間較大，室內環境不錯，交通方便。電梯老舊小，淋浴房偏小。

位置十分優越，下樓走路去哪裡都特別快，不過就是不太好找。樓下就是中餐館，特別滿足中國胃！早餐是在街對面，不過也很不錯了。

在米蘭自由行，住這個酒店非常不錯，這個價格對應的房間大小以及酒店的位置算是非常不錯的。

The B&B is in a great location to the station and also easy to walk to all main attractions. The room was clean and spacious with Aircon. There is a mini fridge where you can store drinks and food if needed. Helpful that there is a supermarket right next door. The breakfast is at a cafe right across the road, it is a decent selection. We were able to store our bags for the morning until we left Florence. It is a busy location but at nighttime we never heard any noise from the street.

Lo que son las habitaciones están genial. Son muy amplias, con gran espacio. Tienen sofá, cama, mesita, 2 sillas, nevera... Del baño no me gustó que la ducha no tuviera manguera, es fijada a la pared/techo, pero es mi opinión. De lo que es la entrada al hotel fatal, es un portal (hasta ahí vale) pero a pesar de que sabían que íbamos con un bebé y carrito (ya que pedimos cuna) no nos avisaron de que hay escaleras a la entrada y de que NO ENTRAN LOS CARROS EN EL ASCENSOR. El ascensor es diminuto, entra 1 persona y gracias, y con una minimaleta. Y si no se cierra bien las puertas interiores no funciona el ascensor. Menos mal que era la primera planta, aún así pienso que hubiera sido un detalle que nos avisases antes.

Camera grande, pulita, calda; il personale molto gentile e disponibile e la struttura è molto accogliente... a 2 minuti dalla stazione e a 5 e a 10 minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni principali. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze lo scegliere di nuovo!

Siamo stati una notte qui e devo Complimentarmi con lo staff per offrire innanzitutto gentilezza e professionalità, ma le stanze sono oltre che pulite, grandissime. Bagno pulitissimo. Posizione strategica perche a pochissimi metri dalla stazione SMN e dal centro. La colazione viene servita al bar di fronte con dei ticket che la struttura ti offre con 3 diverse modalità che comprendono colazione dolce e salata, in camera però c è il servizio te’ camomilla e nescafe’, oltre che un piccolo frigo con acqua e qualche bavenda,non posso fare altro che una recensione sperando di tornarci. Stanza davvero dotata di tutti i confort!👏
