Det är ett väldigt vackert hotell, entrén var väldigt stor och vacker, även poolområdet var vacker och fint skött.
Rummet vi bodde på "superior ocean Wing" var inget märkvärdigt, slitet på golv och gammalt badrum med ej fungerande duschhållare. Sängen var okej för två.
Städningen var dålig. Smutsigt golv. Hade regnat in lite vatten då balkong dörren var öppen. När jag skulle torka upp vattnet med en vit handduk blev den alldeles svart av allt smuts.
Dem missade en dag att byta kuddfodral och hade slängt kuddarna på soffan istället för att lägga ordning dem på sängen.
Maten var inte mer än okej, man tycker sig kunna förvänta sig mycket bättre av ett femstjärnigt hotell. Hände ett par gånger då dem inte hade ost så istället fick jag ett stekt ägg. Till exempel på hamburgaren, som dessutom var alldeles för rå.
Personalen hade alltid ett trevligt bemötande och var hjälpsamma.
Mat,dryck och tvättning av kläder var dyrt.

兩點到酒店前台辦理入住，在我後面辦理入住的馬上拿到房卡進了房間，偏偏就我一個人等了十幾分鍾，還有早餐廳吧枱（泡咖啡那邊）女服務員素質也底下，沒笑臉英文居然也聽不懂，我回英文她跟我説柬語，還反反覆覆重複那幾句柬語，聽不懂大可以換個人來，還是第一次在柬埔寨的五星級酒店碰到這種😓真的對老牌酒店這種服務素質感到失望

Room cards should be changed. I need to return back to the front office 4 times in a few days. Telephone that is put at the 3rd floor has no cable i.e. not working. The bathroom's electricity was not working about 2 days but other parts of the room was ok. After one day I checked in, the told us changing our room because of new construction that is after I placed all my belongings to the boards and drawers. It is ok to think about your customers but why didnt you do this before check-in? i.e. 1 day before ?
Hotel has a nice beach and pool area.
The fauna flora is also good. Hotel is nice for walking. Noone at the gym serving guests which is very rare at big hotels.
Sihanoukville has nothing worth seeing. Koh Rong has better beaches. Do not recommend staying at Sihanoukville. The breakfast is awful for a foreigner (no cheese). They charged the bottle of water that they put in front of the open buffet breakfast restaurant door which sounds very ugly. They bring the beach the grilled meat burned like coal. I didnt accept and returned it back to the kitchen.

The hotel is very well located: in front of Sokha beach, almost private beach and with large stretch of sand, as well as about 10-minute walk from the Prince shopping mall. The staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to market and Otres according to the timetable schedule. Western menu is also available in the hotel restaurants. But, some items should be improved: 1) Lightning: bedroom and bathroom with low lightning, especially in the shower area; 2) As a beach resort, activities and games should be offered, such as ping pong, volleyball, etc; 3) Include hot chocolate in the breakfast without extra charge.
I highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.

We stayed here for 5 nights as we wanted a relaxing beach holiday. Sokha Resort gives you just that. The staff are very friendly, the drinks and food were superb and the pool and private beach were perfect. The breakfast selection is ok and some parts of the room could be upgraded- but not a dealbreaker. Have fun!
