Laute Klimaanlage, altes Badezimmer, heiße Dusche nicht perfekt. Schöne Bettdecke, tolle Lage, mit Balkon, geräumig.

The hotel has a great location, if you are just catching a flight. The terminal is at a walking distance. Room is spacious and comfortable, i only felt certain areas could have been a bit cleaner, as there were food crumbles scattered around desk. Maybe it was cleaned in a rush, as they forgot to even put the towel in, but i got it after a request. In the bathroom, there is hot water, but only hard soap and shampoo available, no body shower gel. Prepare to have 500 pesos for the key deposit. But also, they were flexible when i said i am leaving the country, and would prefer not to have a cash leftover (dont do my mistake, you still need to pay the airport terminal fee in cash - 784 pesos!). I decided to spend my last banknotes on food. Frankly, the shop in the hotel building is so overpriced, that I rather walked 5 minutes back toward town, and bought some snacks at 7/11, much more affordable. You can buy instant noodles and make them with the hot water from the hotel corridor. There's a water heater in the room also (for instant coffee), but you would have to bring drinkable water. Well, there were even instant noodles offered in the room, but i didnt see utensils available (spoon, or fork, or anything of such).

Check-in was a breeze and the location is very near the airport! For an affordable price, the room with a kettle is good enough and it provides a water dispenser which for me is a big plus! Thanks to the staff for keeping the room and premises clean and welcoming.

I accidentally booked a wrong date and luckily they grant my request to re-schedule the date, which is I really appreciated it.. And I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I think this was my 3rd time staying here and what I can say it's fine very close to the airport if you have early flight

The hotel is clean staff is accommodating and polite they cater anything you need, there a convenience store below with brew coffee and food. Its only about 5-10 mins walk towards Davao International airport, I recommend this hotel if you have early or late flight.

Davao Airport View Hotel is a practical choice for travelers due to its proximity to the airport, just a short walk away. While the room's decor and amenities might be dated, the spaciousness compensates for it. The air conditioning is refreshingly cold, and the bed offers exceptional comfort for a good night's sleep. A nearby convenience store adds to the convenience, and for those with late check-ins, a 24-hour Jollibee opposite the airport ensures a meal is readily available. Though not luxurious, this hotel provides a comfortable stay for those prioritizing proximity to the airport and a good night's rest.

We had an early flight, so we chose this hotel for our stay. The location is fantastic—it's super close to the airport, making our travels much easier! We didn't even have to wake up too early, as the hotel feels like it's just around the corner. However, I think the hotel could benefit from a few upgrades. We checked into room no. 9, and during my shower, the shower holder fell and bumped into the soap holder, giving me quite a surprise! Also, the reception staff could be a bit more welcoming. While I understand that we booked a budget hotel, I believe there's room for improvement, especially when it comes to service. Overall, it’s a great spot for convenience; just a few tweaks would make it even better!

This hotel was selected as I arrived too late to collect my hire car, so I needed to be near the airport to do this the next day. It has clearly seen better days. The pictures of rooms etc are no way like advertised. If you have heavy luggage, note that there are no lifts. You need to find someone to help. The bathroom was very, very basic. In all, it was fine for an overnight stay. I would struggle for any longer but it served its purpose.
