Terrible Staycay at The Bus Collective! Had a terrible stay at The Bus Collective! Despite the enticing media coverage of this unique bus-themed resort in Changi and my initial enthusiasm to support their sustainability efforts, $500+ one-night stay turned out to be a major disappointment. My child, celebrating his 4th birthday, burst out in tears as he was harshly scolded and threatened by Michael Gan, (from WTS) claimed to be the representative of the resort owner. During a harmless play where my child was pretending to be an 'emcee' on a stage platform, Michael Gan abruptly approached, ordering my child to get down immediately, citing safety concerns and even threatening police involvement, 'the police will come and catch you'. While safety reminders are appreciated, his aggressive tone and stern reprimand were unacceptable. When I sought an explanation, Michael, accompanied by the resort manager, arrogantly defended his actions, a father of 4 children claiming it was a common comment, he finds there is nothing wrong and even suggesting it was my fault for allowing my child on the platform. The overall experience was emotionally jarring, and the resort's management disappointed. Despite the appealing bus-themed interior, it lacked cleanliness, with visible dust and dirt particulary at the interior driving seat area. Fire access way blocked by unauthorised parking at the resort. The exterior posed safety hazards, with rainwater underneath the buses potentially breeding mosquitoes, pebble stones as walkways, and inadequate lighting for night safety. Additionally, the lack of high fencing raised concerns about safety, especially with the presence of intoxicated individuals near the public playground. Considering the price tag, opting for a hotel staycation seems more worthwhile, especially to avoid the subpar customer service experienced at The Bus Collective at Changi. In summary, this resort is not child-friendly, and the customer service was abysmal. I regret my decision and won't consider returning.

The place was a little old but good. It was very close to the hawker, very accessible to the bus. Good place if you want to relax, walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to the port if you want to go to the island pulau ubin.

Das Personal im Front-Desk war freundlich und gab mir ein paar zusätzliche Wasserflaschen kostenlos. Die Zimmer sind wie angekündigt, klein, aber sauber und hat ein einfaches Badezimmer. Ich habe am Abend vor meinem Morgenflug aus Singapur gecheckt und empfehle es den Leuten, die nach einem guten Budget-Flughafenhotel suchen.

Super Lage im ”Juwel” direkt angrenzend an den Airport. Die ”Cabin” super klein, sehr stylish, mit angrenzendem Bad und super bequemen, riesen Bett und allem was man benötigt. Das Personal unglaublich hilfsbereit, alles sauber, top!!! Von Terminal 3 bis zum Hotel ca. 10 min. durch den Airport zu Fuß. Für uns DAS Hotel für Singapur, da kurze Wege, sehr günstig, top Lage, gute Klimatisierung, riesen Bildschirm.

Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens Changi und nicht weit von Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal entfernt, ist der Preis freundlich.

Das Zimmer ist groß, sehr sauber, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, die Landschaft ist sehr gut, der Service ist sehr gut, es gibt ein großes Einkaufszentrum nicht weit entfernt, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, dort gibt es viel zu essen. Es gibt einen Shuttlebus vom Einkaufszentrum zur U-Bahn-Station. Da wir frühmorgens am Flughafen ankamen, entschieden wir uns, eine Nacht zu bleiben. Die Taxifahrt dauerte nachts etwa 15 Minuten und kostete 23,5 SGD. Wir werden bei Gelegenheit wieder hier übernachten.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Avenue Changi Hotel in Singapore and it was truly a delightful experience. The spacious suite rooms exceeded my expectations, offering ample space and comfort for a relaxing stay. The highlight was the 1bedroom suite, each equipped with a luxurious bathtub, along with the convenience of a washer and dryer provided within the suite. The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, with amenities just a short 2-3 minute walk away at Changi City Point Mall. This proximity to a plethora of dining and shopping options made exploring the area both enjoyable and convenient. One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist. They were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met throughout my stay. While the pool may have been on the smaller side, I was fortunate enough to enjoy it without the presence of other guests during my visit. Additionally, while parking wasn't free, the option to purchase a $3.50 coupon for each exit was reasonable and didn't detract from the overall positive experience. Overall, my stay at Park Avenue Changi Hotel was wonderful. From the spacious and well-appointed rooms to the convenient location and excellent service, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Singapore.

Der isolierte Zimmertyp befindet sich in der obersten Etage mit schöner Aussicht. Das Zimmer hat eine kleine Küche, das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr groß, das Schlafzimmer ist etwas kleiner und insgesamt ist es sehr komfortabel. Der Service ist zusätzliche Punkte, die Lobby ist sehr einladend, die Erklärung ist sehr detailliert und Sie müssen kein großes Gepäck selbst nach oben schleppen.

One of the best hotel I’ve stayed in, the environment is very peaceful and clean! It was my baby’s first birthday and the staff did not hesitate to pamper him with gifts and cake! Of course, there’s even shuttle bus available to transport you from and back Jewel and Changi City Point! It was a 10/10 experience! The breakfast buffet is awesome but could improve by having more variety! Looking forward to come here again!
