Wir haben im Hotel Jezero ein Sommerangebot gebucht. DArin enthalten waren, nebst der Übernachtung mit Frühstück, der Parkeintritt sowie der Parkplatz und einige Gutscheine für Rabatte in und um den Park. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt wie eine Art Reise in die Vergangenheit. Alles ist aber gut gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom Eingang 2 zum Nationalpark entfernt, ist zudem perfekt um den Park zu besuchen. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. DAs Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut stimmig. Für einen Besuch im Nationalpark können wir das Hotel absolut empfehlen.

We just recently stayed at the Pearl of Plitvice. Amazing location with lovely staff. We were there for 2 nights while visiting the Plitvice NP. It’s located within walking distance to Entrance 3 of the park, which is so much more convenient than main gate; however, you must have your hard tickets or on your phone. They don’t take vouchers. This location is about 25 minutes from the main gate, but it is in such a nice area for bike riding, hiking or just enjoying the peace and quiet. The room was modern and really nice. For Americans, the breakfast is more European, but a nice display. Also recommend stopping at the market before heading up the hill for snacks and drinks, the minibar is a little pricey.

Checked in to the holiday resort. After checking in and setting up our camper, we went to find some water, and seen signs at the facility to say the water could not be drank. Went to the reception to ask about where we can get drinking water (basic necessity that you pay for at campsite) to be told we would have to go to the shop next door as there was an issue with their water. When we questioned them about this we were then told well you can drink it but at your own risk as it’s got bacteria in it. The water at the shop next door was only 500ml bottles at a cost of 1 euro each. (This adds up when you need drinking water yourself and you have a dog!) We informed reception we should have been told about the water situation prior to checking in as we wouldn’t have checked in and stayed at the campsite as we weren’t happy to pay £66.12 euros a night when they don’t provide the basics. Reception offered no apology, saying it wasn’t their fault and still wanted to charge full price despite not providing the basics that we payed for. We wouldn’t stay again. Reception staff were not helpful and actually quite rude. We have stayed at much nicer campsites for less than 66 euros a night with nicer facilities. To top it off we were woken up at 5am by people chatting outside our camping spot. Shower facilities weren’t the best, with a wait for a shower. We have stayed at 6 campsites so far this trip and unfortunately this has got to the the worst one, yet the most expensive.

Der Hotel-Rezeption-Service ist sehr freundlich und ermahnt uns die beliebtesten Restaurants in der Nähe und hat einen guten Geschmack. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber und das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Es sollte das beste Hotel in der 16-See-Region sein. Wenn Sie sich selbstfahren oder ein Pakettouren vorstellen, ist es besser, weil Sie zu Fuß zum Park gehen können. Sie können nur in der Lobbybar essen und trinken. Glücklicherweise ist der Geschmack gut und der Preis nicht hoch. Das gebuchte Superior Zimmer ist eigentlich eine kleine Suite. Vielleicht der Grund, ehrlich zu warten, gab die Schwester an der Rezeption eine Balkonsuite mit Seeblick, wunderschön!
